Hattori Tsurugi's physical appearance showed as he is a medium-build man. His hair colour is black and a bit long and messy as the picture shown above. Tsurugi's eyes colour are brown. Tsurugi wears a Konoha Flak Vest but unzipped, and his favourite nodachi on his back. Tsurugi is too lazy to wear Konoha head protector but he showed it to Konoha ninjas or other ninjas to proved that he is a Konoha ninja.

Personality:
Hattori Tsurugi described as a friendly, sociable, and emotional person. He often have a smile ready, making jokes and always like to meet new persons. But there's one bad thing about Tsurugi, that he often playing pranks on others especially his rivals. Tsurugi will become serious and give military-like advices and orders during in missions, probably that is his habit during his role as a military officer during the war. Tsurugi also dislike advices from others, even it is for his own good. Although he is strong, Tsurugi has a great respect towards other shinobi and his seniors. While confronting his enemies, Tsurugi will be calm and find the weakness of his enemy to bring him down.
Many villagers like Tsurugi because of his happy-go-lucky attitude but they doesn't know about his real identity, that Tsurugi is Akame Chouun Shiryuu, a young famous military officer who is famed for his courage, prowess, and saving innocents. Tsurugi enjoying ramen and dango as well, he often stopped at Ichiraku Ramen Shop when he passed by, for a bowl of ramen.

History
History:

Early Life
Akame Chouun Shiryuu (Tsurugi's former real name), was born in Shoku Region (蜀地域), Dragon Country (龍の国). Shiryuu's father, Akame Moseikon, was the clan leader of Akame clan, a noble, powerful bloodline warrior clan in Dragon Country. At the age of 3, Shiryuu's mother died from a serious illness. So Shiryuu's father take the responsibility to take care of him. At the age of 7, Moseikon trained Shiryuu into a noble warrior. Shiryuu was skilled with swords, spear, archery and thrown weapons. After that, Shiryuu's father decides to teach him ninjutsus and Akame No Ryu (Sword of Akame), which Shiryuu fully mastered all of them. As a conflict breakout between Akame clan and Sajin clan, Akame clan's enemy, Shiryuu's father was killed during the final battle but won against the Sajin clan. After Moseikon's death, one by one, every Akame clan members leave the region and country, settle up their new life somewhere around the Great 5 Shinobi Nations. They do this because there was no heir to served the Akame clan, and Shiryuu was too young to be the clan leader of Akame. They also fear that Akame clan will be in perish after there was no heir to served the clan. Since after everyone was gone, Shiryuu was left alone in his Akame mansion but he promised himself that he will take care himself and restore the Akame clan again.

Military Career
At the age of 14, Shiryuu enlisted himself in military academy as his father wish him to. Shiryuu was quite excellent in calvary, strategy, martial arts and leadership. Later that at the age of 15, Shiryuu was promoted as a military captain after he received military scholarship. After that, Shiryuu was given choices to served which army group in the Dragon Country. There were three of them, Shoku Army Group (蜀地域軍団) in Shoku Region under command of warlord Ryuubi Gentoku(劉備玄徳), Gi Army Group(魏地域軍団) in Gi Region command of warlord Sousou Moutoku(曹操孟徳) and Go Army Group (呉地域軍団) in Go Region under command of warlord Sonken Bundai(孫剣文台). Those army groups are the most powerful in Dragon Country and Shiryuu choose to served in Shoku Army Group, as one of its military officer. As he meet Ryuubi Gentoku in person, Shiryuu realized that Ryuubi was a friend of his late father and often fight together during at the end of 2nd Ninja World War. Ryuubi was also proud of Shiryuu's father bravery but sad about his death so Ryuubi decides to adopted Shiryuu as his son. As two days later, there was an uprising in a gold mine at the north of the Dragon Country, the rebels called themselves "The Yellow Turbans" as all of them wearing yellow turbans around their head plus wearing yellow painted leather armor. These rebels usually were miners but they were treated badly by the corrupted officers of Dragon Country by torturing them, and the government of the Dragon Country doesn't know it. Until there was a man, named Choukaku, lead his fellow miners attack the officers, some of the officers and soldiers in that mine were killed others were survived and escape. That incident were known as "The Uprising of Yellow Turban". The mine was controlled by the rebellion and is well-defended so Shoku, Gi and Go Army Group was given task to capture the mine and also detained Choukaku. As the battle outside the mine begins, Shiryuu rally his calvary forces towards the rebel infantries while the other army groups charge as well. After few hours fighting, Shiryuu and his men successfully went into the mine, detained Choukaku and capture the mine. All rebels was forced to surrender to the army groups because of their poor weapons and the strength of the three famous army groups.

As Choukaku told the Dragon emperor about the reason of the rebellion, Shiryuu give his opinion that Choukaku must be released and the survived corrupted officers must be punished. After Choukaku and his men released, Shiryuu was granted title as "Dragon General" for his prowess and brave in the battle, and so do the Shoku Army Group was famed about Shiryuu's bravery. Ryuubi was inspired by Shiryuu's righteousness and immediately promote him into military general. In Ryuubi's army group, Shiryuu was the most fearless, kind-hearted, charismatic young general among Ryuubi's military officers. Not only that, Shiryuu was also popular in Utakata, capital city of Dragon, especially among girls because of they said Shiryuu was so cool and handsome. So it is hard that Shiryuu enter Utakata City, especially he had to disguised himself by wrapping his face with black cloth. Shiryuu also make new friends from the three army groups as well, such as Shuuyu Koukin, a young military strategist which is same age with Shiryuu, Shonshoukou, daughter of warlord Sonken, an attractive but tomboyish, archer captain in Go Army Group, Bachou Mouki, a young hot-blooded calvary captain in Shiryuu's army group, and Souhi Shikan, a talented warm-hearted swordsman, son of Sousou, and childhood friend of Shiryuu. Shiryuu also befriended with his rival, Ryofu Housen, one of the best imperial general of the Dragon emperor, and most feared fighter.

War of Two Countries
After a year later, Serpent Country, the country where the Sajin clan used to be living, the Serpent Emperor was murdered by Sajin Toukaku Chuuei, the son of the leader of Sajin clan. After claimed the Serpent throne, Chuuei hold grudges against Dragon Country and so do Akame Chouun Shiryuu, son of Akame Moseikon who responsible for destroying Sajin clan. So the powerful Serpent under command of Chuuei, they march through into Amahara City, a neutral city which is middle of both Serpent and Dragon Country. The Serpent occupied half of the neutral cities and finally seized Nagisame City, the trading city of Dragon Country. As the consequences for intruding the Dragon Country, the Dragon Emperor immediately sent both Shoku and Go Army Group into battle, to retake Nagisame City. Not only that, the Dragon Emperor also request assistance from Land of Fire, to assist the army groups in the battle. So the Hokage sent two of his best Jounin, 2 group of ANBU squad lead by a ANBU captain, a small group of Medical Nin under by a female Uchiha Chuunin and a group of Chuunins. After the allies arrived at Dragon Country, the army groups and the Konoha ninjas march towards Nagisame City which is occupied by the Serpent Army. Shiryuu was also join the battle, as a captain of a small army platoon.

During the battle of Nagisame, Tsurugi performed many great valiant actions including by rally his men towards the countless Serpent Army and defeat them. After saving Nagisame City which had been captured by the Serpent Army,Shiryuu been asked by a couple to save their baby not far from a house outskirts of Nagisame city, which is occupied by Serpent retreating forces. Ignored his friends advices, Shiryuu immediately rode towards the house and killing every Serpent soldiers and officers who stand his way. After grabbed the baby and put him inside his breast armor, Shiryuu proceeded to fight his way out through overwhelming encirclement of enemy soldiers, using only his spear and katana. After successfully saved the baby and retreat back to Nagisame City, Shiryuu was asked by the couple what is Shiryuu's reward for saving their baby. Shiryuu smiles and said "There's nothing I asked for you, but as long as I wished that when your baby grown up, he called me Brother Shiryuu. ". Shiryuu's valor by saving the baby was impressed by Ryuubi and even Sousou and Sonken, the other commanders of the army group. Before he could take another step, Shiryuu was collapsed on the ground, and he realized that he was shot, by the Serpent soldiers' musket. Shiryuu was almost lost his life but he had been saved by a Konoha female medical Chuunin, Uchiha Miyabi and who Shiryuu know during their first met in Dragon Country. Since he owed his savior a debt, Shiryuu decided to making a friend with the Konoha kunoichi. After recovered from the wounded, Shiryuu was granted title by Ryuubi as "Senshin", the God Of War by killing many Serpent soldiers and officers during the battle. Shiryuu also saved many innocent villagers from Serpent Army during the war. To the villagers and soldiers of Dragon Country, Shiryuu was a true hero and while to Serpent Country, Shiyuu was feared due to his prowess and killing many Serpent soldiers and officers.

During the final battle at Tsagi-Cho, city of Serpent Country and where Chuuei make his last stand, all the army groups, and Konoha ninjas make a full frontal assault towards the castle where Chuuei were there. As they surrounded the castle, Chuuei ask for Shiryuu for a spear duel, due to Shiryuu's spear skills was peerless. So Shiryuu accepted the challenge and they begin to fight while others watch. As the fight goes on, both Chuuei and Shiryuu was seriously wounded as Shiryuu's Akagan was activated, then in a flash Shiryuu successfully strike down Chuuei and sent him down into the dark edge, Chuuei's body was disappear. After defeat the tyrant, Shiryuu along with the friends celebrated the victory in a encampment outskirts of Tsagi-Cho. As the celebration continues, Shiryuu saw that Miyabi just back the final battle. As she reach him, Miyabi fell on Shiryuu's chest and hugged him. Shiryuu thought that she congratulate him for winning the battle but he realized that an arrow already struck her Konoha flak jacket at the back, covering with blood. Just before she died in Shiryuu's arms, Miyabi expressed her feelings towards Shiryuu, telling him that she had a crush on him during the festival in Amahara City, after they succesfully seized it during the Battle of Amahara. cried loudly and yelled Miyabi's name after she died on his arms. Suddenly, a scout come and report that Miyabi been ambushed by a group Serpent soldiers as she approached to Shiryuu's encampment. He also reported that countless of Serpent troops,including the soldiers who ambush and wounded Miyabi have surround the encampment for they last suicidal assault. Shiryuu activate his Akagan, grabbed his spear, without any backup, and he began to charge at his enemies. Few minutes later, countless of the Serpent soldier bodies, lying on the battlefield except for Shiryuu, standing of the bodies with his blood-soaked spear and blood splat on his armor. The remaining survivors of Serpent army immediately flee as Shiryuu begin to chasing them, the vengeance was covered Shiryuu's heart. Shonshoukou and Souhi try to stopped but both of them was throw away by Shiryuu to the ground. Without any choices, Shuuyu immediately knock Shiryuu's out while Ryofu and Bachou capture him. After recovered in his bed in encampment, Shiryuu doesn't want to speak to others, including Ryuubi, since after Miyabi's death.

After The War
After the war ended and the defeat of Chuuei, a noble man named Sadoro Chunei gained the Serpent Throne, the new emperor begin to settle peace between Dragon Country and the Serpent Country. After returning from the war, Shiryuu plus others was granted title by the Dragon Emperor as "The Hero Of Dragon Country", not only that, Shiryuu was promoted as Imperial General by the emperor. After attending the funeral of Miyabi plus other Konoha shinobis, Shiryuu was telling the Uchiha clan and rest of the villagers that Miyabi indeed was a great and noble ninja he ever met but feel regret for didn't save her. During his staying in Konohagakure, Shiryuu was approached by the Hokage, advising that Shiryuu mustn't feel regret and sad otherwise Miyabi's soul couldn't rest in peace. Hokage told him that Miyabi died for Shiryuu, in order to protect him and that is the way of ninja. Then Shiryuu finally realized about his mistake and take Hokage's advice.

Hattori Tsurugi
After two years, Shiryuu resigned as the Imperial General. He asked permission from the emperor and Ryuubi to leave the country, in order to find his Akame clan members. Both emperor and Ryuubi got no choice and let him go. After Shiryuu cut his long hair, he change his name into "Hattori Tsurugi", in order to protect himself and his identity. Before he left the country, Tsurugi's fellow friends showed up at the gate to bid him farewell except Shuuyu Koukin, tell Tsurugi that he is the Akame's descendant. So both of them begin to travel towards Fire Country where the Akame clan survivors and descendants were last heard. Both Tsurugi and Shuuyu was appointed as Oi-Nin members by Hokage after requesting permission to become the ninjas of Konoha.

Service for Konohagakure
As a Oi-Nin, Tsurugi is serious in missions especially the assassination missions. When he carried on with the missions, Tsurugi planned carefully, and kill the target when a chance is appeared in front of him. Tsurugi killed many leaders of bandits and missing nins, so Chouun was granted a title known as "Hawk of Konoha." (木の葉の鷹,Konoha No Taka) During the attack of the Kyuubi, Tsurugi and several ANBU members arrived at the scene. Tsurugi immediately ask the other ANBU members to escort the villagers and the wounded, he immediately grabbed his Nodachi from his back and charge against the Kyuubi. But the Kyuubi noticed Tsurugi, it immediately swing one of it's tail and hit Tsurugi. Tsurugi was thrashed into the trees nearby, wounded and unconscious. As he recovered from his unconsciousness, Tsurugi was informed by his captain, that new Hokage has sealed the Kyuubi into his infant son but sacrificed himself for saving the village. So Tsurugi and the rest of the villagers, to new Hokage's funeral, to pay their last respect to the deceased patriot.

At the age of twenty-four, Tsurugi was promoted to Jonin by Hokage due to his excellent performance as a Oi-Nin. Although he is a Jonin, Tsurugi been told by Hokage that no Genins assigned into Tsurugi's team for a moment because all the Genins who are graduated already assign to other Jonin's team. So Tsurugi have to lead a team of Chuunin to carry on B-Rank and A Rank missions. When Tsurugi and his team back from their mission, they realized that Konoha village was under attack by Otogakure and Sunagakure ninjas. With haste, Tsurugi ordered his team to escort any villagers to safety while he went to join the defense of the village. As Tsurugi kill many Otogakure and Sunagakure ninjas, the defense of Konohagakure was a success. Later that, Tsurugi was informed by one of his Chuunin, that Hokage has been deceased during his fight. With despair, Tsurugi attend the funeral of the Hokage along with other ninjas and villagers. Since after the newly Hokage was appointed, Tsurugi was given many missions especially reconnaissance, guarding mission and assassinations.

Akame Clan

Since the 5 Great Shinobi Nations was formed, Akame clan is a warrior clan in Dragon Country, which is newly established. The leader was Akame Mouseikon, the first leader of the clan and the most skilled Akame clan warrior. Every Akame clan members have a bloodline, the Akagan. Akagan is a bloodline which can give the user slightly extra chakra, increase his/her speed and strength. Mostly the Akame clan members served in Dragon military group. They served as military commanders, military officers, military strategists and trainers. A few of the Akame clan members choose the path of ninja.

The Akame clan also famed for their ninjutsu, taijutsu and weaponry. They formed a great relationship with Sunta clan, another clan which is well-known as their unrivaled taijutsu and weapon making. The Akame clan members have a strong sense of justice and they are warm-hearted people. They also extremely loyal to the First Dragon Emperor, Ouritsu Shibare. The Akame clan members also respect other clan even they are strong, and also, the Akame is not a proud clan, because they obey one of the Akame clan's principle, " 7. You shall not be proud, it is a dishonorable action.".

During the 3rd Ninja World War, Akame clan warring against it's sworn enemy clan, Sajn Clan. The Sajin clan is a corrupted, cruel and the most powerful clan in the Serpent Country. The cause of this warring clans because the ninjas of Sajin clan, killed one of the Akame clan members in cruel way before the 3rd Ninja War starts. So Akame Mouseikon rally his men into the battlefield and storm against a large number of Sajin soldiers. During the last battle, Akame Mouseikon was struck by an enemy arrow during he charging along with his calvary. Since after the Akame clan win, Mouseikon died of blood loss, but smiles after he heard that the Sajin clan was completely defeated. After the 2nd Ninja World War, because no heirs served the Akame clan, one by one, every Akame clan members left the Dragon Country because they thought that without any leader of Akame, the Akame clan will completely perished. So every clan members of Akame, left the country and set up their livings in one of the Great Five Shinobi Nations. Until many decades later, a young military officer of Royal Dragon Army, Chouun Shiryuu, believed that he is the son of Akame Mouseikon and the 2nd heir of Akame clan. At first Shiryuu want to reunited his clan members by traveling around the 5 Shinobi Nations but a serious war has broke out and Shiryuu have to participated the war. Since after the war was ended, Shiryuu immediately travel around the 5 Shinobi Nations with his friend, Shuuyu Koukin, Shiryuu's first Akame clan member and fellow strategist since the war.

It was morning, Tsurugi was in his bed, and he's awake. "Hmm...what time is it?" Tsurugi groaned as he look at the clock beside him, 8:30 A.M. "Well, looks like have to get ready first, probably got mission later." Tsurugi said as he jumped out from his bed, and first thing he do in the morning is, shower. After enjoy the shower, Tsurugi immediately changed his casual clothes which he wear for sleeping last night into black sleeve clothing with his black pants. After that he wear his flak jacket and left it unzipped, Tsurugi immediately grabbed his Akame nodachi from beside of the desk and put it behind his back, Tsurugi also grabbed his Konoha head protector and put it inside of his left pocket. After he ready, Tsurugi wear his sandals, walks out from the door and locked it. Tsurugi put his key in his pocket and walk down the stairs in the apartment.

Konoha was quite peaceful place since Tsurugi was arrived at this place. Although he is not belong here, Tsurugi was already qualified as a citizen of Konoha after approved by the late Fourth Hokage. Before he is a ninja, Tsurugi was a military officer, back in his adolescence days. Riding his favorite white horse, wielding his spear, charging towards countless enemies, enjoying sake and festivals with others especially Tsurugi's friends and Konoha ninjas who fought alongside with him, but all of that was past. Tsurugi's life was changed since after his friend's death, Uchiha Miyabi. From a military general to Konoha ninja, Tsurugi wasn't regret at all for becoming a shinobi. Two reasons he want to become a ninja, first Tsurugi want to find his fellow Akame clan members to reunite them, it is faster to get more informations about his clan members by becoming a ninja. Second, he is tired been a general, ordering his troops, train new recruits, or busy with his military assignments. Tch Tsurugi cursed as he remember about the military assignments, often making him headache all the time in his past. "Okay, what am I going do now?" Tsurugi said as he yawn, walking down the busy street of Konoha. Suddenly, something landed on Tsurugi's shoulder, as Tsurugi turn around, he smiles as he noticed Yumekichi, his little pet monkey landed on his shoulders. "Hey! Hey! Yumekichi! Where have you been? I've been looking for you since last night!" Tsurugi laughed as his little monkey jumped from Tsurugi's shoulder and landed on his head. "Okay, Yumekichi! Where are we going today?" Tsurugi asked as he smiles. The little monkey squeaking and point its finger towards a store nearby, which its plat written "Ichiraku Ramen Shop". Tsurugi laughed a bit and said to his monkey, "Okay, we will have ramen today as our breakfast!" Tsurugi said as he approaches the ramen shop.

Tsurugi walks into the ramen shop, and a female voice welcome him, "Welcome, Tsurugi-san! Still the same ramen before?" the ramen shop girl Ayame asked with a smile as her father Teuchi was busying ready ramen for other customers. "Same ramen, and this time, make it two!" Tsurugi said as he smiles. Teuchi nodded and smiles, "Two ramen coming right up!" Ayame said as she put the two bowls of ramen in front Tsurugi, "Enjoy yourselves!" the girl said with a smile as she went to another customer. "Hehehe...Here I go!" Tsurugi smiles as he grabbed the chopsticks, spinning them, thrust the chopsticks into the bowl and begin to eat his ramen. After finishing the first bowl, Tsurugi tries to reach his hands to his second bowl. Before he could reach his hand, another hand appeared and grabbed Tsurugi's hand. And yet, Tsurugi knows that it was a female person, by sensed it. "Anko-san, what is it now?" Tsurugi asked as he look at the female Tokubetsu Jounin, and yet his friendly rival. "Well, having a bowl of ramen in the morning, didn't treated me for one, Tsurugi?" Anko said as she sit down besides Tsurugi, smirking.

"Like I want to..." Tsurugi smirked towards Anko. "If you want, I can asked for another bowl," Tsurugi said with a smile, as he finished his second bowl. "No time for that, Godaime called us." Anko said as her face turn serious. The word "Godaime" heard by Tsurugi, as he put the bowl down where Yumekichi was playing with the chopsticks. "Tsunande nee-san called us?" Tsurugi stands up as Yumekichi jump on Tsurugi's left shoulder. "Yeah, we got a mission, ranked A." Anko said as she stands up and put both her hands into her pockets. Tsurugi scratched his head as Anko watches him, waiting for his answer. "Why me? Why nee-san doesn't want to find Kakashi or Gai-san?" Tsurugi complained as he stretched his both arms. "Two reasons, both Kakashi and Gai are busy with their teams and second, you're the best Jounin around here." Anko said as she look around. "Seriously? What makes you think about me that I'm the best?" Tsurugi asked again, with a smile. "Enough already! I'm running out of patience! Are you go or not?!" Anko shouted, Yumekichi was shocked and hiding behind Tsurugi's head while the rest of the customers in the ramen shop look at both Tsurugi and Anko. "Just joking, just joking, calm down, An-chan!" Tsurugi said as he smiles.

"Just like another day in the camp." Tsurugi sighed as he put his money at the counter where Teuchi received the money, "Oo-san, keep the change!" Tsurugi said as he turn around towards Anko, noticed that her expression was, anger. "Okay, Okay! I go, I go with you! Otherwise Tsunande nee-san will scold us or throw her chair outside the window of her office if we're late." Tsurugi smiles and laugh as he and Anko walks out from the ramen shop and heading towards Hokage's Office.

Katon, Gouryuuka no Jutsu - Seems more like a B rank fire jutsu to me. Considering Sasuke only used it in Cursed Seal Level 2 and was able to quite easily blast through the roof.

Otherwise I love the app tbh.
