Kekkei Gekkei: Dameons kekkai genkai is not visible from the outside but gives him the third element of lightning as well as the unique ability to channel fire chakra out of the pores of his body. The problem with the kekkai genkai is the instability of the lightning as it is always in effect around his body similar to that of an electric eel. His kekkai genkai given to him at birth makes his body generate lightning naturally as a deffensive and offensive weapon. His body because of his unique skills allows him to easily make plasma and use it also as a weapon by releasing fire from his pores to mix with the lightning. Though it is unsure how he is able to do such a thing his body heat remains at 150 degrees farenheit. In order to control his lightning he wears a modified metal armor around his body that has near microscopic holes to that he can release his fire chakra yet keep the current of electricity in the armor and more controlled. He often uses this ability to make plasma blades that come out of his armor. Normally plasma would melt the metal easily but because of the constant flow of lightning being dispersed through the armor it also protects it. His chakra usage for the lightning works the opposite most would believe. It takes no chakra for the lightning to form on his skin but a rather large amount to keep it from lashing out. His wind chakra helps him control what ions heat up in the air to form plasma and enables him to use the plasma in unique ways most cant like forming lines of travel for the plasma to attack or even attract lightning if not plasma. It costs 200 chakra to completely hold his natural lightning within his body.

Dameon Shikyo is the Akatsuki leader and is dressed as such with his black Akatsuki cloak. He wears his black cloak uniquely though from any other in the Akatsuki. His Akatsuki cloak is a lot smaller then the others and is wore open so it is more of jacket instead. Underneath he wears a thick black vest that prevents most kunai from piercing and swords from doing damaged if it’s a slash. His pants are also black and metal reinforced in places with metal plates at the thighs, knees, and shins. His black belt has multiple knives hanging from it and he wears normal black ninja shoes.

What makes Dameon so unique with his attire is his mask. He wears a white mask that covers his facial features and expressions. The white mask has a single black tear painted just under the left eye and has random painted blood splatters. Dameon wears this mask usually when he goes on assassinations and in fights. The mask itself is made of solid steel and can cause some serious damage to the hand of anyone that manages to land a punch on his face. It’s also useful in preventing penetration from a sword or kunai.

Dameon himself is around six feet tall and is strongly built at 230lbs of pure muscle. He has blue hair that extends down to the bottom of his neck and is usually worn back. He has very dreamy dark blue eyes.

Personality: Dameon is in two words…mentally insane. Though it wasn’t always this way, he was normal at one point in his life but when he gained all the powers from the main bloodline of the Shikyo clan he slowly became less sane. Not much has changed in him except for his extreme evil behavior that he tends to find funny and laughs at his awful jokes and actions.

In a fight he is no different, using his instable mentality to often confuse and scare his opponents. He is very calm and collected and though insane he is still very intelligent and able to plan steps ahead of time and quickly come up with new plans should the need for one arise. If he see’s something he wanted he would attack first other wise he agitates his opponents into attacking first.

He is very diabolical and often does extreme experiments to see how one would react in a situation, trying to see if they do what he thinks they will do. He often uses these ‘games’ to put someone in a situation of life and death though with a very slim chance of survival. He is an extremely good leader because of his reputation and his high intelligence helps him make the tough choices needed as an Akatsuki leader.

Dameon also has a split personality one thats a lot more...charming then how he usually is. One can only tell that he is in his charming state is when he removes his mask. As such with his other persona enabled he can use genjutsu that doesn't harm an opponent but rather charms them.

These Kunai are specially built with exploding tags that are ignited once the seal is broken within the kunai. The tags inside are sensitive and if a force upon the kunai is great enough to break it it will explode sending hot metal shrapned flying in every direction. (Like a frag). Can throw this as far as any other kunai but the explosion covers 20ft in every direction.

History:
It all started at an early age, the training, the manual labor, and even more training. Dameon grew up quicker than anyone in the snow village had ever seen before learning his first jutsu at the young age of 6 and becoming a genin at the age of 8. Though he was quickly becoming the strongest ninja in the village, he naturally just wanted more and more. He ignored his clans typical peaceful teaching and the ways of Aikido. Though still a master at Aikido he used it for the strong defense that gave to the user. He then learned and mastered over 3 different forms of martial arts eventually making himself the most powerful taijutsu master in his village. He grew to the point where the only he way he could be touched was through ninjutsu and genjutsu.

He realized this weakness and began to spend the majority of his hours meditating and finding new ways to use his elements in an offensive and defensive manor. Through obvious observation he also realized his natural lightning would only make his Plasma stronger especially if he could harvest the ability to release the fire chakra. It wasn’t till the age of 15 that he was able to use his Plasma jutsus. Along the way he discovered a wind jutsu he could also use that seemed effective and incorporated it into his techniques.

By the age of 16 Dameon had become the right hand man of the kage in his village sending him on assassination missions in other nations or using him as a spy to observe enemy movements and relay them back to the village. It wasn’t long after that he came across a few members of the Akatsuki by accident. Dameon watched as those around them surrendered immediately as they walked into smaller towns and killed who needed to be killed. He knew then and there that that’s what he had wanted to do, be respected and feared by all, but he knew he needed to be even stronger.

It wasn’t till the age of 20 that Dameon left the village, His little brother Dante Shikyo and his parents moved to the leaf village. He didn’t care much for his parents nearly as much as his little brother. He couldn’t explain why he seemed so connected to his little brother. Though he would often think if it was because he reminded him of himself. He had helped with Dante’s training ever since he was old enough to walk, teaching him how to throw kunai and how to properly incorporate his Aikido into his jutsus and natural plasma ability. He often laughed at how Dante used to mimic him and try to act like all tough around everyone.

It was that same year he caught up with a member of the Akatsuki and agreed that Dameon could join if he didn’t die in a fight against him. He never told Dameon his name however but that didn’t matter to him. Another member watched as Dameon and the unknown Akatsuki member fought in a match to the death. After hours of fighting Dameon emerged victorious and took his opponents Akatsuki clothing and took his place among the Akatsuki.

He has now been in the Akatsuki for 2 years now and has already been recognized as the most feared Akatsuki member for his kill count. He took pride in his killings as well finding new and old ninja to kill, trying to find someone that might be a challenge to him. He had heard news of his family in the Leaf village leaving his your brother behind to train in leaf while they went back to the snow village. It was there that they would find out their first sons fate. Once they had they were extremely surprised at the fact that Dameon had left the village and became an S class criminal.

Once in the Akatsuki Dameon started out as just an average pawn and did as he was told following orders to a tee. One day he had heard news from his scouting reports that their were multiple missing ninja posted outside of Konoha that seemed to be attacking anyone that would come out of the village. He quickly went to konoha disguised as an ordinary man to figure out more on the situation. Once he had arrived he learned his brother Dante had been killed by a few of the missing ninja outside the walls. This sent Dameon over the edge and he left the village for a few hours only to return and hunt down the missing ninjas. He killed all of them individually and stuck their bodies on pikes made of wood as a warning to all missing ninja. The next day he disguised himself again and attended his brothers funeral although nobody ever knew exactly who he was.

Shortly after returning to his main mission in the Akatsuki rumor’s had quickly spread of Dameon’s strength as it was unknown until his attack on the missing ninjas who were apparently considered S rank bingo book criminals. The Akatsuki organization began to look at Dameon now as an equal rather than a pawn and over the coarse of his insanity that grew inside him, they began to even grow a bit fearful of him and his new attitude toward life and death. They would grow even more worried when an assassination attempt on Dameon failed miserably.

Dameon was sent on a mission sometime in the last month to the village hidden in the rain to assassinate a well known bingo book jounin. The mission was successful then after the seemingly easy battle eight Akatsuki members jumped Dameon in an attempt to kill him as ordered by the Akatsuki leader, their attempt failed miserably and fueled by rage Dameon paid the leader a visit and killed him swiftly and took all of their cloaks and rings back as he appointed himself the new Akatsuki leader. Within the recent weeks no more information has been reported…

Twenty five minutes had passed since he had issued the challenge to the Jounin from his village. Dante was again sitting on the ground facing the opposite direction of where the Jounin should be coming from. The area was a large circle of grass outlines by thick trees and the wind was gently blowing causing the grass to flow during the midday hours. The Academy Student thought to himself, wondering why in the world he had challenged a Jounin with the biggest ego he could find. He wouldn’t go back on his decision now, he had made a choice and he planned on seeing it through to the end.

He couldn’t stand it, the Jounin and other ninja of the village were there to symbolize years of hard work and dedication, as well as an outline for any young ninja to become. He just didn’t understand why this one ninja had lost that mentality. He wanted to know why and a part of him maybe wanted to help. He didn’t challenge her because he hated her or despised the way she viewed things. Everyone had their own opinion and goals and he respected that. All Dante wanted was to prove that he WAS going to become a powerful ninja one day and that he WASN’T a nobody and that he WOULD amount to more than nothing.

The breeze blew through his hair lightly lifting up the blue strands and moving them in every direction. He hoped he had some sort of advantage that he could use. What he figured his biggest strength was his speed and his Taijutsu. He just hoped the Jounin would try to make it a hand-to-hand combat fight rather than ninjutsu because he didn’t know many that worked at a distance. Dante was also big for his age, most people figured him to be sixteen or seventeen, but his entire family had grown quicker than most. Right now Dante stood at a max height of 5ft 8in tall and weighed a good 210lbs of muscle from his years of training.

Thirty minutes had now passed and he expected her any second now. He also wondered if any other Academy Students, Genin, or even Chuunin would show up to watch, and if they did he had to ignore them and keep concentration on his opponent at all times, it wasn’t like he was fighting another kid is age but this time a twenty year old konouchi, and he would definitely have his hands full.

It was a cold night, only the soft wind and the music playing crickets could be heard for the lonely miles. The area was a seemingly plain valley with ankle high grass and trees scattered on the boarder of the windy valley. The wind swayed the grass and the trees making them blow like the gentle waves of the ocean washing up upon the sandy shore. The cherry blossom trees swayed under the lighting of the moon, releasing it’s blossoms like a gift to the very mother that created it. A stream ran parallel to the valley just beyond the cherry blossom trees, fish jumping in and out of the water as they skimmed the foot of water.

In the very center of the valley was a group of people sitting in a circle gagged and blindfolded each with a henchman holding the civilians arms. The civilians were obviously distressed and trying to break free but the henchman held onto them strongly making sure they didn’t budge from their spot. The henchman were in standard ninja gear but wore white masks all with black tears falling from the eyes of the masks. One man stood in the center of the hostage situation, one with an Akatsuki cloak on like a jacket and a white mask that had tears and a painted blood mask splattered across it. He gave a wave of his hand and the henchman ripped the blindfolds off the civilians.

“Ladies and gentlemen.” Dameon said through his mask as he began walking around the inner section of the circle gazing into all of the victims eyes as he walked by, observing his lab rats in this god awful experiment.

“You are here to take part in my little..game if you will. This game will determine those who have survival instincts and those who do not.” He said stopping and placing his bare hand against the side of a young ladies face and pushing her head to the slid slightly letting her sweat get on his hand before wiping it on his vest.

“Each of you have a knife in your right pocket. You will all kill each other and the last person alive simply...lives, and they can go off happily into the sunrise like a bat flying toward its cave.” He said taking out an identical knife from his waist and showing them in as he lowered himself and cut the side of one of the mans face dripping blood onto the knife.

“I have my money on him very mean looking very just…grrr.” He said growling slightly and flexing his biceps a bit as he slid the knife back onto his belt but not after wiping the blood onto his hands to clean the knife.

“If you try to group up and attack one or all of us rest assured, you will die and I will be terribly disappointed in our game and I will have to return to your village and grab more rats. Now for your sake and your villages sake. Do your best…and have FUN!” he said waving as he walked off out of the circle and the henchmen released the civilians and the bloody battle started. Dameon turned around to watch savoring the chaos.

The civilians though confused at first realized how serious the situation was and were soon fueled by the will to survive and they began to grab the knives from their pockets and attack their fellow villagers slitting their throats and stabbing them all over the body before the attacker was attacked and killed. In the end the only survivor stood up and walked out of the circle and all of them just watched as the murderer wandered toward the village miles away.

Dameon frowned as he watched the man he wanted to win died and he kicked his corpse afterward then threw his hands up by his side then back down as he shuffled through his pockets and brought out money and handed them to one of his henchman who gladly put it in his pocket. As he walked by the henchman he pointed his finger behind him and launched an ice bullet into the back of the henchman’s head before walking off the survivor dying shortly from stabs to lethal spots on his body.

Tier 1: By using his chakra to contain some of his natural lightning he can send this lightning chakra to his nerves and in turn the nerves activate sending signals to the muscle fibers and increases the amount of muscle fibers used by 33% hence making him 33% stronger and faster then he normally would be. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Dameon moves his body parts so fast it creates the illusion that the sphere is completely made of plasma. It covers 20ft in every direction. This attack will not be used unless his chakra blades are already out and cannon be used in 1 post. 1 post will be the summoning of the plasma blades the 2nd will be this attack.

Description: Summoning all of his chakra let in his body as well as using chakra to concentrate his natural lightning into his body he build up the pressure of all his chakra and elements then releases it in a devastating erruption of plasma. The erruption takes mere seconds to cover thousands of feet. This is a suicidal attack mustering all of his remaining energy to try and kill as much as he can. The full giant sphere of the plasma explosion expands 1 mile. Anyone caught in the erruption is literally melted to death.

Description: Dameon is able to do this jutsu in 2 turns. The first turn consists of Dameon launching a fire jutsu into the sky and making storm cloud. Once the storm clouds are formed Dameon uses his lightning and win chakra to change the ions around an opponent making it so that a lightning bolt from the sky with strike the target almost for certain death. Since the lightning is natural Kirin is almost completely unavoidable.

Description: Using his lightning chakra, Dameon is able to make a cage out of lightning around an opponent. This is done by using his natural lightning and luanching it forward around an opponent a good 10ft in either direction. This barrier will show any who touch it and can be destroyed by equal or greater lightning energy form the inside or a disruption caused by two strong (B Ranked) jutsus hitting the shield from the inside and outside at the same time. Otherwise this jutsu lasts 3 posts. The user is unable to enter the barrier as well.

Description: Dameon is able to summon lightning chakra into his hand forming a ball of lightning. This ball of lightning is condensed to the size of a baseball and can be thrown at an oponent and will travel as far as he is physically able to. The ball can also be used to strike an opoonent from a closer distance rather then long range. The ball itself will disperse completely into an opponent or an object able to channel electricity. The ball wil over power the bodies nerves and temporarily shut down the entire opponent body for 1 post, if it hits. The only other damage to the opponent will be burns where the attack landed.

Description: Dameon can create a stream of lightning to any object capable of conducting electricity. This can be done up to 100ft away and usually requires little effort to do so because of his already erratic naturally occuring chakra. The electricty will hit the metal and travel down hititng the nerves in the opponents hands making them drop their weapon as well as cause a jump in the opponents heart rate to near dangerous levels which can by him a few seconds as the opponent is literally stunned at what happened.

However using the lightning chakra from another attack he can absorb it and use the energy to make his next lightning attack more powerful.

Description: Dameon using wind chakra makes his entire arm like that of a tornado. Upon impact the energy from the wind will make the opponent fly back spiraling mid air out of control. The wave of the sword makes a straight blade of wind in the shape of an arc about 50 feet wide. The wind wave is capable of slicing clear through multiple trees. The wind dies out at around 250 feet away from the initial point of attack. The only sign that it is approaching is a loud screech made from the wind and the face that wind can be seen from the sides of it.

Description: As long as Dameon has his electricity flowing outside of his body (Not inside of himself, and in battle mode) he can sense the electricity put out by everything, even the earth itself, or something as faint as the pulse in a human. This is very useful as he can sense where his enemies are or use it for navigating. He can also use this as a means of 'locking on' to an opponent for a longer ranged attack. Must be activated and deactivated.

Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the Jutsu on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell. The amount of Chakra needed to dispel the Jutsu varies with strength of the Genjutsu. Sometimes, Kai is useless because the Genjutsu is too powerful.

Description: Used in cooperation with Electroreception and Lightning Absorbtion, Dameon is able to pinpoint where the target is concentrate his Lightning chakra all around him making himself extremely dangerous to be around as the lightning will strike anyone within 20 feet when his attacking is building. In the second post Dameon uses the lightning to strike down his opponent using his own body to project the lightning bolt out at the target no matter how fast they are moving as the lightning is MUCH faster. Dameon essentially connencts himself with electric force of the earth spending 1 post to gather electricity, he then launches a boly of lightning out at the opponent before he takes in too much electricity. Takes 2 posts. Basically the weaker and opposite version of Kirin. Only A ranked because it takes 2 posts and two other jutsus must be used as well.

Description: Dameon stares into the opponents eyes OR if the opponent see's and of Dameons fire jutsu AND Dameon happens to activate it (on fireball if the opponents feels the heat from it, missing fireball thats barely misses, etc.) and almost instantly the opponent see's Dameon disappear and all of a sudden a crack opens in the earth and the opponent is sent down it into and endless pit. The pit is made entirely of fire and the opponent catches fire on the way down and seems to be burning and falling for hours before the genjutsu ends, but really rhe genjutsu lasts only around 1 minute. Lasts 1 post. Opponent suffers severe distress and is stunned to be alive but is also sweating profusely and feels as if his/her body has been burned.

Description: Using his lightning chakra Dameon forces his palm foreward and launches his lightning chakra out at the opponent. This attack uses barely any visual electricty and is more of a modified EMP. This attack is not used for offense but wil stp and opponents taijutsu attack by stopping the opponents nerves for a short enough time to make sure the attack doesn't hit. Can only be used a max of 5 times. Opponent must be wthin 10 ft of Dameon.

Description: Dameon uses his taijutsu and covers either his fists or his legs in wind chakra. If the taijutsu attack lands on the opponent, (depending on where the attack hits), the opponent will immediately lose all of the air in their stomache or (in the torso area of course) an organ will be bruised. If the attack misses close enough to the opponent the force of the punch will still be felt from the wind anywhere within a foot of the attack. So if a punch was to miss the torso of an opponent, more than likely the ribs will feel the force fo the punch.

Description: Dameon forms a series of handsigns that creates a 10ft in diameter ball of fire enhanced with lightning chakra. The ball itself appears like a miniature sun (though not nearly as strong obviously) its has a hot core of fire and gets more plasma toward the end of it. The ball is launched from above Dameons head upon completion of the seals. Using electreception to target an opponent the ball is sent at the opponent at a reasonable fast rate at around 60 mph. If the ball comes within range of 5ft of the opponent the missile will explode sending plasma, fire, and lightning is a splash/explosion effect.

Name: Diversion Pheromone

Description: Dameon uses the same kind of pheromone to attract the opposite sex except he uses it the shunshins away making the person hit by the pheromones become attracted to the first living thing they see of the opposite sex. The pheromone is released in a small capsule similar to a smoke grenade and will spread a good distance about 10ft in either direction. Because of being exposed to it for years and because of his natural body heat the pheromone does not effect him. Lasts 5 posts once a living thing of the opposite sex is spotted. Otherwise it doesnt work. If there is nothing around he can choose to not shunshin and the opponent if female becomes attracted to him.
