Kisane Clan WIP

Basic Information.

Name: Kisane Clan
Origin: Konoha
Basic Traits: The people of this clan all mostly look much darker in skin color then most and tend to have a scar on either their shoulder or their chest in the shape of the clan symbol.
Clan Symbol:
Clan Founder: Zane Kisane, Ryu Kisane's father and a powerful Jounin for the Village Hidden in the Leaves Konoha.
Clan Population: C class

Kekkei Genkai Name: Shidogonzo
States: State 1: Its called the Awakening State- In this state the users eyes glow a blueish color and it allows jutsu in quick succesion. To do this the eyes allows increased vision and aswell as natural phisical abilities increased making the user fast enough to get out jutsu much faster which can get most out of bad situations alot easier.


State 2: The Accomplished state- The accomplished state is much different from the Awakening state, it has all the powers of the first state but has two powers that it does not have. It allows use their 'special weapon' it is given to the user by the clans patriarch when they have reached the Accomplished state, the weapon varies due to a Shinobi's fighting style but in general the Accomplished state increases the Chakra. Along with their increased speed and accrobatics make it easier to use their 'special weapon.'


State 3: The Master state- While in the master state one can grasp the true powers of the Kisane clan. The true powers are that the chakra reseviors for the clan increase and they can unleash special jutsu unique to the clan themselves, they have about ten jutsu that can only been done when they have reached the master state otherwise the jutsu will not work. The reason that they have to be in master state to use is because the handsigns used take alot of time to perform and they would most likely be killed when using the special jutsus passed down to each clan member that and the jutsus take alot of chakra and they need their increased chakra resevior in order to have enough stamina to perform the jutsu. Also while in master state your eyes are much sharper they can see farther and have a wider vision feild.

History/Background

History of Clan: For the longest time the Kisane clan was large until it mystiriously was wiped out with only a few survivors. The few survivors are now under the newest clan patriarch, Ryu Kisane, they now are currently trying to rebuild their clan one member at a time, with little success the Kekkai Genkai they possess makes most villagers fear them due to the amazing powers that come with it. Their are few Jounins that have come from the clan but each time a Jounin does come from the clan he/she is very powerful and can usually hold their own with all of the other Shinobi that rome the Village Hidden in the Leaves.
Most Kisane clan members are not favored by the villagers and other Shinobi as a matter of fact if they can they try to avoid them at all cost. The mebers themselves can be cold at times but they are not cruel people though their outside demenour states otherwise with their dark skin and multiple scras they tend to be feared as if they were trying to take over Konoha though they most definately are not. The members try and fit in with the others often but they tend to have very little success.
They are all good people and powerful shinobi all loyal to Konoha and its Lord Hokage. They still to this day have major problems with the villagers but with everyday that comes another person abandons their hate for the clan members and another enemy that hates them appears. They fight on and protect their villagers but also still are saddened by the hate that the villagers feel for them....

Name: Dancing Blades
Type: Kenjutsu

Range: Close combat
Weapon: Any type of long to mid ranged sword.
Effect: N/A
Description: The user uses their mastery of blades and does dance like moves that allow them to get in close and cut the opponent several times over, if the opponent pays enough attention it can be evaded and countered.

Name: Flash cut
Type: Kenjutsu
Rank: A
Range: Close combat
Weapon: Short sword
Effect: User moves at blinding speeds temporarily.
Description: The user moves at blinding speeds temporarily slicing the opponent over and over doing massive damage, but temporarily exhaust them.

Name: Master Blade
Type: Kenjutsu
Rank: S
Range: Close combat
Weapon: Long sword or Broad sword
Effect: Makes effective offensive capabilities
Description: Takes one of the above weapons and enters a serene state of mind to where the only focus the user has is to the enemy and begins fighting like a real swords master for temporary time.... This jutsu is one of the Kisane clan favorites so it is very well known.

Name: Silent Blade
Type: Kenjutsu
Rank: D
Range: Close combat
Weapon: Dual Swords
Effect: Easy advantiage when being pinned down in battle.
Description: When using this technique the user is at first fighting with only one sword while the other swords sheath is hidden behind their clothing and when he/she is pinned down they can use their chakra to forcifully draw their hidden blade and turn the tables in many different ways.

Name: Shadow Blades
Type: Kenjutsu
Rank: S
Range: Long Ranged
Weapon: Chain Blade
Effect: The only Kenjutsu art in the Kisane clan arsenal that can reach long ranged areas or opponents.
Description: The chain of the user is forcibally attached to it but when it's done they train and ub-tain complete mastery of chain blade fighting. This jutsu allows the chain blade or blades of the user to extend extremely far
and its speed moves so fast that its confused to be only a shadow that cuts down an enemy, un-fortunantly this attack is extremely doubtful to cause an instant kill instead it actually is extremely hard to control and will most likely only damage the opponent.
