Basic Character Information:Name:His name was given basing on it's clan.They decided to create the strongest puppet ever, so they gave the name Shinra to Rufus as last name, and then he received Rufus, from his little rat, which he cared for really alot when he was a kid.Rufus, after beeing 2, his little rat was alot to him, he took really great care of him and petted him carefully.After the rat died, and a name still to give to Rufus, his name became Rufus it self remembering him of Rufus, his rat.His name is read Shinra Rufus, but his name isn´t Shinra but Rufus itself.

Rufus true form is yet to be revealed to everyone, since only his Rat was able to see it and sometimes, and as read in the name explanation, rat itself is dead, Rufu's true form is this, but thanks to his 'Clan Natures' he had to take the puppet looks for anyone, since they all suspected from people who would go against them.Rufus has white hair, and has a white robe all over him on ceremonial days.He also has a white cloak, with everything white back and his hair is also grey.He has blue-eyes and is almost 6" 4, he weights 72 kg and has a body full of muscules due to his extreme training.

When Rufus is on the Reno form, which due to be envolved on the Puppet, is always, he is not named Rufus but yes Reno, except for those to know Rufus and might call him, but only on private meeting with no one around.Reno wears a long black jacket and black jeans.He has a red tie and a white undershirt, giving him a 'cool' style.He has red eyes and has earings on his ears.His hair is a beuthifull Red and spiky.Reno also carrys black googles which are never on his eyes until now.They are named to be 'protection' to Reno in last resources.
Personality:Basic Clan InformationKekkei Gekkei:The Shinra clan kekkei Genkai is not common from all these clans, since not everybody can go inside a Living Puppet.Yes that is right, Shinra clan borned kids have a puppet choosed right after they born that by purpose is everything they aren´t, making good + evil in one person.Object of this was beeing able of unleashing such a strong combo of energy never seen, but this has never been achieved yet.Everyone is insered on a Living Puppet choosed to them, that will be the body they will be always on.
Chakra Cost: - This ability doesn´t costs chakra since the user is born and then will be imediatly putted on a clan, making a ability that requires no chakra.No there is no chakra threads to control the puppets, the puppet will move as the user does, If the user is resting, the puppet will act as it's faction ,good or evil, save or kill.The puppet can also make the user, the real one fall asleep in smoke attacks inside him, so he can have manipulation over situation and if necessary the puppet can increase it's strenght which will cause chakra uses correctly, as it levels rise.
Description:Living Puppetry - No Chakra
Puppetry 1 - In this level, beeing the basic of the basics, he can only be even easier the normal it's self.User will just win, hidden kunais on his arms and will receive an ability on his shoulder that will cause him to launch smoke grenades from there.Each attack from this level will require 50 of chakra, beeing able to go to 150 if necessary basing on the strikes.
Puppetry 2 -This level can be harder, since it takes longer to achieve it, this is the known level of the 'Time to Bed' technique used mainly by the puppets.They will explode a smoke grande inside them which will cause 75 chakra and then the REAL user will fall asleep giving the puppet control over his body, beeing able to act as he wants.He will receive a pair of steel shields on his arms, which will be able to come out like and rotate fastly working as a shielf.
Puppetry 3-This is the last level known until far, and no one knows if Rufus is working on another inside Reno or even outside at places no one knows.This body will require chakra of 150 - 300 for each technique since they are speeded up and way stronger then the others.User will receive 6 'bazoocas' on his shoulders.3 on each side to be exact, then , down it will be smoke bombs usable to create an opening for user to escape, but on the upper bazoocas, there is Kunais and Senbons used to make oponents retreat or even maybe to hit them and hurt them badly.User will also grow Wooden and Steel wings on his back, that he can bend using 275 of Chakra to bend them and dodge againt E - C and some B techniques.

Elements: Rufus found out his first element at a young age, when he was a Academy student even, which is rare for students, only rare cases can have that, but he had proved to be a strong and wise ninja, who was on path to become a great and important Cloud Shinobi although the clan visions of the villagers.He was training with his master basic Academy Student techniques when after creating another handseal by mistake he spewed out mud which made a small rat come out of it and jump at his sensei.The sensei was amazed by the technique and knew he was right about Rufus, he liked to play Defensive, he knew Rufu though that ' Knowledge is Power' and he was a wise shinobi.Soon after becoming a Gennin he found out about his second element that was, something only some shinobis could obtain it was the Wind element itself.Wind element, a powerful and rare element, given as a gift from the God to a new and powerful to-rise shinobi of the deeps.Rufus was rather happy about his elements and trained hard on them, creating combo's and powerful combinations that would help him increase his power.At, a rarely case, only presencied by some ninjas, who are lucky in the world, maybe 1 in 1000 Rufus was one of them, to have a third element and only.Rufus choice, not of his of course but it was Water, if used smartly he could create combo's no ninja had ever seen.He had a strong defense, everything he needed to win all the battles he had to come.He realized he was a lucky ninja when he received third element when he became a Jounin.It was something good for him, as it increased his power and his ego on the village.

History and RP SampleHistory:Rufus had a great birth, has it was easy and he came out, with chakra levels, well, not 'normal' in the ninja world you could say.Actually, this 'not-common' chakra levels, ware what made Rufus have the name Shinra.He was borned by all of his parents, visited by much, faked to care for alot, but loved, by less.Rufus cared for his father, his mother, granny and grandpa.All those fake lovers, faked to love him but only wanted him to disapear, since they ware angry that it wasn´t their kids.Rufus was a 1 year old kid when he received his rat.He took great care of him, and seemed to be able to understand him!He feed him, peted him everything.At the age of 2, Rufus was sended down, his best friend had died.No not a human, but yes Rufus, his rat.He took the name Rufus, because he loved the mouse that had died at him.Yes, he loved him like a brother.People tryed to take him from deepness but they all failed as well, he grow up, and soon showed desenvolved skills with comunicating with mouses.Rufus was a Academy student at the age of 10, that was when he found his first element:Earth, the strongest defense element ever, many ninjas say it was lame, Rufus,now in the body of Reno since the age of 2, on same day mouse died, he was implanted on Reno humman puppet body and grew up on it.He worked hard on it and grown up.He became a Gennin at 11 and he had a rough 'ninja-hood' ya could say.Reno had to train harder, and he had to even help his mates, who ware a low class ninjas.He became a chuunin after he passed exams at 14.It was on purpose since he made it on purpose to study oponents, who stayed behind.He easily won through the exams and battles and became a Chuunin.It was harsh to him, since his clan had magicly 'disapeared' as everyone sayed on Kumogakure, Reno went into depression and started doing experiences and locking on Grandpa room.After releasing himself, he was the same old Reno as he realized, he wouldn´t go stronger beeing there forever.Yes, Jounin exams came up, and with the stronger Reno human puppet, he passed them and became Kumogakure Jounin.He had soon options to become or Anbu, or Anbu black ops, or Anbu interrogation, he led them, to allow him to be in both Black Ops + the Interrogation Unit, since his genjutsus could help him find out.Rufus had a harsh life from that moment, he was beeing told by Anbu's and everyone to the Raikage saying that he was creating evil experiences on his room and that they ware a danger to everyone.Rufus denied that, they ware for the sake of the humanity as in a last resource he left Kumogakure.He started travelling, his bad reputation going higher and higher, as he went to S-Ranked Missing-Nin.He had rough times in the travells specialy when he got into Rain village by mistake.He found out about plans on attacks, and even about that organization, the Akatsuki.Rufus was on a deep situation, as he was stalked to be killed down by all ninja's in Rain village, suspecting him as a Cloud Spy.Rufus managed to escape and slowly left out of the village.He travelled more, on all the villages.He got information on Shiranui and decided to look for it.After finding it he did the test and was proudly accepted.
