Looks: Sky is relatively short, standing at 4'7 feet tall with a faded violet hair color. It is long and if you don't take a good look at him you could mistake him for a girl. He wears a black cloak that has an Oracle Symbol on the arms, which are a faded yellow color. The cloak is held together by Shoelace strings, and the cloak reaches to the ground, but opens at his hips, and branches off to cover each of his legs, his pants are much like the color of his Oracle symbol, but they are usually covered since he stands with his legs together most of the time. However in a fighting stance or while running you would see it. He has Hazel Brown eyes, Occasionally you can see bandages hanging out of his short sleeved shirt.


Personality:Sky is a mute, he cannot talk or refuses to. It is unknown of which. This makes him mainly emotionless however he speaks using hand signals that his and his friends and close people know, however new people wouldn’t. He is a classic Emo type person. He is confused about life and unsure of future. His caretaker, Marike hasn’t told him much as he would like and really hasn’t taught him what he wants to know. He is easily pleased, but at the same time easily saddened. He sways in mood often and tends to wander in thought. He can’t stay focused for long and usually forgets things. He is a lonely kid at heart and really just wants to be loved by someone. Marike cares for him but she doesn’t really enjoy him, he was lucky to be taken into her care. He feels unwanted and untrustworthy even if he trusts people he thinks would take care of him. He doesn’t really care about the people around him and yearns to see more of the world and its people. He is curious and adventurous. He is kind and friendly but only after a while of knowing people. He generally is harsh to people at first, but that changes if he likes you, which generally happens. He tends to like people to easily when he should learn about them better. He is usually foolish.


Clan
Skylar is part of the Sunashai Clan. They were not high up in rank, but a low; poverty filled clan that was tiny in numbers. All members were civilians of a sort; some merchants and fishers who tried to make a name for themselves, others shopkeepers and venders, but most had no job. These members were known as “hobos,” seeing how they could not keep a job and lived mostly in the streets; the appearance one of a ruffian and skud. Very dirty, they lacked in care for their personal hygiene and littered the streets of Kumogakure.

Although they were part of the Clan, the members shunned those who could not keep jobs or at least have a suitable position in society. They were thrown out of their houses and the doors to the Sunashai Clan were shut firmly in their faces. Unable to pay for a home, they sheltered in alleyways and begged for scraps of food from restaurants and shops. Many pitied them and gave what they could, but not enough to allow them to regain a name. Once thrown from the Clan, you were never welcomed in again.

Sunashai did not have a direct job preference; their only goal was to try and be noticed. None tried to become ninjas, feeling that they would not gain anything from death in a field like that. They did not see Kumogakure as a home, it was only a temporary place that they would nest before moving on. They were nomadic and no matter where they settled, the Sunashai fit in just fine.

They usually moved every five years; not for a pacific reason but because they thought of it as a tradition. A move was to create a new life and perspective and each change of scenery came with more knowledge of the land and of the Countries all together. They were knowledgeable and smart; most conniving and secretive, not willing to share their information, intellect or secrets with anyone other than their clan members. They were secluded and quiet, trying and successfully blending in with their surroundings without much trouble.

They were masters of secrecy, those who made it in the hard life of the Clan. They knew when to hide and when to appear; like ghosts materializing here and there. The secrecy of their clan was not one that was brought up in company and although most viewed them as weak and pathetic, to the Sunashai, it was different. They saw themselves as powerful beings that had a knack for knowing when one was lying or trying to deceive them.

This was their Kekkei Genkai in a way. Although they were not shinobi, they gained a 5th sense which they called, “Shirorai.” This term meant, “White Lie.” What their bloodline gave them was a feeling. Whenever someone tried to lie or tell half truths, they sensed it; a small tightening feeling they gained in their gut that grew more painful when the lies continued. Sometimes, they would have to sit and gasp in air; the pain becoming immense and hard to ignore. This was their weakness, and barely anyone knew of the Kekkei Genkai to begin with.

Very good with business, the Sunashai were nearly never fooled or taken advantage of. They weren’t seen as a clan usually, but instead as individuals. Each had a special ability or subject they excelled out and most followed that into a career or… ended up trying and failing miserably.

Special Characteristics: Bandage Control
This special characterstic of his allows him to have complete control over the bandages that are long and rolled up underneath his clothing, he can use them much like gaara could use sand, or Water users use water to an Advantage. They are burnable and cuttable, they are simple bandages that he can control and use in specific jutsu. He carries the bandages on his body, under his clothing so that if you looked under his coat or shirt you wouldn't see flesh but layer upon layer of bandaging. This allows the use of defensive jutsu but he hasn't mastered the bandages yet. They only cover the parts of his skin where flesh isn't visible already, (Ex. Under his shirt/pants, not on his forearms or hands.) They have the ability to extend and shrink and well as be controlled through the use of Wind Chakra which takes very little to none.

Description: Using this technique with extreme concentration, he pours poison onto the bandages he is currently using from his various supply of medical and poisonous goods that he carries. After doing so, he uses the bandage to attempt to grasp an opponent, once he successfully grabs or grasps a target small fibers of the Bandages will inject a tiny dosage of the poison into the person’s skin, which can do various effects such as, Blurry Vision, near or Far sightedness, slower reflexes and confusment.

History and RP Sample
History:
Skylar was born into a criminal family, not anything big, but enough to get a person into trouble. His father was a thief, and his mother was a prostitute, but it was proven that one was his mother and one was his father. However, due to a rare gene malfunction made him a mute child, he did not cry when he was born nor has he made any noise since. His mother took care of him for as long as she could, with the money she had, she was a caring person and all but she couldn’t afford to take care of a deformed child. His father left long before her mother could place the blame, and he now is living in the world, but Skylar doesn’t know that.
He later found out he was born into a small town in southern Snow country. His village was near the border of the Sound country, and due to the large amounts of experimenting on people that was done in Sound Country, they would need people from time to time. An orphaned child was always a good choice, and Sky was around. He was taken back to the Sound Country on lies, they told him they would give him money, a place to live, a girl to date, all lies. They tied him to a cart, dragged him into an experimental lab and began testing on him. Their main test was to develop a weapon that could be used for medical ninja, known as Bandaging craft, but Sky knew nothing of it. They tested on him, and eventually let him go, bandages covering his body with his new found power.
Here at the age of 12 he found Marike Sunashai. He was east of sound country, wandering the landscape when it seemed like the gods had given him life as Marike appeared behind him. Placing a re-assuring hand on his shoulder, he fell over lifelessly, hungry, tired, and completely alone. Marike’s only known act of kindness towards him was then, or at least it seemed like it, she brought him into Fire country, where he lives with her now, even if she travel’s a lot. She taught him some basic poisons and a tad bit of remedies for known poisons. But that was all. The others as he called them, gave him his bandaging powers which he was grateful of, but at the same time angry with.
Marike didn’t really want to drag him along everywhere, so she dumped him off in the Academy, and he learned some basic jutsu even though he knew more then most kids, he was 13 and they graduated him quickly to Genin because of his age and abilities. So now he reigns as a genin, still no team, nor anyone really caring about him at best, everyone beating him up at worst. He is still mute to this day, yet some doctors say that he should be able to talk, while others disagree, it is not certain if he can or if he chooses not to anymore.

Rp Sample:
Sky sat boredly with a stick in his hand on a bench, poking at a few ants that were marching on the sidewalk. It was a quiet street, one of his favorites where he could just get away to, but lately the kids had found him here which sucked since he couldn’t keep them away. Today was going to be one of those days. Making the motion to sigh, yet no noise coming out he looked up, three large kids stood there one had a large bat in his hand.
“Sup Silent.” The larger one said, the other two moved closer towards Sky, sky pulled his legs onto the bench and enabled his chakra. The two boys grabbed him by the arms, sky gave them each a scowl. The one with the bat swung hard at his legs, bruising them and mutilating them. Bandages suddenly wrapped around his legs, and a single bandage crept out from under his pant leg. It grabbed the bat and held it tight, the other two boys threw him against the bench, crushing the bench and sky, the Third boy dropped the bat and ran off.
Sky laid there not wanting to move, he curled himself up into a ball tight, the sounds of footsteps around him as a few whispers were let out, he was battered and bruised everywhere, his body felt numb, he himself felt hatred towards the boys, but he knew in his heart he couldn’t do what he wanted to them. A few hands picked him up, and sky’s eyes opened wide at the feeling of a sharp pain in his leg, a woman held a bloody piece of wood that had obviously been embedded into his thigh. He winced and a few doctors showed up, they sighed at the sight of him, and began going to work, Sky only thought one thing, Where is Marike,

its a branch of the medical form in stead of mastering all of it you just mastered what you needed for poisons type thing. later will possibly become just medical... but for now its branched

but slight problem I see now... there is actually a ranked "jutsu" for poison creation... it ranges depending the poison created. you would be able to create simple poisons... but the contact poisons like what would be needed on the bandages... could be a slight problem

Im not creating any Poisons, im using ones that have already been created by the Character Marike, (Shes a Citizen).

And I am putting them onto the Bandages, they don't automatically go on them xD, read my jutsu's they say "after applying Poison to the Bandages," or something along those lines.

I read that part but was wondering what you had in mind for it and that makes perfect sense and its looking good to me

ok the poisons... since we have the new money system (is a bit confusing still... but ya...) you will have to buy until you can get the skills needed to actually create them

uhm, Im not buying any though, nor creating any, Im using my Adopted mothers, im pretty sure that is Logical <_<
