Type: Ninjutsu? Genjutsu? Kenjutsu? Weaponry tactic? Taijutsu? etc.
Range: Short, Medium, or long?
Element: (Raiton, Suiton, Doton, Fuuton Katon...etc.)
Description: Be Descriptive! At least 3 lines long!

Species: What is it, Animal, Object.. Etc
Description: Provide a description of it and how she/he looks like, if a species

History: Provide a 1-2 paragraphs history on how you obtained him.

If you are simply adding a jutsu that you trained through RP, the template is basic. Just list the jutsu that was learned, and then link the topic you trained it in. This goes for obtaining new elements too.
