Ryoukei (Organization)

(This is more of an organization or a coven, I am hoping this is where they are to be placed for judgment for I am incapable of finding another specified area.)

(Note: This Organization/Coven is, if accepted, capable of being applicated for members wishing to join under the understanding that I, as the creator, hold all rights and responsibilities to the organization/coven and will be the one in charge of manipulating meetings, by assigning available people to begin the topics, choosing who is in the organization/coven or not, dealing with issues within the organization/coven and, through private messaging, judging any wishful creation created through the organization/coven. If I choose not to have a character within this organization/coven, I still own rights and responsibilities and will carry out the meetings without a character through Private Messaging to an applicable member or through, if possible, an applicable NPC.

Origin: Kirigakure

Kekkei Gekkei: All members, if any contain, have their own abilities.

Organization Description: This Organization/coven is there to defend their beliefs, their people, selves, and the natural way of life. They believe that their enemies, the Kyuuketsuki (‘vampire) were accidentally created spans of the man’s devil and disrupt the natural circle of life and the animal kingdom. They were a mistake and because of this they live to organize themselves and destroy their creations. They take on anyone willing to help with their cause, treat them as a brother, and are willing to use any force necessary to take out the enemy.

Clan History:

The Ryoukei were people of Kirigakure. They were ninja serving their country and putting down their lives to keep their way of life. But then, a crime lord infiltrated their lands. His minions refused to be put down and soon, the founder of the Ryoukei, decided they needed a special weapon.

In the dark streets of Kirigakure, he came across a special little girl whom was currently manipulating her blood around herself. This posed as the perfect charge. He followed her and found their were many of them, he soon found though, they had quite the weaknesses. But he knew a medical ninja willing to help him find a cure to that.

On a mission to take out the crime wave disrupting his village, and corrupted in the mind, the founder of the Ryoukei called out volunteers to help round up these Ikioi Ordoriko people. He soon had a small army of twenty three willing ninja.

On one faithful night, Ryoukei called his small army and commanded them of the day. They struck.

By the end of the night, they had rounded up 232 of the Ikoi Ordoriko. They bound and gagged them and walked them across the lands to the lands of Sand where, earlier in time, a couple scouts had found an abandoned factory outside village limits. They took the prisoners there and shut them in cells.

It took many blood samples, many tests and many months, but the medical staff had found what they had been looking for. They called it the Antidote of Hell.

They tested it upon all of the prisoners. What a shame, though, they found only fiftyeight survived the injection with stability. Returning the prisoners to the cells, the medical staff and Ryoukei leaders went over the antidote and notes and data, attempting to figure out what went wrong. They never could figure it out.
The alarms never rung, but the prisoners found their escape somehow.

The Ryoukei alerted all the ninja at hand and immidietly chased the prisoners trails. They came across the village, however, never gained access to enter. And so, they waited.

Their prisoners had found their way around them, not once, but twice. They assumed the group must have broken up and disguised themselves, which is what they did. Frustrated with a threat on the line, the leaders order the medical staff to begin working again. Just, this time, on an extermination formula.

And so, years passed, and when the day they finally found their formula came, they immediately tracked down the group. When they left, they left prepared with the formula and new found weakness of the enemy on mind.

They were apparently celebrating some ritual, most likely a devil’s ritual, when they arrived. They didn’t wait long to strike. None of their own was killed during the long night as they chased and battled against the new enemy, which was good, however, still some escaped. They never knew what numbers were out of their grasp, but from that day on, they promised they would hunt down every last one of them and exterminate them.
