He has long dark red hair that shines in the morning sky, 2 small baby blue eyes ( when not in jinjuriki form ), a small round nose, scars and bruses from battles, and a seal on his stomach. When on duty, he wears a flack jacket, black shorts, a blue t-shirt, finishets aroud his heals, a necklace, and blue sandles.
Personality:
Shino is a kind, timid, trust worthy person who likes to follow the rules of a shinobi. He likes to read and train in his free time. Shino is the 9 Tailed Fox's jinjuriki and has managed to master and take control of it. He does not like to tell lies or do anything wrong. He also likes to try to master all of the jutsu in the shinobi world and to master his byakugan.

Kekkei Genkai:The Byakugan
Description:is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga clan. It is one of the three great dōjutsu, along with the Sharingan and the Rinnegan.
Special Effect: Those that inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless white eyes (Neji's and Hinata's eyes seem to have tints of blue-gray and lavender, respectively). When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge. It also appears that unlike the other two dōjutsu, all members of the clan possess and can use the kekkei genkai from birth, as opposed to needing to awaken it.
The Byakugan's abilities have left it highly coveted by the other villages, as evidenced by Kumogakure's attempt to steal it during the Hyūga Affair. Ao of Kirigakure was able to obtain a Byakugan from an opponent he defeated, and goes to great lengths to protect it; at the same time, Danzō Shimura goes to equal lengths to retrieve or destroy it. Unlike transplanted Sharingan, Ao's Byakugan can be activated and deactivated at will.
The first ability of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra.
The second ability is being able to see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person, and can be improved. In Part I, Neji Hyūga was able to see an area of 50 meters, but later he increases his visual range to at least 800 meters, while Hinata Hyūga's range in Part II stretches at least as far as 10 km. However, the Byakugan cannot see through certain barriers, such as the Four Black Fog Battle Formation used by the Sound Four.
The third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, chakra flow as well as the chakra circulation system inside the body with great detail. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style: Gentle Fist. Unlike the Strong Fist, which is focused on external injuries, the Gentle Fist style focuses on internal injuries. Each strike, when placed correctly, strikes along the chakra pathway system, which is the network of vessels that carry chakra. This network is closely intertwined with the functioning of the body's organs, and so, when the keirakukei take damage, the organs suffer as well. There is no defense against the Gentle Fist, since one cannot train one's internal organs to become stronger. The only possible defense is to stop the Gentle Fist's hits from connecting. Also, like the Sharingan and Rinnegan, the Byakugan's ability to see chakra and its flow allows the user to detect chakra sealed barriers. It was also shown in the anime that the Byakugan can also discern a transformation and a real person using the eye's ability to see chakra.
Particularly skilled users of the Byakugan can take the Gentle Fist style one step further. Along the keirakurei are 361 pinprick-sized nodes called tenketsu, or chakra points. When struck, the Byakugan user can choose to either seal, or forcibly open these tenketsu, thus giving the user complete control over their opponent's chakra system. So, with precision, all those points along the victim's body can be sealed, stopping the chakra flow to those areas. Able to strike without force, and yet do more damage to a ninja than some of the most powerful ninjutsu, the Gentle Fist has been labeled as the greatest taijutsu style known in all of Konohagakure.

History
Birth & Childhood arc:
Shino was born on a bed in his home, his parents dead with only his older brother to take care of him. His brother treated him with love and afection and started to train him when he came of age. Before entering the academy, the Nine Tailed Fox Spirit broke free of it's prison and the jinjuriki died. The village needed a ninja to have the beast sealed inside a persons soul. They chose Shino, who would later be shuned by everyone in the village.
Once he started his basic training at the academy, he made a few friends and enemies. He got the top grades in all of his classes and soon graduated the asademy. He learned all of the jutsu that the academy had to offer and soon graduated with his friends and became a genin.
Genin arc:
Once Shino became a genin, he was put on a team with two other genin and a sensai under the watch of anbu black ops to make sure that Fox were to not break free during his training. He managed to learn some more jutsu within his time as a genin and put on missions that would train his abillity to control the beast deep inside his soul, mastering it within two and a half years.
4 Years after becoming a genin, his sensai entered his team into the chunin exams. Shino trained harder then ever before. He passed the written exam with flying colors and started to prepar for the second exam. He felt a gruling pain in his stomach and was soon in his soul. He had a conversation with the Nine Tailed Fox Spirit. He met up with the hokage to tell him about his conversation. The hokage told him that that was the reason he was chosen to be the jinjuriki. He soon met his team early at the gates of the Forest Of Death to disguss their plan.
Once the exam started they headed the to the tower so they could relax for a while. On the last day, they met a team of Grass ninja and killed them and took their scroll, finishing the exam. The hokage announced that they had one month to prepar for the third and final exam. Shino used the time training and reading as much as he could, straining himself.
One month after the second exam ended, he wen't to the stadium for the last battle. He battled and killed a Cloud shinobi within minutes and with the rest of his team and became a Chunin.
Chunin arc:
Once Shino was pramoted to chunin, the anbu ninja stoped looking over him and became under the watch of his fellow Chunin and Jounin. He had an argument with the hokage about him being watched over, lost, and then had another conversation with the Fox Spirit. The fox, cunning as he was, tried to convince him that the ninja of Konoha were merly using him as a weapon of war and to revolt. Shino decided not to and learn about the byakugan, the Hyuga clan's Dojutsu, which he managed to learn and master within weeks. One day, Shino got word that his brother had perished on an S-rank mission. He wen't insane and unleashed some of the Nine Tailed Fox's power, killing 3 Chunin and 1 Jounin (by accident) and wen't to the third training ground to mourn his brother and the ninja he had accadently killed. A couple of weeks later, he was attacked by and akatsuki menber, Atsushi Uchiha and saved by his team and helping Daichi, his teamate battle his older brother, which started the 4th Great Ninja War and the end of Akatsuki.

Shino found out of his older brother's death, making him go insane. AAAAAAAHGGGGGGGHHHHHHH! He cried through the tears, Calm down Shino. It's OK. You can come live with me if you want too. said Daichi. The Fox's power stared to slip out of the seal. one tail, two tails, three tails! Hurry up and seal the Fox away Shimo before all it's power slips out of it's seal! The hokage said in terror. Right away sir! Once the ninja came in contact with the seall, he died instantly!
The power wen't out of control, killing a Jounin. Hurry up and seal the Fox away Shimo before all it's power slips out of it's seal! Right away sir!... AAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHHH! Shimo! someone called to the dead Jounin. The 4th and 5th tails emerged, killing 3 Chunin. Then the hokae sealed the fox away once more. What the hell just happened lord hokage? Shino asked as if he had just arrived. You killed these ninja unlocking the Fox spirit because of the death of your older brother. The hokage announced in a sad voice. I COULD'NT HAVE! I HAVE IT UNDER MY CONTROL! Shino shouted in anger and terror. I know you do but it happened, i'm sorry of the loss aswell. I gotta go to the training field to calm down. See ya later lord hokage and thanks for your concern. Shino said as he walked out of the room and to the 3rd training field sobbing in disgrace.
