Personality: Kasei has a calm personality, never letting what others say affect his beliefs and pride. He prides himself on being an Uchiha and a ninja of one of the Five Great Shinobi Nations. When in battle, he tends to show mercy and will only kill them if necessary. If his opponent is showing any threat to his family, friends, or his village, he will show no mercy and will fight at his FULL potential.

Kekei Genkai: Kekkei Genkai: Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.

The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.

The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.

Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.


Clan Symbol:

Clan History: The Uchiha clan is most likely the most famous clan that ever existed. They had been one of the two strongest in the world long before the creation of the shinobi villages system, with their closest rivals being the Senju clan. Naturally, their history was a turbulent one, and eventually, most of the clan grew tired of the endless fighting, along with the rest of the world. That's when the Uchiha and Senju came together, gathering several smaller ninja clans around them, and founded what is now known as the Hidden Leaf village. Following their example, powerful clans from other countries did the same thing, effectively creating the shinobi villages that exist this day.

For a while, relative peace came to the lands. The leader of the Senju clan, Hashirama, was chosen as the first Hokage, which was said to create some tensions within the Uchiha, because of their history. In order to decrese the tensions, the Uchiha clan was given a large district of their own and the job of being Hidden Leaf's police force. While most were content with it, some said the real reason for that was to isolate them, to be able to watch them easier. Over a few generations, despite their status being more and more solidified in the village, the members of the infamous clan became more and more restless, planning a coup d'etat.

It was at that time that Uchiha Itachi, said to be the most talented clan member to ever be born, was given the secret mission to wipe out his clan in order to save the village. He carried out this task almost perfectly. However, what everyone forgot to include in this plan, is that there was a number of Uchiha who left the village out of protest years prior to that, and remained alive somewhere. It was these people who later returned to the village and tried to start the clan anew, unfortunately, with limited success, since many secrets were lost and their numbers were few.

This day, the Uchiha clan, while still renowned throughout the world, is just a shadow of its former self. Some say that it had branched off of Hyuuga, the second strongest clan in Konoha, and this rumor has spread rather wide for a number of reasons, the most important of which was that none of Uchiha remain with any sufficient knowledge of their history. However, to anyone who knows even a little about it, it is painfully obvious that this rumor was spread by the Hyuuga in an attempt to make themselves look good.

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.

Unlike other clone techniques, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person. In the anime, Sasuke Uchiha claims that the Sharingan can distinguish clones from the original, however various events throughout the series seem to indicate that this is not the case, implying that the Sharingan was merely used to keep track of the original's movements.


Fire Jutsus

Name: Katon: Goukakyu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique)
Type: C-rank
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja inhales air via mouth, and utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, a ninja is able to spew a large fireball from their mouth, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally (as evidenced by Kakashi Hatake's ability to use the jutsu without burning his mask). The Uchiha clan uses the technique as a "coming of age" technique. Sasuke first used it against Kakashi, who believed Sasuke's chakra hasn't matured enough for the technique. The jutsu can be used as a sort of flamethrower and a large fireball.

Name: Katon: Housenka no jutsu (Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique)
Type: C-rank
Description: This jutsu sends multiple balls of fire at a target. It is also possible to hide shurikens within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. For the most part, however, this jutsu is used as a distraction. Oki's form is less effective, shown when Naruto Uzumaki just brushed it away. Itachi uses this jutsu with Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique, while in manga he uses only Great Fireball Technique.

Description: The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object. While the technique is shown in the anime to be even larger and more devastating than Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique (and being able to melt rock), in the manga it is shown to be nothing more than a small burst of flame running along a line of wire. Also in the anime it is shown that it can used seperately without an object to travel along.

It is able to alter localized weather conditions by condensing water vapour with extreme heat to the point of making thunder clouds when shot into the air, which Sasuke does to perform Kirin.

When the electircity hits his opponent, he/she feels painful shocks of electricity and will be a temperarly paralyzed for 2 posts. The opponent(s) have to be within 15ft for this technique to work. This jutsu can be performed along with a water jutsu.

Description: The user will do the required hand seals then hold one hand to the sky sending a portion of chakra up, after so, a very thick and large bolt of lightning from the sky will shoot down in front of them, it will form a mini tornado made of lightning and will spin at the enemy with incredible spinning speed.

Description: This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.

Description: A Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.

After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

History

Childhood Arc- When Kasei was younger, he used to like going to the park to play. Denkou Uchiha, his father, is a Jounin who works around the the village since he doesn't have a Genin Team. Kasei hoped he could be a ninja like his father when he got older someday. His mom is a Medical-Nin who works at the Konoha Hospital. On the weekends, Kasei's parents will sometimes take him to the park to play, go on a walk, or have a picnic. This is one of Kasei's favorite memories when he was a child.

Academy Arc- Kasei joined the Konoha Ninja Academy when he was 7. When Kasei turned 8, his father discided his son was ready to begin his training. He not only did he improve Kasei's strength and agility, but he even taught Kasei the Great Fireball Jutsu. Kasei was able to succeeded in performing the jutsu in front of his father after only two weeks of training, surprising him. At that moment, Kasei finally received his father's recognition; the Uchiha Clan considered the ability to fire jutsu well. Two weeks later, Kasei graduated the Academy and became a full active Genin.

Genin Arc- Two weeks later, Kasei's uncle died in a S-Rank Mission. The day after his uncle's funeral, Kasei went to the woods and started smashing a tree with a Kunai. Kasei always had a really close bond to not only his father, but also to his uncle. After 3 hours, he had lashed out so much of his rage and sorrow at the beaten up tree, that he accidently unlocked his Sh. He quickly ran home and told his parents what happened. He also asked how to de-activate his Sharingan, since it was still activated and he didn't know how to de-activate it. His father later on showed Kasei how to use and control his Sharingan. A week later, Kasei passed the Chuunin Exams and became a full active Chuunin.

Chuunin Arc- Kasei was put in a unique team with three jounin, making a four man squad. He was always mocked at by the Jounin cause he was the only Chuunin in the squad. The Hokage assighned them to a mission that required them to hunt down and kill two Missing-Nin in the Lightning Country. When they met the missing-nin, the battle was long and hard. But the left Kasei in the woods as back-up, though they thought he wasn't going to be needed. It was their way of keeping him from battling. The battle lasted almost 3 hours and they still continued to fight. Later, the Jounin were all low on chakra and had no other choice but to call on Kasei. One Missing-Nin was weak and couldn't handle anymore, so he was easy too help the jounin to take down. The other missing-nin used Kenjutsu techniques which was easier for Kasei to dodge. Kasei finally finished the missing-nin off by using some fire jutsus. Afterwards, Kasei had gained respect from his squad team. He was later taken out of the team and was moved up to Jounin. He is one of the youngest Uchiha to become a Jounin at the age of 16.

RP Sample: Kasei went into the forest to start training, he couldn't wait to go try out his new technique. He found a good spot to train at, and setted up the targets. He then hear someone coming and hid up in the trees. The person that was coming from th trees was.........a dog!?? Kasei leaped off the trees and said, "You look like a lost dog to me. " "He isn't a lost dog, he's my dog," said the man. "I'm sorry if I'm bothering your training kid, Peter just can't obey, he always runs around." "Who's Peter?" Kasei asked the man. "This dog is named Peter, thats what my son named him." The man responded. "What's your name? The man asked Kasei. "My names Kasei Uchiha." Kasei said, smiling. "Well, by for now. See you later, Kasei." The man said, and walked off.

The topic said, "These ranks are only available by RPing into them. This means you will have to start as another rank, and work your way into the position. The only reason these ranks would be available at the start is for returning characters, or veterans from the old ingoo."

And I am a veteran from the old ingoo, I used to be known as Gabe Murabi. I was training with Mitsu and Kira when the site was deleted. I was bumped to Chuunin there because Tsunade came back because she was sort of finished with school and had spare time to help the site. She made all the active Academy Students move up to Genin, and moved the active Genin to Chuunin.

B-Rank/Chuunin can only have 3B ranked jutsu which you have 9 of... but then I noticed that at the end of your history it says that Kasei was promoted to Jounin. So which rank are you going to be?

Ok....I guess I'll be a Jounin. I changed my rank and took out one of my lightning jutsu, which brings me to my limit of 8 for B-Rank jutsus.

- Usually, we ask that Jounin range from 19+ in age, but it's not exactly a solid rule. If you mind, you can keep the age.

- Please add chakra costs to your jutsu. Although the chakra system isn't mandatory, despite a few exceptions, it is stated that chakra costs are still required in application creation.
