Shizo Uchiha [WIP]

"The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.
The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.

The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other Kekkei Genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as his own, or even modify them to create his own new techniques, much like Sasuke Uchiha's Lion Combo. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu. While Sasuke was able to copy some of Lee's moves, they put a much more significant strain on him since he hasn't trained nearly as much as Lee has. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.

The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summon like Manda or even the Nine-Tailed Fox may be controlled. When this was used against Manda and the Nine-Tailed Fox their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence. The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.

In addition to these commonly used techniques, the Sharingan allows the user to perform the genjutsu Izanagi. Using Izanagi, the user can warp reality for a short amount of time, changing reality into illusion and illusion into reality. However, this technique has been dubbed kinjutsu, because use of it causes the user to go blind.

Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. In fact, Itachi Uchiha was so masterful of it, he was able to keep it active for most of the time, only once deactivating it after using Tsukuyomi on Sasuke and Amaterasu to escape Jiraiya. However, when a Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant, leading them to cover it up when not in use, to stop the drain."

Yuri was on his way to meet with a master of the lighting release skill. Even though he didn't like fighting in general, he thought it was necessary to learn some formidable techniques so that he may defend himself if ever caught in a situation where he must fight. Walking on the streets of Konoha, Yuri made his way to the master's home. He was in an almost run down part of Konoha and the only people he saw were sitting on their porches. This made it easier for him to maneuver around the village quicker. A couple of minutes late, he reached the house that was at a dead end street as described to him. It looked like a normal home that you would see in the Leaf Village, with the exception of a large lightning bolt looming over the front door. Even though the spectacle was an intimidating one, he took a deep breath, walked up to the door, and gave it a knock.

A man with a large build answered the door. He had no hair on the top of his hair, but a brown goatee was grown on his broad jaw. "Hello sir, my name is Yuri of the Aburame clan. I came here to learn the lightning release. I was told that you take students and I was wondering if you could teach me." Yuri waited for the mans reply. He looked as if he was hesitant in taking another student, but he replied "I will teach you, but know this; many have tried and failed to learn the release from my teachings. If you truly think you are strong enough to take on the challenges that will lay before you, then follow me. How nervous Yuri was, he couldn't describe. The man made it seem as if this was a do or die situation. It took all his will to move his legs and follow the man.

He was lead up to higher ground on a naked hill top. The man then spoke to him once again. "Allow me to show you what you will be trying to learn." He started by making circular motions with with his arms while extending his index and middle fingers on both hands. Then sparks of lightning started to form seemingly from nothing. First barely visible, then they shown with vibrant blue color. Yuri could tell that the lightning that the man had produced was very hot, even from his distance he could feel the warmth of the lightning on his skin. "Before you start you must mentally be completely absence of emotion and at peace of mind. Physically you must separate negative and positive electric charge. Then when the negative and positive charge come back together and become whole again, the lightning for lightning release ninjutsu is created. At first you will only be its guide, then eventually when you have become adept at the lightning release you will be able to control it entirely.

Yuri started by clearing his mind, making sure he was completely at peace of mind before continuing. Once he felt like he was ready, Yuri requested that the man teach him the motions to which the man was obliged to say "yes" with a small smile of dismay showing his doubt that Yuri would get any farther. It didn't take long for him to master the form that would help him produce lightning. The next step would prove much harder than the simplicity of the form. Separating the electric charge proved a daunting challenge. With his left arm he would take the negative, while with his right he would take the positive. Then he would bring the tips of his index and middle fingers together and then apart, which would create a stream of lightning. Unfortunately the only lightning he was able to produce so far were little sparks that would dissipate immediately, but he kept at it, determined to learn the ninjutsu release.

The sparks of lightning produced from his being were beginning to grow. They now formed a thin line when he separated the tips of his fingers. The feeling of even the beginning stages of lightning was exhilarating. His body was beginning to become warmer each time he did another cycle through the circling motions. Sweat to keep his body cool formed all over his body. The man who had brought him to the spot watched with contempt as if he had seen many make it to this stage in training, doubt still held in his mind that Yuri would even be capable of learning such a unfamiliar release. The notion of the man's feelings did not consume Yuri. He was much more focused on maintaining the lightning he guided in the motions he had been taught to him by the man who was a so called “Master of the lightning release”

Yuri had lost track of time, but the man who was monitoring him was fully aware of the hours that had passed by. He was beginning to feel strain on his muscles, slowing him down slightly. Even with the added shade from his hate, Yuri was feeling very warm and drenched in sweat. The lightning was beginning to have a light blue coloration to it. The thin line from before was becoming more visible and stronger. The man sat watching him, the doubt on he once held on his face was starting to fade as Yuri got to stages of the release that few of his students had ever gotten to. Yuri was beginning to have a more natural feel of producing the lightning as he progressed. His continued motions were starting to flow much smoother than before. This made it much easier to focus on keeping his mind at peace.

Time kept going by as Yuri did the continuous cycle of the motions. Is rate of progression continued. This time his lightning didn't improve that much visibly, but it had a much more controlled look to it. Yuri was still its guide, but at the level his lightning was at, he had a certain level of control over it, but this would and could not last for long. It was around 6:30 pm, which meant he still had a lot of time left to train for the day. As he kept cycling through separating, combining, then guiding the lightning produced from the negative and positive charges, the man's look of doubt had completely faded from his expression. Now he just sat with an emotionless look. Devoting all of is attention to see what Yuri would do next. His arms had now become numb from the strain he was feeling not to long ago.

The time was now 9:00 pm. The sky that lied over them had now become dark, revealing the stars that were hidden in the daylight. The full moon acted as the sun, providing light on the hilltop at which they were located. Blue was also illuminating on the hill top. The source came from Yuri's lightning that he was producing. It had grown considerably since last examination. The blue light now only served as a wall, surrounding the white light in the middle. His lightning was now half the size of the man's lightning from his demonstration. “I believe that is enough for the day. Return home and get rest so that you may FAIL in your foolish attempt tomorrow.” Even though the man showed great disrespect towards him, Yuri gave a bow and headed home to follow his orders given to him.

Yuri was at the naked hilltop once again. He hoped this would be the last time he had to train the lightning release so he could move on to learning actual techniques. The man had brought him there at 8:00 in the morning. His lightning was now growing at a slower rate than it had yesterday. Visibly it was almost the same as where he had left off. Keeping peace of mind was very easy to him now when creating lightning. He also noticed he had almost complete control over the lightning at it's current level. His memories of the warmth from the lightning started to resurface as his temperature raised in correspondence to the heat radiating from his lightning. He could tell that the lightning was a dangerous weapon to be held, but he also saw the beauty in its illuminating blue glow. The man seemed to be impressed also. He must have passed a certain point that only those who learn the release or fools who end up killing themselves in an expected accident got to.

His lightning had grown exceptionally over the course of about five hours and was now about three fourths the size and strength of the man's lightning. The time was now one o'clock in the afternoon. The sun was now high over head, bringing in extra heat along with the heat from his lightning going through his body. His motions were almost as fluid as the man's form with a few minor imperfections. The cycle at which the motions were performed were now second nature to him. He was attempting to execute every motion with perfection to help with the creation of his lightning while the man sat and watched quietly. The light still reflecting upon his skin with a blue glow.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

The Uchiha clan also utilizes the wire in their Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi technique. The wire allows the clan member to pin down an opponent, and then unleash a torrent of fire upon them.

It's a form of illusion reversal, but in order to instantly read through a technique and cast it in return, the Sharingan's power is necessary. As genjutsu is initially used to confuse the enemy, this technique which sends it right back to its caster deals a high amount of mental damage, more than anything else.

Description: A Genjutsu cast on oneself instead of others. When activated, the caster removes the boundaries between reality and illusion within their personal space. To a degree, this allows the user to control their own state of existence. When Izanagi is activated, it is capable of turning injuries and even death inflicted upon the user into mere illusions. Whenever the user receives a fatal injury, he or she automatically fades away as a genjutsu, and then returns back to reality, physically real and unscathed. The use of Izanagi comes with a deal. The user must sacrifice one of his or her eyes to eternal darkness, never to be opened again.
