| Basic Character Information:Name: Nate Rivers Nickname/Alias: Near Weight: 140lbs Height: 6'2'' Age: 25 Gender: male Looks:Near has semi long curly white hair. His face is rather cute, somewhate like a child's. He wears all white clothing. and wears no equipment other than one ninja bag on his backside. He tends not to wear any shoes. When he isn't wearing all white, he is wearing his akatsuki robes. Personality:Near's personality is rather complex and not easily explained. Near bases most of his decisions off of rationally composed solutions to probable situations that he creates in his mind. Near has an amazing ability to analyze and create solutions for any number of problems at once. Near does however, lack basic emotion. This isnt to say that he doesnt have emotion, as he does. However, Near lacks emotional motivation. He doesnt have many friends, aside from a select few. Near's IQ is estimated to be over 200. Near is kind, and can recognize those in need. He's certainly not social dabilitated, he can function well in society, although people get frustrated when having conversations with him because he always assumes himself to be correct, and will point out flaws in a person's logic. The only time Near ever gets exceedingly emotional is when he is under extreme pressure, such as in a deathly circumstance and one of his comrades or teammates are in harm's way. Other than that, Near is mostly unimotional, happy and calm. Basic Clan InformationName: Odolwa History: The Odolwa clan go back later than the foundation of Sunagakure itself. They were originally a nomadic clan that traveled from place to place following food, water buffalo. They thus are very Earth element oriented. They remained a tribal clan for quite some time coming up to the creation of Kirigakure. Under the first Kazekage they were promised a part in the formation of nation of water. So the once Nomadic society settled down within the walls of a new village known as Sunagakure no sato. However, as a result of not following their food source and settling down they became more dependent on Sunagakure itself and it's cultures had to be overhauled. The Odolwa clan, stubborn to keep their culture and traditions, continued with their normal rituals and as they became closer to the militaristic aspects of Sunagakure, began turning their rituals into jutsu and using them as signatures. This pool of jutsu continued to grow as it was passed down through generations and became an important part of the Odolwa's way of protecting their way culture. In the current day, it is possible to see the Odolwa members by their unique symbols, colors (Amber and Blue) and the tattoo's from their many unique rituals. Though neutral, the Odolwa remain a friendly and loyal part of the Sunagakure community. Odolwa Shinobi were well known for their ability to survive and cope will in one on one situations. Before the graduation ritual of one on one combat was banned, nearly all Odolwa that were pitted against other Academy students and Genin were Victorious thanks to one of their secret jutsu. The specific jutsu was made forbidden by Third Hokage during the early days of his term, and has been eradicated from being passed from generation to generation. A version however, of that very jutsu is still taught, and also considered forbidden. In common day, the oldest and highest rank Odolwa carry the burden of managing the teaching of the jutsu and leading the clan. A single branch of the Odolwa has been enlisted with documenting all of the Jutsu made sense their merge with Kirigakure and are treated like royalty with the highest respect in the clan. They never actually learn all of the jutsu, and are never allowed to become ninja. Finally, in the spirit of the samurai, apart of the original tattoo ritual equips each Odolwa with a seal to kill themselves, in the form of a jutsu. All shinobi are told about this seal, and instructed to activate it if captured to take the secrets of their tradition to the grave. Kekkei Gekkei:The Odolwa clan's Kekkei Genkai is very simple, however the way they go about using it is more complex. They can activate multiple seals at once with the same amount of chakra, making their uses very efficient.(Usually a seal requires chakra to be set and then chakra to be activated, with the seals tattoo'd to the skin, one must only apply chakra and blood to the seal) A less simple concept of 'Odolwa rituals' that allow for the use of Circle Area Seal techniques; Static Seals whose abilities effect all within their radius. Now for the more interesting part... The Odolwa clan leaders are refered to as elders, and every new child born into the clan must under-go a ritual of Bonding Life. The baby is pricked and a sample of it's blood collected. The blood is then mixed with a natural ink that is used to tattoo the babies arms from wrist to neck, and then along their colar bone to their neck. The ink itself fades into the babies skin, where it's effects lay dormant until they become Genin. When they turn thirteen, the ritual of release is preformed, where these old tattoo's are reawakened. The user can then began using the Kekkei Genkai to their advantage from that point on, by making perminant summoning connections between ones tattoo and an object or animal. Three summons at Genin level, Five at Chunin, Seven at Jounin, at Ten at S-Rank (Once declared they are perminant to the character). The circle seals are also tattoo'd to the body and are activated through the process of the Clan's secret jutsu. Near's Summons: A kunai (Near's first =3) Tanto- chakra sensitive A gigantic Shuriken Chakra-Sensitive Katana Staff of Earth and Water (explained later in the post) Katchyoko Katchyiki 3 Have not yet been determined. Chakra Cost:5 per summoned objects, 20 per summoned animal. The rest of the techniques have their own costs. Description:^ Special Effect:Secret Clan Jutsu: Name:Mass summoning Technique (Taju Kuchiyose no Jutsu) Rank: B Cost: 70 Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: This jutsu can only be used with In-animate objects. As an advance of the original summoning jutsu, with the extension of the Kekei Genkai, the Odolwa Clan Members can summon multiple objects at one time by a process known as compilation. In a normal summon, chakra is used and expelled in activating a new seal. With the summoning seal already present in the form of a universal tattoo on the users body, no chakra is wasted in the creation of the seal, and thus can be recycled to summon multiple times. Up to two 'large' objects can be summoned, and up to twenty(20) small objects. This jutsu can be used in place of the original summoning technique, as long as the summoning isn't at any point 'living'. Name: Release Burst (Kuchiyose dangan no Jutsu) Rank: C cost: 45 Type:Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: This supplementary effect allows for the user, whenever using a form of summoning jutsu, to activate the summon with kinetics force behind them. Thus, they are summoned and shot out like a projectile. The force is constant, however, so large objects may only travel a meter or two before slowing. However, small objects such as Kunai, and ninja star, can be released at about the same velocity of a normal throw. Unlike normal throws however, shuriken cannot be curved, and only move in linear paths. Name: Connection Seal Ritual (Saiken Kaibyaku no Jutsu) Rank: C cost: 20 (Kekkei Genkai lowers the cost) Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: This Seal can only be successfully cast on a in-animate object. Via physical contact with ones palm to the surface of an object, one can 'brand' the object with an Odolwa seal. Like a fingerprint, each Odolwa seal's appearance differs. Once the Seal is set, it fades into the object, and is then unseen. The 'Ritual' is considered complete. One can then freely summon the object with some variation of summoning jutsu once. After that summon, the seal fades completely and must be re-applied be reapplied via touch before it is possible to summon again. If used on an object that originated from the opponent, it can only be summoned in this way for the remainder of the fight unless permission is granted from the opponent after the fight concludes. This way, no one object is permanently 'stolen'. Area Effect Circle Seals- Each of the Following jutsu require that the user bring their palm to a tattoo, where chakra in the palm makes a copy of the seal code, and then pressing this chakra to a flat surface, thus activating the seal. All seals are circular and form a radius around the center point, which is in most cases the caster. These seals are static. In other words, once set, they stay in one place. The seal can be placed on any surface, even if the surface is water or not exactly even ground. The effect of the seal itself, unless otherwise stated, takes place within the radius of the seal. The seal is visible to all as a white circle, edged with symbols of the Odolwa that are unique to each individual member. In a battle situation, each Circle Seal can only be cast once in a battle, and can only be broken by a seal realease, those with 'Fuuinjutsu' specialty with a jutsu of the same rank or manually by the caster himself unless otherwise stated. Each circle seal can be overlapped with another. If at any time a circle seal it overlapped with another with conflicting effects, the higher ranked seal takes priority. If the seals rank are the same, then both conflicting effects are nullified. Name: Safe Guard of the Senses (Shinjitsu Purotekushon no Jutsu) Rank: C-B Cost: 50 or 70 Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: The 'Safe Guard of the Senses' seal's purpose is to protect the user from poisons or genjutsu that effect the sense. While the user is within the radius of the seal, their five sense will not be effected despite any neurological or psychological effects cast on them by an opponent's genjutsu. Chunnin are safe from 'C' rank and down genjutsu, and Jounin are safe from 'B' rank and down. This seal's effect cannot however restore sense that were lost due to some physical damage. In other words, if ones eye is damaged, the seal will not somehow make them see. In 'C-rank' form, the radius is restricted to two meters from the user. In 'B-rank' form, the radius of the circle is increased to 10meters, making it much more accommodating for the user. Name:Summoning Rejection Technique (Agensuto Kuchiyose no Jutsu) Rank: C-A Cost: 55, 80, or 130 Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: The 'Summoning Rejection Technique' seal's purpose is to eliminate the immediate threat of Summoned Animals. The seal once cast will not only keep one from using the summoning jutsu within the radius, but all living thing's that were summoned will be 'unsummoned' the instant they enter the area of the circle. By 'unsummoned' it is meant that the connection keeping the animal tethered to the summoner is temporarily broken, sending them back to where-ever they were summoned from. In 'C-rank' form, the radius of the circle is limited to 10meters and can only 'unsummon' C-ranked and down summons. In 'B-rank' form, the radius of the circle is limited to 10meters and can only 'unsummon' B-ranked and down summons. In 'A-rank' form, the radius of the circle is increased to 20meters and can 'unsummon' A-ranked and down summons. Name: Element Rejection Technique (Soshi Chouin Maru no Jutsu) Rank: C-A Cost: 60, 80, or 140 Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: The 'Element Rejection Technique' seal's purpose is to eliminate the immediate threat of elemental jutsu. Once the element is declared, within the radius of the circle, it becomes impossible to create elemental chakra of that element, and nullifies control of the element. Thus, jutsu of that element cannot be used within the radius of the circle, and if jutsu is cast outside of the radius of the circle, they will lose their ability and structure upon entering the area of the circle. In 'C-rank' and 'B-rank' form, the radius of the circle is limited to 10meters and can only stop nullify jutsu of it's rank respectivley. In 'A-rank' form, the radius is increased to 20meters and can stop 'A' rank and down jutsu. A shinobi can only nullify the casting of a jutsu of his own rank or lower. ( E.X. Chunnin seal cannot prevent Jounin elemental jutsu) In the case of S-ranked jutsu, NONE of the effects apply. Elemental jutsu of S-rank can be used, even started within the seal without effects of the jutsu being altered. Name: Hollow Technique Seal (Kuudou Jutsu no Fuuinsho) Rank: A Cost: 170 Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: The 'Hollow Technique Seal' seal's purpose is to completely eliminate the use of jutsu within the radius of the circle. The Circle is 25meters in radius, and while inside the radius of the circle, chakra control become null and all jutsu, with the exception of taijutsu and physical combat, is impossible. This includes Shinobi, Summons, Puppets, AND the caster of the seal himself. However, the use and structure of jutsu cast outside of the Seal is not limited. Elemental jutsu, Genjutsu, etc., can be cast outside of the seal and their effects will be normal. Supplementary effects, however, cast prior to the setting of the seal, and outside of the seal after setting become nullified while within the seal. (Ex., a jutsu increases the opponent's speed, while inside the seal, their speed will be normal, however if they step out of the seal, their increased speed will be increased restored.) The seal's effect will last for three posts before fading. The seal can then/must be cast again to re-enstate it's effects. Name: Dragon Coliseum Jutsu Rank: S Cost: 220 Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is one of the most powerful of the Odolwa jutsu and one of the only Circle Seals that require hand signs. The user will form five hand signs and hold their hand to the required seal, before pressing their hand to the ground. A circle, 30meters in radius will be cast about the area, and from it's edge will raise a wall of intense 'light' As if a force field, extending up for about thirty feet and coming to a roof. If there are two shinobi within the walls of the circle seal, no more, no less, the seal will hold. If not, it will fade at an instant. The two shinobi are then trapped within the walls of the jutsu until one of them either passes out or dies. The 'light' walls are solid, in that it is possible to touch them. Anything that touches the walls of the circle are slowly sapped of chakra , and the impact of all ninjutsu will be absorbed, with the exception of an 'S-rank' jutsu. ( it must be stated in the post that the 'walls' surrounding the circle have this effect, so that the opponent is aware not to try anything foolish on false pretenses.) | History and RP Sample History: History: Childhood Arc. Near was born 25 years ago to two loving family members. His family was always rather kind to him and nurtured him correctly. His father taught him at a young age all about his KG, and the abilities he would be able to posess. Even before the academy, Nate studied diligently many aspects of ninja life, and At a very young age, Near entered the Ninja Academy. Near had absolute mastery over most academy jutsus in just months. All of Near's teachers were absolutely amazed at his incredible progress. Although much of his innate abilities in the academy came from his chakra control from, His Iq also proved a very useful tool in the academy. In fact, during the academy he took a standard issue Iq test, and at the age of 9 scored above 160. There was only one skill that he had any difficulty in: Taijutsu. Taijutsu was the only style of technique that he had any trouble mastering, but after a while even that was mastered to genin level. He advanced through the academy incredibly fast and graduated when he was just 9.
Genin Arc. Near's father was really quite proud of near, and near valued this quite alot. Near was immediately placed on the most prominent genin team in the village. Near performed very well on his team, and contributed both to teamwork and his own individual skills. Most of his teammates were very jealous of him, and ignored him most of the time, except when on a mission, when teamwork was most important. As a genin, Near spent most of his time either training or hanging out with the few friends he had. During his time as a genin, Near developed 2 techniques; The 4 part encampment seal, which he created to help protect his clan's building, and Water release: Gunshot, for use on missions offensively with his teammate who used lighting techniques. Near's intelligence improved significantly as a genin, and his IQ shot up to about 180. Near's team participated in one of the first chuunin exams that were available. They all passed the written part easily, but the forest of death part was difficult. At least for near's partners. In the end, Near ended up carrying his two teammates to the castle in the middle, after Near single handedly stole a heaven and an earth scroll from another ninja team. Near passed the 1 v. 1 part of the exam easily, and became a chuunin at the age of 11.
Rouge Arc. Although Near became a chuunin, he took 4 years off to train himself alone. During this time, he spent quite a good amount of time training his senses. For days at a time he would meditate, blinding different senses to enhance others. after all of that training he gained much ability to use his senses effectively. His nose became as sharp as a dogs, his eyes as sharp as a hawks. With his sense of touch he could feel tremblings in living things, and detect many problems within humans, such as disease and other health afflictions. He also trained ta good amount of jutsu. The jutsu he taught himself were water techniques, which he had ease with, as was his natural element. The water techniques he learned were The water clone technique, and the Water prison technique. Near trained a lot during this time period on his taijutsu techniques, though he did not achieve a whole lot of success. The other main thing that near trained during this time was his chakra control. He attained a level of control that exceeded that of his KG. After 4 years, Near returned to the hidden leaf village, a new man. Near was placed on a chuunin squad, mainly for testing purposes, but he did not remain on the squad for more than a few months, and Near became a Jounin when he was 16, after passing a series of rigorous and somewhat complex tests.
Jounin Arc. As Near became a jounin he found himself having inexplicable distaste towards the Leaf village. It may have occured from his father and mother dying. But he still could not easily explain it. Nonetheless, he continued training and serving as a sensei for a young group of genin. As a jounin, Near trained the 4 jutsu . He taught himself the Chakra Scalpel, Healing technique, Earth Style Wall, and the Chakra seal. As a jounin he also taugh himself many other sealing techniques. He taught himself the Earth Trap seal, the Tri-seal barrier, and the Elemental sealing technique. During this time, he took an I exam, and found that his Iq could no longer be measured by such tests. Having discovered his newfound affinity for the Earth element, he taught himself several earth techniques, including The Inner decapatation technique, the Earth projection fish technique, and the earth split turn around palm technique. Again though, his distaste for the leaf village continued to grow, and eventually was on the verge of bursting. He knew that he had to get away for fear that he would do something horrid to the village. He left the village at age 18.
Dark Arc. After leaving the village, Near devoted much of his time to training. He concentrated for 6 years on a technique that would allow him to manipulate water to a high degree. Much of the time was spent on self experimentation, and dangerous delving in dark techniques. After going through such horrid things, Near found himself to be quite blank, except for tidbits of kindness to some, and hatred for the leaf village. He did eventually master The water manipulation technique, after using advanced chakra nodes. At this point, Near found himself wandering, wondering what to do with his life. It was at the age of 25 that he discovered the akatsuki, and was accepted to join them. Rp Sample: Near sensed a sudden disturbance in the chakra of the base. "Shiit!" Near yelled, as he jumped out of his bed. Near ran down the flight of stairs to the underground passage between the base and his room. Near was sprinting now, climbing stair upon stair until he reached the room where he felt the disturbance. Near ran into the room, ignorring the charred remains around him. He ran to his partner's body, desperately. Near checked the body for signs of life but found none. Near knelt over his deadbody, crying angrily. This was not what the fuccking akatsuki needed right now. Near stood up and wiped the tears from his eyes. He began cleaning the room around him, half mindedly. . . .
Near and the rest of the akatsuki stood around a brown pillar made of earth. On the front of the pillar was Ace's image engraved carefully into it. Near stood solemnly and walked to face the group, standing in front of the pillar. He spoke with sadness. "Today, we have lost a great asset to the akatsuki, the Co leader, and a member who has been around for quite a long time. He will be missed. But we must take this as a sign. We do not have forever to accomplish our goals! In His memory, we shall double our efforts and accomplish our goal even faster!!" Near looked up and it began raining. As the rest of the akatsuki flooded back into the base, Near remained. You were a good partner Near made a handseal and placed his hand on the pillar, 4 times. Nobody would ever destroy this obelisk of remembrance. Nobody. Near stood up and walked into the base. He had a lot of work to do, It was time to get moving! | |

This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking Cost: 5 Rank: E Description: A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water
Name: Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing Cost: 5 Rank: E Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed

Name: Kai - Release Rank: D Cost: 20 Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Name: Shunshin no Jutsu - Body Flicker Technique Rank: D Cost: 35 Element: N/A Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
Shadow Blending Rank: D Cost: 30 type: Nin description: This jutsu allows the user to seamlessly blend in with any mostly dark shadows.
(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field Rank:D Range:Short-Mid Chakra cost:10(CN) Damage Points:N/A Description:After performing the needed hand seals the user expels a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters.
Earth Release: Inner Decapitation Technique Name: Doton: Shinjū Zanshu no Jutsu, 土遁・心中斬首の術, literally "Earth Release: Inner Decapitation Technique", English TV "Earth Style: Headhunter Jutsu" Cost: 30 Type: D-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m) The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down (or possibly swaps places with) the opponent so that only their head is above ground. Kabuto tried to use this technique on Tsunade, but was unsuccessful in grabbing her.

Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique) Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu, literally "Temporary Paralysis Technique" Type: D-rank, Supplementary, Short to mid-range (0-10m) Cost: 20 Used to cause one's opponent to lose the advantage of movement. Freezing them in their tracks, this Jutsu creates an opening for a more dangerous attack. Most ANBU seem to know this technique.
Kage Shuriken no Jutsu (Shadow Shuriken Technique) Name: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu, literally "Shadow Shuriken Technique" English TV "Shadow Shuriken Jutsu" Type: D-rank, Offensive, Mid- to long range (5+m) The user of this technique throws multiple shuriken in such a way that the first shuriken hides the subsequent ones, probably by blocking the line of sight. To the target, it would look like only one shuriken was thrown.Sasuke successfully used this technique (with two shuriken) against Momochi Zabuza to cancel his Suirou no Jutsu and thus free Kakashi from it.
Kiri Gakure no Jutsu (Hiding Mist Technique) Name: Kiri Gakure no Jutsu, literally "Hiding Mist Technique" Type: D-rank, Supplementary Cost: 15(because of water chakra nodes) This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, causing anyone within to lose the advantage of sight.
Name: Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu,literally "Haze Clone Technique" Type: D-rank, Supplementary cost:25 Description:At first glance, it looks like an ordinary Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Doppelganger), but Oboro Bunshin really lures the enemy into a clever trap. Hundreds of Oboro Bunshin appear to confuse the enemy. These clones have no substance, thus attacking them will only make the enemy go right through them, without making the Bunshin disappear. However, using this jutsu together with Doton: Dochû Eigyo no Jutsu (Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique) will set the trap in motion. The user will hide in the ground and carefully time his attacks with those of the Bunshin, making the enemy think that the Bunshin have a real body. Because of this confusion, the enemy can be easily defeated.

Name: Doton: Dochū Eigyo no Jutsu literally "Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique" Type: C-rank Cost: 40 Description:Using the Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu (Haze Clone Technique), the Rain Genin use the clones to confuse their enemies and then hide within the earth. However, when using this jutsu together with the Oboro Bunshin, the actual attackers can then strike at their target from the ground, amidst the confusion. Ineffective without Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu (Haze Clone Technique).
Name: Doton: Retsudotenshō literally "Earth Release: Split Earth Turn Around Palm" Type: C-rank Cost: 45 Description:This technique allows the ninja to control nearby rocks and stones that surround the enemy and will begin to hit and spin about crushing all those trapped within it.
Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu, literally "Water Clone Technique" Type: C-rank Cost: 20(Chakra nodes) Description:Creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger) than to a normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Doppelganger Technique), these clones are capable of attacking, except for the fact that each clone's power is only one-tenth of the user. Also, the clones can only be controlled within a certain radius of the user. That is the technique's weakness.

Water Prison Technique • Name: Suirō no Jutsu, 水牢の術, literally "Water Prison Technique", English TV "Water Prison Jutsu" • Type: C-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m) Cost: 30 This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Neji Hyuga has been able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his pressure points to disrupt the flow of chakra inside the prison and break free. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, and the target is unable to move while within it, the target is still able to breathe.

Name: Konbi Henge,literally "Combination Transformation" Type: B-rank cost: 75 Description:An advanced form of Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique), Konbi Henge is where both the users are transformed into one being.
Name: Shikon no Jutsu,literally "Dead Soul Technique" Cost: 90 Type: B-rank,Short to mid-range (0-10m) Description:Shikon no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that uses a dead body to create the illusion of another living person. The ninja can either animate a normal dead person, or alter the appearance of the dead person to resemble another. To do the second version, the ninja first changes the appearance of the dead body to resemble the person to be portrayed. Then using this jutsu they make the heart beat again, allowing them to control the actions of the dead body.
Name: Shishienjin,literally "Four Violet Flames Battle Encampment" Type: B-rank,Mid-range (5-10m) cost: 85 This jutsu creates a box-like barrier around an area defined by the four users of it. Anything that touches with barrier will burst into purple flame. As long as the users of the jutsu remain active and unharmed, this barrier can never be broken.

This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks and can remain in this form for 2 posts, before being forced to go back to his solid form. In this form, he cannot do any attacks except for those that involve the control of water.
(Suiton: Chakra Kenpa No Ame) - Water Style: Chakra Senseing Rain Rank:B Type:Supplementary Range:Short-Long Chakra cost: 50 (chakra Nodes) Description: This jutsu creates a large downpour of rain over about a half a square mile. The rain that falls can sense chakra, and will send back information of anything it touches that has a high amount of chakra. Using this, a ninja can discover the whereabouts of other ninja on a battle field.
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Jutsu) Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, literally "Shadow Clone Technique" early Viz manga "Art of the Doppleganger Viz manga "Art of the Shadow Doppelganger" English TV "Shadow Clone Jutsu" Type: B-rank, Supplementary cost: 110+ 15 per clone Users: Uzumaki Naruto, Hatake Kakashi, Uchiha Itachi, Ebisu etc. Unlike the normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Doppelganger), this jutsu creates not just an illusion, but real bodies of the ninja. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among the user and every clone. This could be very dangerous if the user is low on chakra or makes many clones (like with Taju Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Clone Technique), making this technique forbidden), something Naruto doesn't have to worry about, since his chakra supply is very high thanks to the Kyubi. Kage Bunshin can't be detected by Byakugan (Hyuga Neji states this during his fight with Naruto during the third Chunin exam). This is because the clones are real bodies with real chakra systems, identical to the user. It can be detected by Sharingan. Because the clones are real they can do real damage and can take some damage themself, being even able to bleed, although they'll still disappear when enough damage has been done, which is usually after one hit. (Chakra No Mesu) : Chakra Scalpel Rank: B Chakra: 80 Range:Short Description:A more advanced medical jutsu that is used as a blade during surgery, so the skin does not have to be cut, and surgery can be performed simply without having to wait for external wounds to heal after the procedure is over. Used for surgical procedures, however this can be used in battle also.When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.

(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall Rank:A Type:Supplementary Range:Short Chakra cost:100 (chakra Nodes) Description:The ninja will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack. The wall of water can be up to 360° if necessary and is especially efficient at stopping Fire Release .
Name: Seal of Loyalty Type: Fuuinjutsu Rank: A Cost: 150 Description: This jutsu creates a seal upon a person for purposes of making sure they remain loyal. This seal can only be removed by the person that cast it. To cast this seal, The user will form a handseal, and then press the index and middle finger's on the target's neck. A Circle with the kanji for Chakra will appear on the neck. This seal allows the user to cut the amount of chakra the target has access to in half. This does not happen by placing the seal, but rather by activation by the user. For instance, if the target was afflicted with this seal, and did something that the user did not like, such as go against them, the user would make a handseal, and the seal would activate, cutting off half of the target's chakra supply. Removing the skin where this seal was placed will not stop its effects.

Water Release: Ultimate Control Technique. Type: S rank Element: Water Cost: 40-200(This jutsu is the ultimate forth coming of Near's chakra nodes, and is marked S for the sheer control of water, not neccesarily the amount of chakra it takes.) Description: With this jutsu, Near is able to control Water masterfully, very similiar to the way Gaara controlled his sand. Near can form water into weapons, barriers, missiles, whatever purpose he needs it to serve. He can use the water as a form of transportation even, if needbe. Near attained this ability partially through training, but also through 8 chakra nodes that enhance his abilities to mold water chakra. There is 1 chakra node in each hand, 1 in each foot, 2 in the heart, one in the torso, and 1 in his head. This technique requires no handseals.

| Name: Buin no suitton ken doton (Staff of water and earth Appearance: The staff is long and metalic, with a blade on each end. Special Abilities: Near has the ability to apply the effect of either his water element or his Earth element to the staff. Thus, Near can lengthen the staff with water, turn it into a shield with earth, etc. Near carries this staff using his Kg's tattoo sealing method. Origin: Near created this staff in the beggining of his dark arc. He started by making it with metal that reacts to his individual chakra. Near trained his kenjutsu ability a lot before making this staff, as having a weapon he did not have the ability to use would be pointless. Near trained for a long time on blending his chakra correctly into the metal. He also trained using his individual affinities in conjunction with his staff. Though he found it useful to use it with the Earth element, he found that it was much more useful to use it with his water element, which he had mastery of. Near created this weapon because he found that he could not rely on his Jutsu alone. | |

Personality: Kichyiki is a very rash Cat, and though she will listen to her summoner, she often makes crazy decisions. Kichyiki is however good at acting on stimuli, so shes at least kind of smart about her decisions. Age: 14 History: Near met Kichyiki the first time he saw a Jounin aquaintace use a summoning technique, though when they met that time they didnt really introduce themselves or anything. The second time he really met Kichyiki is when Near himself used the Summoning technique. The explosion lasts about 10 seconds, and spans a 35m meter radius. Name: Water Style: Geisers Rank: A Element: Water Description: Kachyoko starts this technique by making handseals and then sticking her face in the ground. She exhales and forces about 20 streams of Water into the ground. The Streams of Water then come up out of the ground in huge eruptions. Kachyoko has some control over where they come up, but not total. The streams are about 10 feet in diameter. Name: Water Style : Greater Waterball Technique Rank: B Element: Water Description:With this technique, Katchyoko performs a few handseals and then expels a large ball of Water from her mouth.
