Description:

The Koori clan specializes in Ice Manipulation. The user can begin with ice without having Water and Wind as an element, since Ice manipulation is a Kekkei Genkai. The user unlocks the Kekkei Genkai at the rank of Genin. At Genin, the user can use various Ice Jutsus. As the user ranks up, his elements must be Wind and Water.

Although the user will get Ice Manipulation when he becomes Genin and unlocks the Touketsu, his elements have to be Wind and Water. This is because to manipulate Ice, one must have Wind and Water as an element. The user must begin training as an Academy Student to unlock the Kekkei Genkai. People think that the Touketsu is an evolution of the Touzagan, since Touzagan is water manipulation. When the user first unlocks the Kekkei Genaki, there eyes will get very cold.

The eye will also be blind for about 12 hours. After those 12 hours, the user can use it freely. The Touketsu eye is very light blue. It is described as "The Devil's Misty Eyes" due to the nature of it being born in Kirigakure no Sato. It is said that the eye can haunt someone's memory forever if a high ranking member activates it. The user MUST have Kirigakure blood to have this Kekkei Genkai.

Clan History:

The Koori clan originated in Kirigakure no Sato. It was said to be one of Kirigakure's founding clan's, along with the Kaguya. They were like the Uchiha and Senju of the forest, but in Kirigakure. They allied together, and they formed the village which today is called Kirigakure no Sato. They were very allied for about ten years, until the new Kaguya leader came, Hiracho Kaguya.

He formed a dictatorship over the Kaguya, leading into many conflicts inside the village, and sometimes including the Koori's. One day, the Kaguya's raided about fifteen huts that contained Koori members. Most Koori members were asleep so they could not fight back to this raid. This caused conflict between the clans. Hirachi Kaguya and Kaishi Koori broke into a huge fight, but the Ice Manipulation Kaishi had destroyed Hirachi.

After this epic filled battle, the Kaguya's picked a leader. Since then, the Kaguya and the Koori's have had a peace treaty. But ever with that, most of them still hate eachother because of past actions. Most Koori elders tell the children not to get along with Kaguya's, as do the Kaguya's to their children. There has not been a war since, but most still hate eachother.

Name: Summoning Jutsu: Thousand Needles of Death!

Description: The user will make a string of handseals. A scroll will appear in midair and the scroll will shoot various needles made of Ice. This jutsu can be deadly.

Name: Pillars of Ice!

Description: The user will make a string of handseals. The ground will shake and pillars of ice will burst from the ground. The pillars have irregular rectangle shape, so this jutsu is highly unlikely to kill someone. It is mainly use for the purpose of trapping someone in.

Description: This jutsu is done by forming a string of handseals. It provides the user a so called "Ultimate Defense". The armor surrounds the user in a rectangular shape of ice. It is made of hard thick ice. This armor is VERY strong and it cannot be penetrated by most B Rank jutsus.

Name: Fierce Ice Rain at Will!

Element: Hyouton
Description: The user will begin by making a string of handsigns. There MUST be mist convering the sky. The user will then form the mist into ice. Needles of ice will rush towards the opponent from the sky. This jutsu CAN be continous and devastating.

Description: The user will begin by making a string of handsigns. Suddenly, a huge roar from the earth will be heard. Huge spiky ice spikes will burst from the ground to strike the opponent. This attack CAN be deadly.

Name: Forbidden Jutsu: Great Ice Dragon!

Element: Hyouton
Description: This jutsu is the strongest jutsu of the Koori clan. The user will begin by making a string of handseals. He will then unleash a huge scroll. A huge ice dragon will burst from it to attack an opponent. This Dragon is capable of shooting needles of ice from its mouth. It is also made of hard spiky ice, making it very difficult to destroy. This jutsu is forbidden, and is not allowed to use.

Against what todd says, this is excellent, and I can't be more harsher, cause its pretty much perfect.

Ok, the great ice dragon is made of ice, correct?

Ice armor, you should not base techniques entirely by rank, if someone were to use the proper technique, it could easly destroy the ice. Or if someone were to, say throw kunai at it, imbed kunai in it, and start throwing rocks, it would get through the ice eventually.. Thats flawed. Add an upkeep cost. For this jutsu, add, "The armor is extremely strong and not many techniques below B can penetrate it."
