Neikan Chi [Complete]

Basic Character Information:
Name: Neikan Chi, literally meaning Wicked Blood.
Age: 23.
Gender: Male.

Looks:
Known for his violet eyes and emotionless expression, Neikan wears black jeans with only a black fishnet shirt. He usually wears jeans that have leather straps that come all the way up to his thighs. Along with this, he wears the normal shinobi sandals and weapon pouch. He can sometimes be seen wearing black nail polish or a black wristband. If he doesn't feel like looking what he consideres to be normal, he wears a specially crafted muzzle or mask to keep him from using his acid unconsiously. He will also wear what appears to be, a leather collar with a chain that hangs down to about his waist. It is said that he wears this collar because he has an unknown 'master' or 'handler' among the missing ninja ranks.

Personality: Considered to be normal by those who look at him as they pass him on the street, but known as a monster by his own people. He was once happy, but was slowly turned into a monster. This evil transformation took place inside Meikan's heart, slowly eating away at his heart, just like the acid that his body produced, his heart was slowly being eaten away by the pain and sadness inside. He had slowly shurnk away from his friends, his family, and himself. He never smiled, laughed, or even played as a child. He lost himself completely when he became a jounin and the great war started.

He watched as his friends and family died around him and left him to be soaked in blood. He couldn't take it and snapped. He lost all sense of control and quickly forgot who was on his side and who wasn't. He had finally lost it and killed his own team and the enemy. Meikan was the only one left. He had been found blood soaked and a blank expression. He was exiled from the village and given a new rank. Meikan, the once gentle, happy child, was now one of the most dangerous killers known to the Leaf Village. He spends his life being feared and killing because he lost his ability to control any of his bloodlust or evil intents. He is now more like a wild animal rather than a human.

Basic Clan Information
Kekkei Genkai: Shitsurenin.
Description: This Kekkei Genkai is very unique. Only members of the Chi clan bear it. The user constantly produces acid inside their body. All clan members bear an indivudal seal on their tounge, appearing to be a tattoo. When the user wishes to make more acid, they simply remove the seal. Note: The seal is only a limit setter for all clan members.
Special Effect: This allows the user to spit acid from their mouth, and they can also produce acid in different varieties. All of these acids varying in volume and strength. The strongest acid melting pure steel from the moment it touches it. The weakest hardly even burning a person's skin. If the seal on the user's tounge is removed, that means that the limit set by the seal is reached and then needs to be exceeded. If the limit set after that is exceeded, the user could die from over use, since it takes their actual bodily functions to produce more acid. This also means that the user's body is immune to their own acid and can freely touch the acid as if it were simply cold water.

History and RP Sample
History:
Childhood Arc~ Born to the proud head of the Chi clan, was a young son who would very soon live up to his name. Neikan, was a bright, happy child who laughed and played like any normal child would. By the age of three, he had learned to walk and talk. He had made his mother and father so happy. Things slowly began to change by the time he reached the age of 8, he had slowly started to show less and less of his happy smile and seemed lost and in a daze. Neikan had started to become a completely different person and it made his parents worry about him.

While his personality never changed much after his parents noticed that he had become a little bit withdrawn, Neikan's thoughts changed dramatically. He found himself wondering what it would be like to kill someone and watch them die a slow, painful death. Some would say that it was just his childish curiosity, others said it was because he was a demon child. Whatever the cause was, his parents never found out until many years later when he was old enough to enter into the ninja acadcemy. He took his ninja and clan training with ease, rarely ever getting a bad mark on anything that he did.

He was hated by most of his peers for his natural ability to preform and was thus outcats out of his only group of friends. This only made him become even more withdrawn. His parents took notice to this fact, but were never worried that it would affect him in anyway. They were wrong. Though Neikan never showed it, being forced to be alone as an academy student tore him apart inside. All he had ever wanted was some friends who accepted him and would be as happy for him as his parents and teachers were. That day never came.

Genin Arc~ By the time he graduated the adacemy, he had already learned how to do all of the basic jutsu and some more advanced jutsu. He had also managed to master the easy clan justu and finished his clan training. He was among the top shinobi. Despite his high marks and top rankings among the other shinobi, he was alone and suffered in silence. His parents, by this time, had given up on him ever returning to his normal, smiling self. Neikan, feeling alone and deprived of friendship and even happiness, kept away from his teammates and hardly even so much as looked at them when they were out on missions. He was usually the one to complete the mission properly, while his teammates were horrible at even deciding on a course of action. In his own opinion, they wasted too much time in fighting and not enough time on learning the others strenghts and weaknesses.

Had his team took the time to actually try to do their missions without fighting, things would have went alot smoother and faster each and every time. He was contempt with being the only one who thought quickly on his feet and took the right course of action. He had worked hard to get to where he was and planned on going even farther, even if he had to be the only one out of his team to advance on to the next level. Neikan rarely relaxed on his days off, instead he spent them in the forest away from the prying eyes of his fellow shinobi. He would train for hours and then get frustrated and sink down to the dirt to cry in solitude. He felt so alone and was growing tired of his suffering. He would cry until he could cry no more tears of pain. He even found himself screaming, asking god why he was hated so.

He had suffered so long, that he had finally grew tired of letting things get to him. He slowly began to shed his emotions, and never even frown or show that he was annoyed. He only showed an emotionless expression, one that was as cold as the way that he had been treated in the academy.

Chuunin Arc~ Soon after Neikan shed his emotions, the chuunin exams were announced and his team was granted permission to take part in the exams. Few of the other shinobi did he recognize or even know where they came from despite his having studied up on all of the villages and lands that would be there to compete in the exams. Most of his inability to recall any of the village symbols were due to his eagerness to begin the exam and get to the next rank in the shinobi ladder or ranking system. He had trained hard, and was sure that he was ready for this chance to become a chuunin and be free from his idiot teammates.

Neikan had spent the last few years doing insanely hard training, he was extremely tough on himself during his time in the forest training. He would often find that he went home cut and bleeding on nearly every part of his body. Tough training that he endured along with his feeling like the world was crashing down upon him. This was something that he simply had to do, no matter what. He felt like he had to do this in order to prove that he could, to prove to himself that he was strong enough to take on almost anything. He was right, passing the first round easily and passing the second round with a few difficulties and the final round, a battle to test their skills in battle. This was the round that he had been long awaiting. Without a word or even so much as a smirk on his face, he entered his battle with a shinobi from the grass village. He wasted no time in determining their weaknesses with close evaluation and precision, he dfeated his opponet in the feastest round in the exams.

After he watched his teammate's useless attempts at their battles, he left the arena to await the final choices for those who would become a chuunin. Three days later, he recieved his new chuunin attire and first solo mission as a chuunin. He had been one of the top shinobi at the exams and showed wonderful talents and study habbits. The Hokage was very glad to see him among those who became a chuunin. The Hokage would soon regret his ever meeting Neikan.

Jounin Arc~ After three years of being a Chuunin, the Hokage allowed Neikan to take part in the secret Jounin exams. He passed and took his rank with silence. After he was appointed as a jounin, he was kept as a special jounin for the Hokage since his abilities were above average. He took his missions in silence and did all his work. Neikan took everything in stride and silence, like a very respectful shinobi should. Despite his great rank and job, Neikan still found himself wondering if he could bring himself to kill his own family and friends. The human mind always wanting to push the limits, curious about how far they could push themselves. Neikan, being human despite his inhuman silence, was a human who simply wanted to puch his limits and see how far he could go.

The ability to kill silently was nothing to him. He had spent half of his life in silence only speaking when he saw fit to be polite or to show respect to the Hokage himself. None of his fellow shinobi could get him to speak nor his family. The ones who considered themselves to be his friends would constantly babble on about their lives, all the while he was fighting the urge to kill them on the spot. One day, the urge was too powerful to fight any longer and he murdered his partner in cold blood while they were on a mission. He had completed his mission and returned home to his clan. He hadn't took the time to stop by the Hokage's office because by now, turning back would only be a stupid mistake that a child made. He walked into his clan's home and sliced his mother's throat. His father's cries of terror echoing out only a few moments as he ran for the exit of their home.

Now a murderer and full of nothingness, Neikan stood in his now empty childhood home covered in his parent's and friend's blood. No emotion, no regret, no sadness...nothing. He felt nothing even after killing his own loved ones. He had been found a few moments later as he stood in the home, his fellow clan members gawked at him in horror. They asked him Why they even asked him How. He didn't reply until a crowd of his clan members had gathered around the empty home. "Why you ask?" he asked, his voice sounding harsh and dark. "Simply to see if I could," he answered their first question without regret. "I did it with these hands and a simple kunai if you really want to know how," he said, not caring how they reacted. As he figured, they reacted violently and attempted to kill him. He killed them without effort, hardly even moving from the spot where he stood.

Hours later, the Hokage heard of what had happened and sent the ANBU to retreive him from his clan village. He followed them silently and didn't fight them. The Hokage asked him the same questions that his clan had asked him. He, in return, gave the same answers. The Hokage was stunned into silence for over an hour. Finally, when the Hokage could speak once again, he only had this to say, "From this day forward, you are not a part of this village if you set on foot in the gates, we will be forced to kill you and burn your body...you will also be placed on the bingo books as a missing ninja...the class will be changed accordingly, your crimes will most likely land you at the top with other criminals of your stature and ability, thus making you one of the most dangerous...if you ever see me again, know that it will be the last thing that you ever see Neikan Chi also known to his people as the Wicked Blood Demon." No other words were spoken.

Missing Nin. Arc~ Neikan left his village and never returned, he spent the last few years murdering those that other villages sent to kill him and wandering from small village to small village. He spends his life wandering and doing small jobs for a living and hunted for most of his food, He rarely ever wandered into a large village that offered good food. The silent, cold man that had years earlier had a home and a well paying job was now alone and a dangerous criminal who satyed on the run from bounty hunters and ANBU members.

He has now come back to the Land of Fire and is close to the Leaf Village. He's actaully in the Leaf Village forest never coming close to the village gates, keeping his deal with the Hokage.


Rp Sample: Rin watched as Shouta came at her, going for the kill. The Rin that was standing in front of Sakuya with a twisted smile plastered on her face was frozen, her body wouldn't move. Her eyes widened as Shouta made contact with her, grasping her throat and putting her frozen body on the ground in seconds. Rin was trapped by her grandson, and the Rin that was inside the darkness, was holding the new Rin's body still, not allowing it to move. "What is this Rin?!" yelled Ryuk as he tried to move, but failed. Rin was trying to send them a message, and was holding the demon until she was able to come through.

"You filthy wrech, stop trying to fight me, let me kill that annoying little vampire that you call a grandson!" he yelled, Rin's voice becoming darker and rougher. Rin was almost fully possesed by Ryuk, and had almost no hope of stopping him. But the Rin that was inside was forcing Ryuk to let her have control. Rin was strong enough to keep control if she wanted to, but she had allowed Ryuk freedom long enough to get their attention. As if the different colored eyes, long claws, and shaggy hiar wasn't enough. The real Rin wanted to prove to Sakuya tha she was strong, and didn't need to be worried about.

This didn't mean that Rin was going to return to normal, she would still be twisted and slightly different than she used to be, but maybe that was for the best. Who really knew?

"Listen to me Shouta, I still love you and your mother, I will always love you...I just don't love myself enough to keep my depression at bay," Rin said, her beautiful voice returning to her. She was the real Rin for the moment. "Don't give up on me just yet Shouta, I'm strong enough to control this demon that you think that I've become," she said, tears starting to flow freely. Rin was crying, not only on the outside, but on the inside as well. Her heart was about to burst because she had left the villaqge that she loved so much. She smiled her beautiful smile and kissed Shouta on the forehead, telling him this, "I love you very much."

She then looked to Sakuya, even as she was under Shouta's grip, she managed to move. "Don't be scared Sakuya, I'm here, and I will always be here...sure I'm a little different on the outside, but I'm the same old Rin on the inside," She said, her tears flowing to the sand under her. "I'm so sorry for all of this...I hope that you can forgive me," she managed to choke out as she began to sob. Rin wanted to die for this pain that she had caused, but she knew that nothing would grant her wish.
