Grace and Renjiro with the hokage

::Renjiro and Grace arrived at the hokages office.:: "Remember this is very important for you to be quite unless spoken to by the man. he might big and important but he's nice just be respectful your not a real konoha citizen we will be both sticking our necks on the line if i convince him to accept you as a genin.!"

she nodded slightly at his words "yes sir" she said simply bowing it sounded as if the hokage was a fierce man and easily angered, she was slightly nervous as she stood with him about to be weighed in judgement before one of the most powerful people in the village. possibly stronger than the man she stood next to from the sounds of it but she didnt really believe it "shall we at least knock"

"there is no need, just enter" a laugh sounded from behind door a deep rolling succession of growls "renji, you should know by now I hate formalities... just hurry up and get in here"

::he smiled at grace and opens the door and walks through it.::"Mitsu my friend" ::put his hand out to shake it:: "I have a little girl here that i need your ok to put her in this terms genin teams" ::put his right arm on graces left shoulder:: "This is Grace. She held her own on my old genin test. You remember the pillar test. She went to level 8 i actually had to create a clone to test her more using taijutsu with the pillars" ::he laughed:: "i did go a bit too far but i had to see if she was good enough but she did get both of the wooden clones versions of the cloths. She was exhausted and having completed most of the task i decided to just chuck yer the real pieces of cloth." ::points to said pieces of cloth grace was still holding::

"well she passed the cloth test.... but from your description the hard way not the easy way.... doesnt it usually take a three man cell working together to collect those... it sure as hell did for me okibi and akira when we did..." he chuckled "hito was a scary man... and you do not want to be on the end of his blade"

she fought the quickly growing urge to stomp the mans foot through the floor as he referred to her and looked oddly to the man she knew now as mitsu and giggled as he recalled his memories "sounds like you know your own fair share of battles" she looked down to the pieces of cloth trying to recall when they were the real ones as she held them up "wait... level 8?? is this some special feat or something.... everything seemed to go so slow but move so fast all at the same time in the heat of combat... all must be perceived as one"

"it seems you have taken a risk... when you were scolding me about the "risk" of bringing Seu back into the village" he laughed out right at the man "renji... you never cease to amuse me... and it seems this girl has much more to her than meets the eye with those weapons laid about her and the self control she has already exhibited" he gave her a small wink as her scent quickly changed to a shocked surprise

::He laughed:: "You did the cloth test? Learn something new everyday. I thought i Created that but hey doesnt matter" ::smiled:: "I've changed ever since that chat of ours about Seu. So i have decided to take this girl on and test her. She has a fuunin jutsu put apon her which i perminent which doesnt allow her to access Nin Gen or specific Fuunin Jutsus. This i saw as a minimual risk. I believe under my own or another high ranking ninja she will prosper and gain jounin by the age of 18 or 19. I also thought that the village needed new blood as the number of enlisted ninjas are at an all time low."

::he paused::

"Another thing the chuunin exams. Well i want to run them." ::he winks:: "i have a few special plans in the works"

"from the sounds of it and her bodies build... I think she may reach jounin rank long before that renjiro... she has had much training in martial arts, her body shows the results clear as day to a trained eye" he laughed slightly "I guess she has earned her right as a gennin as well as a citizen of this village, congrats to you young lady, and welcome to konoha"

She recovered quickly from her shock about her emotion, most would not be able to tell she was the slightest bit annoyed but he could easily tell. she bowed slightly "thank you hokage-sama" she smiled slightly and turned to leave "thank you ranjiro-sama" she exited slowly

::laughed:: Cheers Mitsu you'll see she will do me and you proud ::looks to grace:: Well see you about. Oh we forgot ::forms handsigns and the two pieces of cloth merged together and formed a Konoha Headband with the words Renjiro Senju enscribed in the bottom right hand courner. it was a special thing he did and showed the finesse of teh ninja that bared his name::

she bowed and thanked the man and departed slowly with a final "thank you very much". she shifted her forms and scurried up the wall outside and ran away on the roof tops

"well renji... I must say you have an interesting student... but I highly doubt she will stay here in the village permanantly... I want you to watch her... make sure she does not learn to much of the villages secrets with medicine... she is much like I was in my youth... she will want to travel and test herself... and what I just saw confirmed it... animals are not to be restrained.. and she is very much like one.... as I am..." he sighed slightly "but it seems her childhood is a bit different than mine... make sure she stays alright if you can"

::Smiles:: Yer definantly. Ill keep and eye on her ... she has a little piece of me by here now ::smiles:: Ahh that headband works like my wood seeds lol connected to me at all times as long as shes within the village walls or within 100 miles of me. ::winks:: Ive already thought of this and am too many steps ahead

"dont count on her keeping that very long renji.... I dont think she likes you very much" he chuckled slightly and clasped the mans shoulder gently "go with good fortune and health my friend, until we meet again" he smiled and bowed and went back to his paper work
