Hyomaru Hozuki [DONE!]

Basic Character Information:
Name: Hyomaru Hozuki (Nickname: Hyo)

Looks: Hyomaru has Snow-white, spkied up hair, a common characteristic for a Hozuki clan member, and glowing blue eyes. He is 5'9, some-what musclar, and aways carries a scowl where ever he goes. As for his attire, when not in his ANBU status, he wears basic Konoha chuunin/jounin ninja uniform, which consists of: Blue pants, with matching blue long sleeve T-shirt. A green tactical vest, with many pockets to hide scrolls and medicine. The only difference added to his apperance, is that he usually wears a Bright white t-shirt, with red triangles lining the edges of the t-shirt, and red spirals also on the sleeves. he wears the t-shirt ontop of his blue long sleeve, but under his chuunin vest, which he keeps zipped up, so only the sleeves of the shirt show. He wears his head-band, obviously, on his fore-head.

His ANBU attire is pretty simple, considering all ANBU wear it. It starts out with the black pants, and black sleeveless t-shirt, which is wore under white armor, worn ontop of the t-shirt, covering up the body. He has the tradditonal ANBU tatto on his left shoulder. Along with the said items, he also wears the black long gloves, that cover his hands and his arms, all the way to the shoulder, so only his shoulders are exposed. There are hand guards on the hand-part of the gloves, with the Konoha insignia on them. Like any other ANBU, Hyomaru wears the white bucklers, that cover the fore-arm, both of them. Hyomaru also wears a distinctive, red scarf, when in his ANBU attire. He apprently likes it, and wears it on ANBU missions. Most enemys recongnize him with the red scarf, which is why the red scarf is so important: Strong Ninja know its "him". Its a symbol of his reputation. His ANBU mask represents a dog, and there are red markings on the mask, parallell to each other. Other than his personal sword strapped to his back, Hyomaru wears a shuriken holster on his right thigh, and 2 butt packs on each cheek.




Personality: Hyomaru appears to be a laid back and irreverent individual at first glance, but this scruffy exterior hides a brutal, impulsive, excessively violent personality and lethally short temper. Hyomaru is blunt, rude, sarcastic, witty, and quite sadistic, revealing a psychotic grin whenever he becomes excited. He displays little respect for authority and says whatever is on his mind, regardless of whether or not it is appropriate. This attitude leads to conflicts.

Though Hyomaru normally acts like what most people refer to as a "Jack Ass", a brighter side of him is surfacing, with the help of his friends. The only reason Hyomaru is rude, short tempered, always eager to get in a fight, is because if his unusually brutal past, one that left him emotionally scared. He never talks about it, and most people that bug him about it, dont get to see the light of day anytime soon. With the help of his friends, a brighter side can surface from the violent shell that covers Hyomaru.

Also, beacuse of his rather violent personality, this is a reason he can never get into a love intrest, as most women are afriad. Some find it rather attracting, but Hyomaru usually pays no attention to them. Hyomaru thinks having a relationship is rather pointless at his age, being in ANBU, he finds it as only a weakness that other people can use against him. Its not that he doesnt want too, rather that he cant. As violent and rude as he is, even he has a heart, and can care for other's saftey, mainly his friends, and his village, and anybody he can recognize as a good soul.

Description: The Hozuki clan, were widley known for their mastery of water techniques. Most of their techniques revolved mainly around water, and controlling it to many degrees of perfection, attack, and defense. This is what made the Hozuki clan very famous in the Village hidden in the Mist. Not only that, but their mastery of wind made them equally dangerous, not only because wind was a rare element to learn at the time, but because both mastery of elements led to the legendery Ice element. The one special main ability they were known for, was Hyoton, or Ice Release. They were also known for their rare, but efficent, one handed hand signs, when using water or wind jutsu. The Hozuki clan, were desendents of ice users. But because they are not blood related to them any more, only 2 people from each generation of Hozuki clan members, are granted the ability of Hyoton. Though, because the Village hidden in the Mist hated kekkei genkai, the Hozuki clan were in constant strife and battle with the Village Hidden in the Mist. Most of the Hozuki members were killed in the after math, with only few remaining. (More explained in History)

Hyoton (Ice Release or Ice Style) is the combination of the water and wind elements. This grants the user, the ability to manipulate ice. They can control it, manipulate it, form it, create it, and much more. The ice style techniques also have some resistance to fire techniques, because of the sheer low temperatures of the jutsu, though most fire jutsu will still be able to penetrate it. Ice style jutsu are good offensive and defensive jutsu. It is usually sued by freezing water in a surrounding area, and forming it into various forms of ice. Even the smallest amount of water can be used, and the moisture in the air is a more common use of this.

Description: Hyourinmaru is a keep-sake sword, that Hyo's dad made for him. During the extermination of the kekkei genkai in Kirigakure, Hyo made sure not to leave Hyourinmaru behind, defintley not letting it burn in the clan temple, along with the rest of the houses the Hozuki clan owned.
Looks: Hyourinmaru the sword Hyo has. It has a pure white hilt, That has light blue cloth rapped around it, making the Blue-white hilt, a beautifil color for a sword. It also has a Shiny Gold guard, in the shape of a star. It has 4 golden points, each seperated evenly around the sword. Aside from the clean, shiny, white blade itself, there is not much more too the sword. As beautiful as it is, its attacks are deadly, giving it 2 graceful aspects: Beauty and Deadliness.

History:

Kirigakure - The Seemingly Good Village

Hyomaru was born into the prestigious, honorable, and noble Hozuki clan, where he immeditaley accustomed to the rich life. He was a happy child back then, and refused to be bought what he wanted, as he felt he should earn it first. This basically said, i dont want to be spoiled. Along with being a Hozuki clan member, Hyomaru was introduced to the ninja arts at a very young age of 4, being already able to read and write. He wasn't in an academy, instead, his dad decided to give him personal lessons, which always seemed to turn out fun, and was a good side to life. He understood the 3 basic principles of the ninja arts: Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Taijutsu. He was even able to manifest his chakra and perform the simplest of academy jutsu by age 5, taught by his father. Endless hours of teaching going on for 4 more years, Hyomaru was practically a genius already, without even being in the academy yet. He decided this would be a great head start. Hyomaru, age 7, was being taught the simplest of jutsu by now, which included the Hidden Mist Jutsu, a Kirigakure exclusive jutsu that Hyo's father thought was a reward for being such a good learner, and being able to understand these ninja arts at a young age. Hyomaru thought life couldn't get any better, little did he know that he wasn't gonna be carrying around a grin everywhere he went for much longer...

Kirigakure - The Unwanted Truth Revealed

Hyomaru was just about to join the academy at an early age of 8, when "it" happened. Hyo had noticed his dad and the hozuki clan rather stressed looking and almost fearful, and that was saying something, considering what a powerful clan they were. Hyomaru decided to ignore it, not knowing it was gonna affect his life forever.

One late afternoon, Hyomaru came back from regular training sessions by himself, to notice one of the hozuki clan houses on fire, not his, but it was one of his clans. Presuming it was some sort of accident, he ran back home to alert his parents, to see the brutal deaths right infront of him. His dad had been thrown through the door, before Hyo opened it, laying lifelessly on the ground, blood all over his face, his chest ripped open, exposing his internal parts. Hyo was horrified and transfixed, paralized on the spot. He slowly opened the door to see Village Ninja running out the back door. Then, what he saw next made him lose his mind. His mom, was leaning face down on a wall, legs sprawled lifelessly on the ground, and face toward the wall, her hair covering it. He could hear the constant Drip, Drip, Drip of blood, seeping off her hair, her body periced with kunais and her right arm practically mutilated: just a bloody mess that blended in with the blood stains on the ground, that seemed to come put from her burtally torn up arm. Hyomaru ran from the house, down the Hozuki street, wishing it, no... hoping it to be a dream, looking left and right at hozuki clan members fighting back, dieing, houses burning, body's thumping onto the ground. It was an entire village to just the hozuki clan, they were outnumbered. Hyomaru made it to the gates that led toward the rest of the village, the Hozuki clan having a small section to itself and its clan, and its houses. Hyomaru made it 2 steps before he saw a grinning Kirigakure village ninja, covered in blood, and chuckling over... The deaths of the hozuki clan members. Any sign of a young boyish grin had disappeared from his face, permantley. Pure hatred, Pure Killing intent spread throughout his system like venom, the only fuel he needed. Hyomaru picked up a kunai, all he needed. Before the ninja's even noticed him or his attack, Hyomaru snuck up behind him, very quietly, and stabbed the back of his neck repeatly until he fell to the ground. Hyomaru was breathing hard now, it wasn't enough, it wasn't enough Revenge. He would have to kill the whole village before he forgave them. He couldn't even manage that, the ninja was probaly a chuunin, and hecaught him off guard, it was pure luck that he had killed them. Hyomaru hesitantly put all ideas for revenge aside for now, and focused on escaping the village, not a grin, not a smile, but a hardened scowl across his face, the scowl of an emotionally scared boy.

Escaping Kirigakure - The New Destination, Konoha!

Hyomaru gathered the nescearry supplies and equipment, and headed off towards the main gate in Kirigakure. By gathering some information, he figured out that some members of the Hozuki clan had escaped to different villages, but that did little to soothe his hate-filled heart. Hyomaru managed to bypass the the chuunin's guarding the gates by imitating an old man with the Transformation skill. As soon as he was out of hearing and seeing range, he dropped the jutsu and made a run to the only hidden village he knew was the best option: Konoha. Luckily, no ninja were after him, as they didn't suspect him back at Kirigakure. After a long journey, Hyomaru fainted infront of 2 Konoha chuunin, right at the village gates.

Awakening - The New Life

Hyomaru woke up in a hospital, his vision going in and out of focus, blurred figures moving around the room, talking in muffled voices, as if Hyo's ears had been turned down. Then, blackness consumed him, until he woke up for a second time. He forced his eyes open, the light filling his eyes and causing slight irrtation. He got up into a sitting position, and stared around the room. 2 medical ninja, 1 jounin, 2 ANBU, and the Hokage. Hyo blinked and reazlied it as the Hokage! Hyo meant to kneel down infront of him, but his legs stopped moving after he got off the bed, and he fell face-down onto the floor. The Hokage helped him back onto the bed. Apprarently, the long journey caused alot of stress on his body, that the only thing driving him towards his goal was pure will power, and once he reached the gates, he fainted cause his current goal was reached. They started a conversation, the ANBU and the hokage, and as it went on, Hyo realized it was an interrogation, on a kind tone. He didn't mind, he told them everything, from admitting to killing 4 chuunin level ninja, to escaping Kirigakure from the great Kekkei genkai purge. After what seemed like hours of conversation, the Hokage thanked Hyo for the valuabe information, and just as Hyomaru fell asleep, he heard a faint whisper from the hokage, something about enrolling Hyo into the academy, and on that thought, Hyomaru fell asleep.

Hyomaru was allowed a small room in an apartment, all expenses and bills paid. He got weekly earnings for food and other needs. It was 2 weeks after the whole incident, and it was Hyomaru's birthday as well, but he was celebrating it in honor of his mom and dad, spending the whole day before his ninja classes, in silence.

The Konoha Ninja Academy

Hyomaru claims the Academy was "boring" because he had already learned everything from his father. Thus, he was top of ALL his classes, getting a huge head start. He was mostly agressive to his fellow students, during practice spars, he almost always injured all of them, giving himself a bad reputation that he did not care about. Some looked up to him, some loathed him, all the same, it didnt matter too him.

Ascending the Ranks - The ANBU Chuunin

After graduating, Hyo was put on a strong genin team, which he was thankful for, the forest of death and final rounds was nothing. He quickly became chuunin and a ver powerful one at that. Is was at that time that he was engaged by the ANBU,

They wanted him to change the course of his ninja career and join the ANBU. His anger and revenge was best suited there, along with his excellent skills. Hyomaru, seeing this as an opprotunity, took this, and became an ANBu - Chuunin, donning the black and white armor and animal mask. It was in the ANBU, that he met Hizashi Zakuru. He was an unusual individual, who saw past Hyo's exterior and didnt care. Hiza befriended Hyo and the quickly became close friends. It seemed that they both had just started their ANBU carrer, and they were going to further it, together.

Sweat was pouring down Hakuto's face now, as he was just flung backwards like a rubberband, by his teacher's last attack. "Your gonna have to do much much more than that if you want to get as much of a scratch on me" said Haku's teacher, as Hakuto heard his teacher laugh. It was just another Kenjutsu lesson that Hakuto was taking, but this time, Hakuto was allowed to use full force on his teacher. The wind was picking up once again, a light plain breeze passing by the clearing in the forest, where Haku and his teacher were battling. Hakuto, panting, got up and brushed of the grass on his back and knees. His perviously black robes were now spotted with green with grass stains. He had fallen victim to almost all his teacher's attacks. Hakuto wiped the sweat off his forehead, and looked ahead at his teacher. I think i finally figured out his pattern thought haku slowly. His teacher had always attacked normally against Haku, forcing hakuto slowly backwards, and once Haku was cornered, he would find an oppening and strike Hakuto down. Hakuto's smiled once again returned to his face, as warmth and triumph spread across hakuto's body. If his theory was correct, hakuto could reverse this on his teacher.

Hakuto prepared to challenge his theory, as he charged in once again for his attack. As he expected, his teacher swung his own sword, with a distictive pattern : Strike from the left, then right, then downward, left, right downward... Hakuto has no problem with that, as he parryed his teacher's sword attacks with his own. It was just that his teacher took one step with every sword swing, forcing Haku backwards, but then, Hakuto could try out his theroy. As soon as his teacher swung from the left, Hakuto blocked with his own sword, and used the spilt second reaction time, inbetween the actual strike, adn the beggining of the next one, to attack. Hakuto flung his foot, into the pit of his teacher's stomach, and almost as if a flicker of triumph shown through Hakuto's eyes, his teacher removed one hand from the hilt of his sword ,(he was grasping the sword with 2 hands) and used it to grab Hakuto's hand, but Haku still had one open hand, and with it, he initiaded his attack. "Air Slicing Wave!" yelled Hakuto, as his voice echoed throuhout the whole forest. Haku pointed the palm of his hand towards his teacher's stomach, and unleashed the stored up wind chakra in his palm, which sent a current/stream of slicing wind, towards his teacher. Having no way to block, is teacher fell victim to the slicing gust of wind, which ripped open the clothing over his stomach, and sent him sprawling towards a tree. Not hesitating in the slightest, Hakuto quickly body flickered, appearing over his teacher in a whirl wind of leaves, and pointing his sword at his teacher's throat. "Ha! i got you now!" Haku said, grinning at his teacher. His teacher smiled as well, and got up, pushing the sword away from his neck. Hakuto gulped, the wind picked up rather viciously, Hakuto heard his teacher's words, and a smile of determination spread through his face, as his teacher made a few hadnsings. "Good job Haku, you passed the 1st lesson, counter blocking." Hakuto helped his teacher get up, and Hakuto bowed to his teacher. "But, be ready next time, cause im not holding back" said his teacher, and a look of disbelief spread across Haku's face.

The history is a bit too much. A kid which knew only basics of the jutsus and wasn't a student killed 4 chunins. With a kunai. This is just impossible in my view. I don't know what other mods think but I’m not ok with that. Killing one is HARDLY done for a student. Almost impossible. Even if you are a genius it’s a big NO from me. So change that.

You have to give things chakra costs. I mean EVERYTHING, even walking, uses chakra. So yes, everything should, especially the B, A, and S>

No, not for everything. The chakra costs are neglible for skills. These are skills not jutsu.

IMO, Silent Killing isn't S-ranked it's an A-ranked skill and acupuncture skills are probably B-ranked skills. However, these skills, especially as the acupuncture skills are very unique, should be rped or trained in IMO. Anyway, I don't know the exact rules for these skills in Apps but they're probably approvable however these skills will take up Jutsu Slots.

Hageishi -

Wind Style: Blade Edge - Edited

Wind Style: Blade Pulse - Its not C. The reason i make it sound powerful, is because the 2 swords need to be TOUCHING for the pulse to knock it out of the opponent's hand. Its not powerful at all, only at VERY close distances.

Silent Killing - Changed to A-rank. It was written like that Im sure its possible to defend against it.

Hiro - I dont think Hyouton needs a chakra activation. Its not like the Sharingan where you need to activate the KKG. Its always with us.

Acupuncture Techs - Changed both to B. Will Take up slots. ANBU have extensive knoledge of the human body, so i figured my character would know them since he is an official ANBU.

Ok it's approved by my side. Now you need to wait for another mod or admin to fully approve it. Yet again im not sure if I can approve.... I'm still only a mod on test -.-

All bloodlines have a chakra cost. If it's not activated then you'll just have to have an automatic chakra penalty.
