States:
Stage 1: This is the first and easiest soumon of the jutsu. The user forms the corect hand seals and soumons a 20ft long garder snake to the field. The snake goes around and bites people, sending poison through their body at a very small rate.

State 2: This is the 2nd stage of the technique. The user creates more hand seals than stage 1. The user soumons a 35ft rattle snake to battle. The snake goes around whacking it's tail around to knock things out of shight and consume their opponents. The snake gets the ability to talk to get an even better undrerstanding of it's orders from the soumoner.

Stage 3: God Snkae Soumoning: This is the 3rd, final, and hardest level of the jutsu to control. The user creates 25 hands seals and uses a special hand seal at the end and slams his index finger on the ground. A giant 70ft king cobra comes to the battle. The snake can use fire style jutsu and water style jutsu in battle. The snake's bite sends a poison through the prey's body at an alarming rate.

This is very similar to Sage Jutsu...Gathering energy from the surroundings. Since how its too similar I'm afraid I'll have to ask you to do a different clan, or remove this...

I only see 3 stages. Since how this is a clan jutsu, it SHOULD be in the Clan Application you set up. But, since how I don't want the hassle, it can stay.

After the small fix of the stage thing, it can be approved.
