Re looked over the old rules and the rules of now and it seemed that my character didnt have that much he needed to change, so I just updated the history and changed his name. Enjoyness! ;3

Looks: He was wearing a old yet up kept orange
jacket over a blue shirt that he wore neatly under it. Ontop of that he wears a nice and new dark green jounin jacket which he keeps in the best condition.
He also sports dark black pants that he wore with a sly coolness that couldn't be
denied. He has one eye covered with his old scratched mist village
headband and his mouth is covered with a dark blue cloth that no one
really knows where it came from. He just always had it on. So far few
has seen what is behind that mask. And ones that have barely lived to
tell the truth.

Personality: Ketiou is calm and quiet and just
likes to sit back and enjoy a good book. He is very serious at training
and will train years on end just to get to the standards of where his
father was and then not stop there. Ketiou is quite quirky in the sense
that he is calm and strong but funny some times and has a very mature
sense to him. He is easy to get to know
but he doesn't quite open up that quick, yet once you know him he is a
great person to have around and an excellent shinobi. He is quiet calm and never rushes into things. He has a great passion for drawing but not that much of a writer. He always thinks things through. He has a strong heart and usually bottles his emotions, though just now he is training to realease them since he is was a mist ninja before. He loves his family and has never really felt loved or wanted until now. He thinks his life is truly precious and that it should be protecting all times. He desires to be the strongest he can to protect and save his loved ones. He is sweet and very charming, his smile is to die for. He is caring and sensitive but not too sensitive. He is intellectual and knows when to make the right decision. He is afraid of fires, really large bugs and heights. He has great chakra control and trains constantly.

He always strives to better himself. And each and every day he strives to make himself better and stronger for his goals dreams hopes and loves are his main priority, and especially now his family. He is strong and a great teacher, with alot of patience and a calm sense of positivity. He doesn't have a temper except when you insult his family or his clan. He is a very well rounded man but even he has his weakness. But he doesn't like to show them unless its his family or friends. He is really easy to make friends with but not a good enemy to have. He is a great shinobi and an excellent friend. He is funny too!

Touzagan (eye of the currents):

With this doujutsu technique, the user is able to summon forthe water from
air, and send it shooting at opponents. The user is also able to before
an extremly strong jutsu with a katana. When they take out their katana
it starts off looking normal, but the sword added with the power of his
Touzagan eye allows him to make the sword almost unblockable, the
material of the sword when the touzagan becomes much stronger then
steal, and he can also create straight water attacks from , such as
water swipes.

As Ketiou being the only other Makichi other then is brother Okashii, he has developed his own advanced technique with his touzagan that so far only he has been able to unlock. By uses his strong sense of emotional, physical mental and spiritual mastery, he has posessed the ability to change the water around him to form any type of matter he desires. Though it is only that matter as long as he keeps his touzagan activated and focuses on it. If he doesnt then it just splashes back down into water. Though this is a very prized ability of the touzagan that only Ketiou and the mackichis have been able to use. It is far unknown whether any other Makichi in history has achieved this state of touzagan.

create a flying disk of sharp water filled with strong pressure of
water, that he then can throw at the enemy causing it to explode into a
blast of water which is capilble of throwing the enemy onto the ground
or in the air. This takes a mild amount of chakra from Ketiou and he
can use it 5 times a day. This can also hide weapons like kunai and
such in them, or exploding tages with kunai on them.

• Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element.
After forming the needed handseals, Izumo will expel a sticky liquid
from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters.
If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued
to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before
touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without
hindrance. This allows Izumo or a comrade to charge and attack without
fear of becoming bogged down as well.

do this 10 a day.

Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison
an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the
water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only
allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching
the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken,
the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a
bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow
for a clone to attack others nearby.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to
create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has
the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having
physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks
on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not
travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured,
the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

This is one of Ketious strongest attack though it takes alot of chakra. Its his strongest Touzagan technique so far.
Ketiou charges a large amount of chakra into his hand and thrusts it down to the ground. It instants he gather enough chakra to transform into water and has it swirl around his hands charging it as the flow grows stronger and stronger then releases it as he dashes towards the person at extreme speeds carring the strong flow and force of a waterfall in his hand and as soon as he gets to his target he thrusts his hand at the enemy and launches the tidal wave of water at the opponent straight at them like a guided water fall smashing straight into them! The force is undeniable but it takes alot of chakra.

from the grounds ad all water around the area around him in a 20 yard

water jutsus. If there is a local lake pond or stream creek river and
any body of water is sucked into the ground which can also make the
grounds soggy enough to where its all mud.

Ketiou can create a strange liquid water that looks like any water from
his hand he can transfer this onto a throwing weapon or just by his
hand touching something will spill the water onto it. By the special
water touching any amount of water it will send a special posion
chemical that stuns the enemy for 5 minutes when they touch the water.
They can break the stun if they are no longer in contact with that
water. But once they come in contact with it again they are stunned
again.

Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole
the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal
Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance.
The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones
and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can
also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally
disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the
original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an
excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and
stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time.
This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train
and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with
Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is an advanced variation of the Kage Bunshin Ninjutsu technique which was banned by the First Hokage. This has not stopped many Jounin-level ninja from learning the technique however. Instead of creating several clones, several hundred clones are created. Depending upon the level of skill of the ninja, the amount of chakra required to create the clones will vary. Ninja who do not have good chakra control like Naruto, will have to utilize a lot more chakra to be able to create this number. Ninja with good chakra control like Hatake Kakashi can create numerous clones but not have to use as much chakra.

With the touzagan Ketiou can summon enough water from the air to form into the tip of his blade in which he can release a large slice of water into the air flying at the enemy at high speeds. He can release multible ones and as many as he pleases for each slash. He can make then larger and large the more he focuses and when they come in contact with the person they explode. You see each slash of water has compressed water pressure inside of it and its compressed so tightly that it explodes when hit. Kinda of like when you hold a hose down with your finger for awhile then when you let out it shoots out rapidly. Also Ketiou can charge his blade so much that he can make a slash of water that is litterately the size of a house. Thats why its an A rank jutsu. its also only known to those who wield the touzagan. Which there are only two in the world so far.

By Using his advanced elemental jutsu skills he can gather the earth around him and from the ground and draw it up onto him in where he can form it around him body to create various type of body armor. Ketiou can use the earth ground and mud around him to install chakra into it so that its now being manipulated by him and is under his control. Then whenever the enemy touches the ground or earth, on command the ground/earth will jump up and strike the person, then wrapping about them rightly constraining there muscles and stopping them from moving so quickly. The more chakra armor that is constraining them, the slower them move. They can also come up from the ground like hands and grab there legs, stopping them from moving completely. Once Ketiou releases the jutsu they person is free and the ground turns to dust.

While expanding on the jutsu where Ketiou can create a special chemical poison from his finger, he uses that exact same jutsu to create this one, yet with a more deadly result. What happens, is whatever water or liquid substance that Ketiou focuses on he can create a very deadly and lethal acidic chemical like poison that is hidden within the water. With that, which ever time or any time that this water or liquid is touching the persons body, even clothes or skin, its so acidic that it will burn through whatever is below it and enter the persons blood stream. Slowly it will travel along its course, until it reaches the heart, and when it does, it will slowly poison the whole body, sending a very toxic chemical through out all there veins in which soon, it will begin eating away at the person from the inside out and soon in *4 posts exactly* the person will die unless they can stop it with any special medical jutsu. Other then that, this jutsu is highly lethal and is a good offensive jutsu, while still being secretive about it until the very end. This jutsu is in tact with his touzagan, in which he needs no hand signs to use this. He only has to stick his hand out, and point his middle and index finger together and focus chakra on them, to active this ability/jutsu.

This jutsu works in corespondance with the other jutsu where Ketiou can create the very acidic and deadly toxic chemical and hide it within any liquid he creates or chooses. Now with this jutsu Ketiou can create a special unique toxic and very acidic chemical in where if it reaches the body, any body other then the host, it will stun the person for 5 *One post* minutes exactly. Now whats so unique about this chemical, is that it actually works as a conductor and stores electrochemical cells in the water which stores chemical energy making it available as electrical energy. Like a battery, and uses the outside free radical engeries from such elements as lightning, and uses then to charge its own lethal power to where when it comes in contact with a body, it will stun them for 10 minutes instead of 5. Infact the stronger that the lightning is that comes in contact with the chemical liquid the more it charges it in which the longer the body will stay stunned.

This jutsu is very rare, and Ketiou uses it with caution for it does have a large drawback. Creating the chemical slowly drains a year of his life span so he doesnt use it lightly.
Like the other chemicals all he needs to do is flip his two fingers into the air and charge his chakra, using the Touzagan to input and create the chemical right where there is an open water source that he can see.

With this ability and jutsu Ketiou can concentrate his chakra into his touzagan to morph the waters around him into any sort of large jungle cat he desires. They are made of purely aqua and after a few good hits they explode into water. Though the more powerful ones can stay for longer. This is like a summoning but its not its actually more like a clone jutsu but creating animals instead of himself.
Here are the animals he can create.
Lions, Tigers,(No bears or oh my. XD)
Panthers, Cougars, Moutain lions and jageuars and even lepords and snow lepords.
But his favorites are panthers.
The sizes of the animals vary from the rank.
C-The size of a regular wild cat.
B-Twice the size of a wild cat. Almost as big as a small car.
A- A very large Wild cat about the size of an SUV.
S- The boss summon, massive in heighth about the size of a wall mart!!!
History/Background Story:
Ketiou was born in the small village of mist as a children between the great well known killer *Insert mystery name here* who was a mist anbu then, and a mysterious kunoichi that Ketiou knew nothing about. He was a secret to all the village and his father would refuse to call him his son as it would set too much danger on Ketious life so he was kept quiet.

Ketiou was an energetic child who was mature in the ways of the ninja before he was even 12. He always looked up to his father strong and protective but always was successful in his career. Ketiou never knew what he did but he always thought that it was something honorable and amazing as his father would do nothing other then the sorts of that. His father would never let him go on any of his missions because he would always say "Its too dangerous your not strong enough to fend for yourself" That what he would always say.


Ketiou disliked it so much that he never got to go on any of his fathers missions as he always wanted to. He looked up to his father so much and wanted to be like him when he grew up. Strong powerful, protective and reliable. And so ever since the day that his father neglected him to go Ketiou trained every day and every night to get stronger and focus his bloodline limit so some day soon he would be strong enough that his father would sit down and say to him "Wow Ketiou you have grown up to become a great shinobi you are so strong and I am so proud of you"...The day where he would fulfill his dream of becoming the youngest jounin to rank.

And that would be the day that his father would finally say "Your such a strong shinobi and I'm proud that you are my son" Tears would come to his eyes as Ketiou would dream this. And he would dream about this everyday and trained to get stronger and stronger until this day would come. But sadly this day would never come.


As one day Ketiou was following his dad to see what mission he was up to next, when a couple of no good leaf shinobi came up and ruthlessly attacked him. He was defenseless against the strong jounin from leaf and his 3 genin Cronys. He withheld them pretty long and put up a good fight. Then a family friend of his came in to help him but sadly it wasn't enough as I saw that my father was brutally murdered at the hands of the evil slimy killer from the leaf village named "Kakauzhi Moroshi" till this day Ketiou trained to become as stong as he possibly could so that one day he would track down this Kakazhi Moroshi and avenge his fathers death as this is what his father would of wanted. He was sure of it. So he left his village and traveled the world training and thriving to become stronger so that one day he could defeat his fathers killer and avenge his fathers name.

So at the age of 12 he entered konoha where it said the killer of his father would be and as undercover he entered the academy pretending to be a little academy student just to get closer to his fathers killer or at least learn more about him.
Yet one day as he was researching he realized that his father had a son before him, a older brother he had of this same clan. Though what he didn't know is that they never knew of him because the time he was born his older brother actually lived in leaf as where Ketiou lived in mist, the makichis enemy. Which is why he was never found out that they were brothers. His dream is still to become the youngest jounin ever. And hopefully some day if he trained hard enough and got strong enough..
That day would come and he would finally make his father proud wherever he was..

Jounin Arc
The long journey was over finally. From crossing from Sand where he resided to leaf with his new found family, Seu Nara, ANBU of Leaf and Okashii Makichi His older brother and missing nin, soon to reside in leaf as well. He loved his family so much, it was absoutely amazing. He had everything he ever desired in his life. A loving family, a home, a place to belong to and people that he cared about that cared for him too. He had all he could ever want.

Though it was just about to get even better! After the long move to leaf to live with his new big sister in law Seu, he was to go under an apointment with the Hokage, Lady T, Seu called her. She was a very wonderful lady with a strong and powerful grip on her dutys. She exaimed Ketiou fully and tested his abilitys. Without delay Ketiou accepted with great honor. Knowing that it was ok to use his full potential the woman saw a spark of powerful destiny and a potential to be an amazing shinobi. Also he was on of the only other Makichis so that was very priceless.
She could tell that his leve was way above his current rank and she decided with much thought that he would be an exellent Jounin for Leaf. And so with great honor Ketiou was appointed and accepted the jounin possition. It was amazing! His biggest dream his goal, his greatest desire in the world has come true! Bright clear silvery crystal tears ran down his face as he smiled the brightest and warmest smile he had ever smiled in his WHOLE life. It was truely a dream come true, but not only that but he had been appointed jounin and his brother and new sister, his family was watching him, smiling with such pride and joy.


This was all he could ever hope for and he wished he could stop this moment in time and hold it dearly in his heart. Forever more! After that he gave his greatests honors to the Hokage-Kyou and left with a smile in his face and a deep passion and pride in his heart. And this time not alone, but with his family who he cared so much for. He vowed himself that he would become the best jounin he could ever be and be the strongest for his family, so that no matter what he could protect his family and make sure that everything would be alright. Even though they could protect them self, he still wanted to make sure they would be alright. For them and his job was his life, his new amazing life. And it felt great!


He vowed to himself that he would be the best jounin that the leaf had ever had, and each and everything day he lives out that purpose.
He now lives with his family, Seu and Okashii awaiting his first duty as a jounin. He was so excited! He couldn't wait to receive a team. He would do all the that he could to teach the genin he had to become great shinobis just like him.
And with that he lives every day cherishing every moment and now he would be the strongest he could be for his family and now his country. For it was not only his duty but his destiny.
And each day he lived, he would work towards that purpose and make sure he could be his best, for his family and his village.
This was the happiest moment of Ketious life, and he couldn't of ever been more proud!!!!!


Jounin Arc/ Saanin Arc

The cold winterly snow froze his crystal tears as the unforgivable and the unforgotten event had happened. On that same day, his pride, his glory his mentor his teacher, his idol and most importantly his sister, Seu Nara crossed into the arms of divine. She died on that same very night he held his arms around her when he found her in that burnt down house. Dead in his arms he cried for several hours until finally they brought her back to be buried. The funeral service was un bearable and he could hardly even look. He decided standing there in that rain and snow that he would only devote his life to carry on the exact goals and dreams his sister, Seu had for the village and most importantly for her life.

He would use every part of his being to help make konoha better then he could ever imagine. He would take the duty that was given upon him and serve it to its full rightful purpose. He would protect konoha with every inch of his being. And he knew that somewhere some how up in the sky or where ever she was that, in his heart that she would be looking down on him and was sheding tears of joy as she spoke “I'm so proud of him” And that was just enough to keep him going. To keep him driven to do his best and protect konoha with his life!

And by the gods so be it! He would. And if at some point there came a time where he would have to take the duty of hokage for the good of the nation and the country then he would be honored to do it. As that would just allow him to get one step further in the beautiful journey and mission that seu left him with. And that made every moment of his life worth living.
For he would be living for not just himself, or the ones around him. But he would be living for Seu..

Until now he just travels around the countries exploring new things and places and living life to his very fullest. As he knew thats what seu wanted to do, and thats just what he would do. Besides it sounded like fun! To this day he sticks around and protects konoha the best he can and fullfills his duty to the fullest. And thats the life that Seu had left behind for him and thats the life Ketiou is more then willing to live.

So Far.

Ketiou has moved on with his life, though while he has been hidden away training secretly in the valley of mist, he has just finished and is finally returning to his beloved village. The one he had protected, loved and cared for and cherished in everyway. Konoha was his pride and joy. All though Mizu was where he was born, and suna was where he was raised, it always felt that Konoha was his home. Its been 13 years now since he had last seen his brother and 10 years since Seus crossing. He has grown and changed in many of ways then he had ever thought he could but he was most happiest when returning to his village. There was so many people he had met and have not seen forever, and some he had even yet to meet. He couldnt wait to see/meet them all. Ketious name was once Zabuno, but he changed it, for that was too close to the memories of his lost brother and guardian. So he changed his name to Ketiou, for that seemed to fit him as a person now, rather then his old Zabuno ways. His goal now? Just to enjoy his life in the village again, and to protect it from anything in harms way. Of course, if there was any new secret orginizations that were loitering around, you bet he would get down to the bottom of it..For he wouldnt let anything stand in the way of his perfect villages peace! Or at least future..

Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is an advanced variation of the Kage Bunshin Ninjutsu technique which was banned by the First Hokage. This has not stopped many Jounin-level ninja from learning the technique however. Instead of creating several clones, several hundred clones are created (not true, normaly it is only a 1-2 dozen, all depends on the person). Depending upon the level of skill of the ninja, the amount of chakra required to create the clones will vary. Ninja who do not have good chakra control like Naruto, will have to utilize a lot more chakra to be able to create this number. Ninja with good chakra control like Hatake Kakashi can create numerous clones but not have to use as much chakra.
