Eliot is a very tidy guy Eliot wears a long brown green cloak with a gold, black, blue and brown uniform it is more like a robe but under the robes are a normal pair normal clothes, he wears bandaged and Leather shoes.
At Eliot’s face there is a marking on his forehead it is a symbol of his clan it is placed there at birth it is a rare seal that is given with the book that he holds it contains secret and multiple amounts of Genjutsu, Ninjutsu and Kenjutsu and these ones can be down without chakra consumption or hand seals it uses Eliot’s blood the writing is in blades and cuts his hand to do an easy jutsu Eliot likes his hair in its 2 tails at the back of his head he will wear them like this every day as his entire uniform is his emblem to is family.
Personality: Eliot is the most loyal of people you will ever know his strong will and powerful determination save him from becoming corrupted, his ability to trust some people is very low he will only trust someone that he has known for a few months to have people gain his trust unless he senses they can be trusted from the start. Eliot is also very kind and Romantic he has a very small pervy side to himself which he will try and contain but sometimes it breaks out and he will say very shocking comments but yet he is Romantic, lovely, kind, careful and very loyal.

History:
Academy Arc: Eliot spend his days inside the Academy only going out to see his friends he was one person to rely on about anything a secret he could keep without ever talking about it he was loyal and very talented ninja though his costume looks so similar to a monk it is actually a war robe used by his clan in a fight to make them look like a monk not a ninja.
Eliot spent many years under the Academy teachers training to be a skilled ninja he trained long and hard when he got out of the academy and at nights when he was supposed to be sleeping he would be out training his jutsu he trained under most of the ninja around that knew fire and wind jutsu he had some luck finding a sensei and trained under her but not for long after she was killed by an accidental miss firing jutsu that she used and stumbled on throwing Eliot back into a large tree and throwing her into a spike impaling her through the chest killing her on impact she died fast but painfully Eliot was crying at the time because he just lost the person who had looked after him as a mother almost she was his carer and his friend but most of all she was like family to him and his trainer.
Eliot spent many years in the academy under his new teacher but he wasn't like his old sensei he still trained under this man and was able to go to the exams and managed to pass with some ease he became a Genin in the time he had studied under these two teachers.
Genin Arc: Eliot became a Genin after spending his years inside the Academy and under the training of two high ranked ninja he learnt a few jutsu a Genin normally couldn't do but only a few he learnt he could use but he couldn't use them until her hit Chuunin rank which bothered him a little but he still didn't care if he couldn't use them he was happy being Genin and being around with friends during the days and being with people he cared for at night time hanging around he went on missions and spent time with his friends playing games and spending days out he became a hell of a Genin and a hell of a person.

Sorry if I'm clumsy you big bully" She started to tear up in the eyes looking at Eliot slightly crying. "Oh please don't cry god I'm sorry I didn't meant to yell at you please don't cry I'm so sorry" Eliot helped her up and hugged her softly kissing her on the cheek "It wasn't my intention to yell I'm sorry" Eliot looked bad because he just yelled at her in a mean tone and called her a mean word "
Eliot its fine don't worry I don’t mind being a clutz makes things fun" She laughed and pushed him over for fun right into a puddle of water laughing "
HAHA TAKE THAT!" She had shoved Eliot into a puddle of water laughing her self silly "Hey what the!?" Eliot fell right into the puddle getting fully drenched.
"DAMNIT GIRL WHAT WAS THAT FOR" Eliot wasn't happy since he was wearing his nice clothes today he had been covered in water he jumped up and grabbed her smothering her in the water off his clothes running off and going home from the day out. "See you tomorrow Elli watch out for those drenched idiots" Eliot laughed and kept running turning around running back kissing her cheek and hugging her asking her "Wait...lets take you home first so I know your safe" Eliot took her hand and lead her home making sure she got there safe taking off down the road running down to his house a few blocks over waving his hand and yelling goodbye.
