Dutchie's hair is white and comes down to his neck. He has a tattoo on his forehead and a tatoo under his right eye. His eyes are maroon and his nose is small with his mouth being small as well. He's skinny and always wears a long black tuxedo with a white dress up shirt under the tuxedo. He wears a cross chain necklace and the cross is a little big colored grey & red. He wears a bow over his tuxedo and always has a flower in his tuxedo pocket. He wears black gloves and wears skinny black jeans. Shiny black sneakers and his ears are pierced , he wears 2 big red diamonds in his ear. He always has on a belt, the belt is a little thick and it has red skulls going all across the whole beat. but the belt itself is all black.

Personality: Dutchie is a very tricky guy. He loves to mess around with people & their feelings. He's more of a quiet guy most of the time but does like parties and loves fights with a passion. The only thing he loves more than fighting, is killing or experimenting. Some people call Dutchie a pyscho and when they do he loves it. The taste or thought of blood drives him insane and he gets excited and more aroused to kill any one in his path. His mentality is screw the world and he hates almost everyone. To be a companion of Dutchie - you must love the same things he does and crave his goals. Dutchie is a wild child and a hothead who loves women and likes to party and get down with his bad self. He picks fights with people and never ever backs down from any challenger ' he likes living the fast life. He doesn't like to get involved with other peoples problems and if its one of his friends in a life or death situation hes most likely the type to let them rot in hell and die. Dutchie's very evil at times and cold hearted. His life is a secret to all those he is friends with and when people ask him about his past he never answers. He hates his past and reallly doesnt like to think of it. He's out for power and bloodlust , the thought of being in control of the world makes him strive for life.

History and RP Sample
History: Dutchie started off living a golden life having everything he wanted and he was rich when he was growing up. Being the little spoiled brat he was he always just wanted more & more and more everytime he wanted anything though he would surely get it. By the age of 10 he was the richest kid in his country and for that all the kids hated him and made frun of him because they were so jealous. He didn't care much because he thought to himself that they would all one day work for him when he had his own buisness going. Dutchie's parents both passed away on the same day as the were both diseased with a bad sickness ; how the sickness was received is unknown to Dutchie. But he hated knowing that he had to grow up on his own though he was still very rich and now even richer since he took his moms savings and his dads savings. He had everything all the time and soon at the age of about 16 he didnt care about the fact he had no family or the fact he had no friends. Really , who would ? money was his true love. Though that all ended when one night Dutchie was beaten down by a group of men dressed in black and yellow with masks on to cover their true identities. They stole Dutchie's money that he had in his pocket and Dutchie was brought to a hospital to soon find out that his home was robbed while he was being beaten down. This was Dutchie's true anger and now he finally realizes what a jerk he was to everyone even his own family. But it was too late now they were all as good as dead. Dutchie no longer cared about money and now all he cares about is his friends , women , partying and fighting those who stand in his way. He has no life goals and no plans for the future. He lives life to the fullest. Dutchie decided he needed something to go along with for life. Partying all night every night was getting a bit old. Dutchie began to become broke since he wasted all the money he had left on stupid things, he also loves to smoke so he got off on a few ciggarettes all the time. He began to rob people for the money as he became a theif he loved the feeling ; he'd always hide out in an alley or a dark area and wait a night robbing all the many people that came by his way. This is how he would live his life for a year before realizing that it was just too easy doing all this theif work. He had alot of money again but he now saved it for important reasons and special occasions , hes picky with his money now. One night he heard a report about the black & yellow boys being back around his village looking for something. Dutchie wandered the village at night but kept hidden everywhere he went to. He spotted them as they were inside an alley doing what they did to him to another young man. Jumping him and taking his money and the mans soul ? for that reason Dutchie got even more raged. Jumping down killing all of the black and yellow boys with his expertise sneaking and his quick movements he felt accomplished for a bit.

Rp Sample:

As Dutchie stood there with his hands in his pockets and his head hanging high. Chin up and he looked proud of what his accomplishments through his life were. One leg down the other on the wall keeping him fully balanced as he smoked his last cigarette out of his pack. He knew this would probally be his last cigarette to ever smoke anyways so, he took as many drags as possible. He lit the cigarette and watched as tears began to come down from his eye lids.

He looked down at the ground now and closed his eyes thinking back to the day his parents both passed away and how he had no one to love him or do anything for him his whole life was all him providing for himself in every way. Money wasn't easy to get so he had to rob & steal most of his life. Now that he did that karma has came back down to haunt him for all his sins and he will get what he finally deserves. Dutchie felt a little shake under his foot.

Opening his eyes wide he looked straight ahead and saw what was. . . the end to his life. As their was an army of about over 500 men coming towards him loaded with swords, bows, knives and all types of crazy things. His heart began to pump at a rate that it never pumped before since it to knew it was time for his death bed to awaken. Dutchie pulled out a kunai and screamed like an animal so everyone could hear him throughout the village.

What was going on ? the people that Dutchie had robbed & stole from were getting karma back on Dutchie. Dutchie was caught by a man and now had to go through this torture. He ran at the army and the army charged towards him now. He let out a devilish look and pulled out an explosive tag throwing it full speed at them blowing up about a good rate of 10 men. The rest came charging as Dutchie flipped onto a tree and threw a kunai into the head of another man. He lost footing & slipped off the tree.

Falling down flat on his face as he began to bleed from his backside. He was stabbed by a man and pinned down while all the other men began to stab him numerous times. Slowy dying he looked into the sky & whispered "Mother...Father. . . We can finally be again together like old times" and there he died. Blood leaking all over the area.

Ok, your a Genin. Having two elements is REALY pushing it. I will allow it, however, your proficiency with both will be reduced. You also seem to want Doton when you don't have it. You have elemental jutsus that are fairly advanced without being proficient in the element. That is a no. Metal, for instance, would take your primary element being earth to think about using.

Hard Steel - An C rank jutsu that blocks E-B and some A ranked is a no. The jutsu can block attacks up to it's own rank, with exceptions. There is always the C ranked that gets through, or the A ranked that is blocked, depending on the circumstances. It also seems high chakra cost C ranked to me.

Earth Flow River - How long does it last? From how far away can you use the technique? Increase the chakra cost. Seems high C ranked, pushing B ranked.

Earth Corridor - How quickly does this happen? How long does this last? If it lasts for a long time, you need to add Post/Chakra cost. Increase the chakra cost.

Wall pass through technique was developed by Rock Lee as we all know. Your character is not proficent in taijutsu, nor is your character extremely fast. You can use this, but it wont make sense. Everyone will see you running for the door. ^^
