Here is the template you use to create your character.

Looks: [This must be at least a couple of good paragraphs in length. A picture is not enough. Include height, weight, hair color, eye color, unusual scars or markings, etc.]

Personality: [This also needs to be at least a couple of good paragraphs in length. Include how the character behaves when they are happy, sad, angry, under pressure, in hostile situations, in panic situations, etc.]

[This is optional. You may design your own clan, or use an open cannon clan.]

Skill and Rank Information

Village: [Konohagakure no Sato is currently the only village open. Due to cleaning of the site, once members come (if they come) Suna will open. Once that village is full, we will continue that order.]
Rank: [For a list of Available Ranks, Click Here.]

Special Characteristics: [Optional. This should only be applicable when your character has something with an ability. Otherwise, tho unnecessary, it is acceptable to put distinctive things on your character here, such as tattoos or strange colored eyes.]
Special Effects: [Only two special characteristics are permitted, No chakra increases, immortality, or other unfair additions are allowed.]

Elements: [Katon, Doton, Fuuton, Ration, or Suiton. Special combination elements should have the two key elements listed before them. Japanese names are allowed, as long as they are followed by the English translations]
Skills Specialties: [This applies to what your character is good at. Such specialties could be Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Weaponry, Genjutsu etc...]


Jutsu

Name: [If a Japanese name is given, then please give a rough translation. Most of the people speak English here. ]
Rank: [E-S: Remember what ranks your character can do.]
Type: [Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, etc.]
Element: [This is only for Ninjutsus, etc.]
Description [This must be a few lines per jutsu.]


History and RP Sample

History: [A character's history is the site's link to that character's past. A good few paragraphs must be put here. This is where the bulk of the profile usually goes. The higher the rank, the more history required to be approved.]

If I am not mistaken, this needs to be updated....

I shall update the template now.

I made some updates in making it a little more organized.... I hope no one minds.

On one note however.
As long as your profile contains all of the above, mostly organized, then it is fine. It doesn't have to be set to the last key.
For instance, your backstory is able to come before your jutsus, aslong as it is not mixed in. Keep it all organized, there should be no problem.
