Looks:Hodaka is built like a heavyweight boxer with broad shoulders and powerful arms, chest, legs, and neck. He is 6'2", his eyes are that of the Hyuuga Clan, but there is a depth and warmth that radiates through them, he is young but due to his training with Raiden and the lack of sleep he has lines underneath his eyes. He wraps his hands daily to hide his training scars, also he some times wears traditional Hyuuga robes...but for the most part he wears black pants that hang loosely around his legs and stop in the middle of the shin. His shirt is navy blue fitted shirt and a long white cloak with lightning bolts across the back. His hair is a dull black hair is graced with silver streaks and seems to take in the light, wrapped in the kohana band. He has a black katana that rest on his right hip and he usually puts his right hand on it and taps on the handle when he is thinking or when he is about to use a flash attack.

Personality:In battle Hodaka is highly analytical and observant, taking in all the information he can so that in the pivotal times, he can have the upper hand in the battle. He rarely uses a high amount of energy pursuing the enemy, choosing to instead let the opponent move around and make mistakes, and when the mistake is made, Hodaka attacks the opening with deadly purpose. He acts as a master chess player, his mind constantly working, adjusting to the situation and making choices to bring about the final outcome, which is the enemies death.

Now for most people, their personalties change off the battle field, but that is not the case for Hodaka. He believes that battle is truth in its highest form, and he thirst for truth in all he does so he approaches life like battle, he rarely speaks unless there is cause for it, and never anymore. He shares the occasional joke with his traveling companion Pei Mei, who is a very large tiger that communicates telepathically with Hodaka, but Hodaka hardly goes out his way to make a new acquaintance.

He has a warmness to him, but it is only reveled to the people that know him, otherwise, he has a rather icy demeanor to him, that is rather business like. He commits to things even though he might not want to, he does it out of duty and the feeling of having to regain honor that was lost so long ago, which is the reason he can love someone, yet seem distant and stand-offish.

A split road use of the gentle fist that can only be used by someone who has mastered the original style. This makes use of the chakra points as actual weapons instead of forming bonds between two points. (( for reference, take all examples as if the user was using his hands)) Chakra is gathered into marbel sized orbs stuck to the user's chakra points, when contact is made, the balls erupt, this is called Gentle Impact . This is advantagous in that it can cause a wider span of damage, not just to chakra paths and points, but actually crosses over slightly into closed fist style due to the fact that it causes physical damage as well. For the most part, the chakra system is disrupted beyond repair if the user wasn't holding back. This style is saved for only masters due to the fact that the Impact orbs, can detenate prematurely, before being channeled into an enemy, thus damaging the user. In retrospect, this technque could finish an enemy in one blow if placed right. This opens up the tri-sign system of
jutsus.

A very advanced Gentle Fist Style technique, the user must be able to see the Chakra holes (tenketsu, "pressure points")) of the opponent and execute it with incredible dexterity and precision in order for it to be effective. In a series of two heavy strikes, followed by two more, followed by four, followed by eight, followed by sixteen, followed by a dazzling thirty-two consecutive pinpoint-precision strikes, this jutsu closes 64 of the 361 tenketsu of the opponent completely. The last of the sixty-four strikes appears to be a blow with the full, open hand, rather than the fingertips of the index and middle fingers. The end result is a victim with disrupted chakra flow, making it very problematic to stay standing up and impossible to execute jutsu, unless an alternate chakra source is available, which is exceedingly rare and has only been demonstrated thus far in people containing a Biju (Tail

The technique earned its name because even a seemingly gentle, unimpressive hit can prove lethal.

Omote Renge is a Taijutsu technique which was forbidden due to the strain it puts on a ninja's body. By opening the first of the Celestial Gates, the Initial Gate, the ninja is able to release the restraints in the brain and push the body farther. In Lee's case, he was able to increase his speed and power. To utilize the Omote Renge, Lee first loosens the bandages around his arm. With a quick dash he is suddenly below his target and a quick upward kick sends his opponent skyward. Lee then jumps into the air to place his chest to the back of his opponent. He then wraps his arms and the bandages around his opponent to prevent escape. As the pair begin their fall back to earth, Lee begins to spin downwards at a high rate of speed, driving his opponent head first into the ground. At the last moment Lee himself releases the bandages and jumps to the clear. Though the technique injures his opponent, it also takes its toll on Lee's body as well.

This advanced, more destructive version of the Renge requires the opening of at least the Third Gate (Life Gate), with a correspondingly higher cost to the user. Once the third gate is open, the user can then use Ura Renge by launching the target into the air and hiting them with one arm and foot, sending the target crashing into the ground, typically killing them. When Rock Lee used this move, he also opened the Fourth and Fifth Gates to grant him extra strength and speed, however, this is not required to perform Ura Renge.

Located behind the left eye, the Inital gate is the first of the eight celestial gates; it's not rare for a jounin who uses a good deal of taijutsu to know how to unlock this gate. Occasionally others will learn to break it as
well. This gate is usually broken in order to perform a needed devestating attack or for a self boost to get out of a sticky situation; keeping this gate unlocked for an extended period of time puts a lot of strain on the
muscles.
- Heal Gate [Kyuumon] B rank
The Heal gate is located behind the right eye, it is the second of the eight celestial gates. As any taijutsu specalist knows, battle can be dangerous, if a shinobi is taking a beating they may choose to unlock the Heal gate, which allows them to shrug off a good deal of damage and even make their body function better for a while.
- Life Gate [Seimon]

The Life gate is the third celestial gate, and the first of the forbidden ones; the unnatural endurance granted by this causes the user to barely even register pain, as such they would not give up easily in a fight, even if they are horribly outmatched. Located near the top of the spine, this gate furthers the endurance of the user. This gate grants some minor healing when opened as well.

The fourth gate is known as the Harm gate, and for good reason. Like the Life gate located right above it, it is forbidden for it's risk to oneself. This gate allows the user to tap into their own abilities even further, allowing them to truly use their taijutsu techniques to their full advantage. This is not without a price, however, while this gate is open the muscles are slowly being torn to shreds by the sheer force flowing through them.
- Limit Gate [Tomon]

Placed below the Harm gate, the Limit gate's name is a bit of a misnomer, by opening this gates the mind's natural inhibitions placed on the body are foricbly removed. This massively increases chakra flow, grants superhuman speed and strength and allows the user to fight even if he would be dead several times over. When this gate is unlocked the user's chakra forms a visible aura around them, and the chakra even appears to heal their wounds somewhat. Of course, the minds unconsious inhibitions are there to protect the body, with them gone the body slowly tears itself to peices, not knowing when to stop.
View Gate [Keimon]

Falling in line below the Life, Harm, and Limit gates, the View gate is a rare sight to behold. Only taijutsu masters have ever succeded in unlocking this gate, and then with drastically strong effects. The user's body is actually burning from the chakra pouring out of all the tenketsu, creating such a thick aura that some jutsu are actually partially deflected. The chakra is basically holding the body together as the user's muscles and even some bones are being torn to shreds. Many have died while this gate has been unlocked.

The penultimate of the eight celestial gates is located at the base of the spinal cord; the Wonder Gate is only attained by true masters of the art of taijutsu; at this point the mind has actually convinced the body that it can do more then 100%, rather then the normal 20-30% it normally does. The enormous surge of energy granted by this state shreds part of the body as the gate is broken; however, the chakra is absorbed by every fiber of the body, knitting it together again, making it better; at least temporarily. The body is functioning at what no body should, and this state causes extreme physical pain; but the mind at this point has transcended pain.
- Death Gate [Shimon]

Upon unlocking the final gate, located in the heart, the body dies. The heart explodes, the lungs stop taking in air, blood stops circulating; the user is clinically dead, and no means exist to bring them back. Why would someone unlock this gate if it is inevtiable death? That's for the user to decide, what is known about this gate is that even though the body is dead the mind controls it with chakra flow alone, animating it and causing it to function as if it were still alive. Damage to the user means nothing, and even if a weapon should sever the body in half the chakra holds it together. Only true masters of taijutsu have been able to attain the unlocking of this gate, and then only under the most dire of circumstances.

This only jutsu Hodaka created during his time training with Raiden. Hodaka using a steady slow trickle of chakra, begins to change the particles and ions around him from positve to negative, this process take some time, about 1-3 mins depending on Hodaka chakra leak and the tempeture of the area at the time. The area of the particles inwhich he is changing is about 3 inches counting outward from his body. Hodaka can tell when this is done, by the thickness in the air, and his breath will become short.
Once that is taken care of, Hodaka begins to fortify his muscles and internal organs with thin layers of chakra, this took him two of the years he was with Raiden to learn how to do, due to the accuracy needed to perform just this step.

Hodaka then halts the flow of chakra that he lets leak out of him, which cases the negative particles and ions to disperse and rise rapidly, leaving a trail leading back to the highest point on Hodaka's body, creating lightning.

Hodaka dosen't just take control of the lightning, but instead channels it through his chakra network, and his body,
becoming one with the lightning, and acting as its head. That is the reason for the fortification of the body and internal organs.

Hodaka moving with and acting as the lightning strikes his opponent, unleashing the fury upon contact. This move isn't dodgeable due to the fact that a bolt of lightning moves at a 1000 times the speed of sound, and the devastation is enough to destroy a large building.

Do to the strain on his body, and the force of the impact, Hodaka will only be able to use this jutsu 6-10 times in his life time.

This jutsu does not require thunderclouds, but, if they are present, then the speed of setting up the jutsu will be shaved in half, and the power increased by about 30-50%. The amount of chakra that is used is only 30% in untransformed state, and 15% in transformed state. The chakra the is used to shield the internal organs, and the brain is not expended, it returns back into the chakra network.


Jutsu Name: Denkou Kan`oke (Lightning Coffin)

Using lightning manipulation, Hodaka forms a closed box with the captive inside of it. As the box closes shut, bolts of lightning strike the body, major damage is sustained even used at half strength. If Hodaka is withing 10 feet and the Jutsu's handseals are already preformed, then there is no way to avoid it, in between 10-20 feet is possible,
and 20-40 feet is highly probable that can enemy can avoid it.

Description:A high level lightning jutsu, Hodaka manipulates lightning to form a cage of electricity around the victim, keeping them prisoner until Hodaka deems it ok to let them go. This is not an attack as much as it is a means of holding someone, or transporting them safely.

A variation on a regular Chidori, this jutsu allows the user to generate electrically charged chakra from
his body, instead of just concentrating it in his hand. The electricity can be channeled anywhere, allowing the user to enhance his attacks or defend himself. As an offensive technique, because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, only paralyzes. The Current can also be sent through the ground to attack opponents from their blind spot.

A very powerful technique that requires a huge amount of chakra, which becomes visible around the user's hand. Once the hand has been charged, it is then thrust straight through the target. Due to the direct and obvious path the user of the technique must take to achieve an effective strike, a user of Chidori is left highly vulnerable to counterattacks and dodges. The technique can only be safely attempted by a ninja with the Sharingan or a similar countermeasure to defenses and attacks. Can only be performed 5 times a day.

Katon • Entei is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Fire Element. Unlike any other Katon related jutsu this is indeed the kind that is devastating. The jutsu starts out by creating flames that encircle the opponent's surroundings. Either the flames have be created from a previous jutsu or simply ignited with some sort of jutsu (like causing a weapon or something to set on fire with a spark or etc). Once the flames have been successfully created, this is where this jutsu begins to take place. All flames which are encircling the opponent's surroundings get directed towards the opponent in a linear path. Thus forming a circle of lines in the pattern that the linear flames are extending towards the opponent (Post One). Each and every single flame connect with one another as they reach the opponent (center of the circle). Creating no other than an immense fore sphere of mass destruction that is able to explode at the user's whim (Post Two). This jutsu could easily clear the surrounding area within a 20 meters from its premises.

Jutsu Name: Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique)

A powerful attack that creates a huge current of water in the shape of a dragon, which is sent towards the opponent. Except when used by extremely powerful ninja, this jutsu can only be done when in or near a body of water, and cost a medium amount of chakra.

Description: Raiden no Jutsu allows the user to move himself and/or a target he touches to another location in the blink of an eye. Although it is often compared with the Body Flicker Technique, the speed of this jutsu is much greater. In principle, this jutsu is similar to the Summoning Technique, as it revolves around manipulation of time and space rather than accelerated movement, but instead of bringing something to users, it sends them somewhere. Additionally, it makes no noise if the user sees fit and produces no puff of smoke, allowing the user to appear behind someone unnoticed. To activate this jutsu, the user needs a special seal or "jutsu formula" (jutsu-shiki) to mark the destination. After this is done, the user enters a dimensional void that almost instantaneously transports himself to that location whenever he chooses from then on. Hodaka has applied the formula in advance to weapons such as kunai. By giving one such kunai to a person, he can immediately teleport to that person at any time. He can also apply the mark to a touched area, such as his opponent or some other surrounding feature.

Furthermore, if an object marked with the seal may touch the ground, Hodaka will immediately know the position of everyone close to the object. This technique also possesses surveillance purposes as he can continuously sense where anyone is as long as the seal is on them. No matter where an opponent is, he arrived directly to him. The jutsu is also very unique because it requires no use of chakra, due to a special secondary seal that emits the same chakra as him, allowing him to have an instant connection to the area. This is one of the few known non-Kekkei-Genkai techniques created that the Sharingan/Byakugan cannot follow and cannot copy.

Unlike the normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Doppelganger), this jutsu creates not just an illusion, but real bodies of the ninja. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among the user and every clone. This could be very dangerous if the user is low on chakra or makes many clones.

-This jutsu allows the users to appear and disappear in an instant. This is very useful when trying to escape or attack suddenly. The users often uses nearby elements, like mist, sand or leaves, to mask their disappearance or appearance.



Tranformations

Raidens Apprentice: This is a form of transformation Hodaka can maintain through out a fight, with out having much consequence. Hodaka has to reach within to access the power, it will not come automatically. In this form, Hodaka can bring thunderstorms into the nearby area, and his chakra is increased by 50% for about 8 post, after the buff is over, the present chakra amount is cut by 30%

Raidens Disciple: This form is very powerful and puts an enormous boost in chakra but also strains the body. In this form Hodaka's byakugan turns from white to lightning yellow. Hodaka's physical strength and speed is only matched by a kage. The draw back to this is a exhastion from the power surge, the chakra increase is still ony 50% more chakra for about 4 post.

Description:
210cm long, 12cm wide. The blade was crafted by Raiden himself, and its sharpness is unrivaled. In the hands of Hodaka it increases his speed and strength, by about 80% but only when he is using the sword, not when in hand to hand combat. It has special seals running along the entire blade that glow when in Hodaka's hands and the seals can also be used for his Raiden no Jutsu. The blade can be used to channel lightning, and can also be engulfed in either elemental chakra he wishes but it drains 25% of his chakra in order to infuse it, the blade only responds to Hodaka's hands and chakra.

History:Academy Years- Hodaka's parents died when he was 3, he has been raised by his grandparents and listens to every detail of their stories and advice. He is really close to his grandfather, who inspires him. .He learned at a very young age that you can save yourself lots of trouble by listening to other peoples experiences. At the age of 5 his grandfather started to take him hunting, it was there that his grandfather reveled to him, that sight is not everything, as a shinobi you use every sense to your advantage and never let anything slip your mind. Because
something as petty as a twitch when someone is lying, or the sent of cow dung on a boot, can show you the path to victory. He trained furiously so that he might become a tool for the village, his grandfather instilled that the greatest thing in life is service to the man next to him and if you can trust one person in life, then you have had a fulfilling life. He was frustrated with his parents being taken from him and during his academy years was very sensitive to anything aimed at his parents and would let his anger snap and send him in to violent rages putting 4 students in the hospital one time. But with help from his grandmother he learned to suppress his emotions and keep them to himself until the right time to deal with them, and to never make choices according to emotions, cause the are usually not the best course of action. His grandfather was the head of the Hyuuga clan, and though Hodaka was his grandson, Hodaka wasn't the chosen successor.

Genin- He graduated from the academy in the middle ranks of his class, He was teamed with 2 other genin, whom he had ever met before. His sensei was Shisui Uchiha, one of the most talented Uchiha's to ever grace the leaf, very little is know of him besides that he is the one that invented the highly popular Shunshin no Jutsu, and at the hight of his power, he was known as Shunshin no Shisui (Body-Flicker Shisui). During their time as a squad he grew close to one of his teammates, a young kunoichi named Sou Namikaze, they never dated per-say, but she was Hodaka's first kiss. During a mission in which they were escorting some wealthy royals, the group was attacked by an S rank missing nin named Kazuki while they slept. The man had a huge disdain for the Hyuuga clan, this was made apparent for he tied Hodaka up and forced him to watch as his team was butchered, until Kazuki came to his friend Sou, he tortured her slowly, while Hoda tried to free himself to no avail, she screamed Hoda's name..over and over...pleading with him to help her, but he was not strong enough. The torture went on for hours on end, but it felt like years for Hodaka, until her fragile body could no longer handle the pain, and shook for its last time. The man left Hodaka alive, to live with the humiliation and the agony of losing the people that he held dear. Before he left he stated that the Hyuuga's were to proud and arrogant, and that he was the bringer of justice for all the wrong doings that his clan had done. The damage done by this still echoes in his being though it is buried deep with in his sub-conscience. He returned to the village without his team, and defeated in every since of the word, it took months for him to regain enough mental stability to begin training again. Eventually he did and from that moment on, he committed himself to pushing the limits of his power, to repay the debt owed for not being able to protect the people that were put into his path.

Chuunin- These years were very busy for Hodaka as he focused on daily inprovments, and also the time when he started developing the jutsu that has become his namesake, Raiden no Jutsu. Also he began learning Goken, he would eventually blend it with Jyuuken to form his own personal fighting style that he named Koutken. His constant training lead to many days without rest and countless sleepless nights, which still is a personal habit. The missions he went on during this period began to develop his work concept of working alone, and being efficient and quick. No personal relationships, and as far as friendships went he had none, though countless peers asked for his advice about things, he didn't consider himself their friends. His missions were very rarely hostile and so most of his combat honing came from the daily spars he participated in. He began hunting with his grandfather, learning how to master the senses other than his eyesight, it was a pastime they shared until Hodaka became ANBU. He also took advantage of his long distance missions to gather information on the man the killed his team.

Jounin- He was promoted on his 20th birthday to Jounin, and was given a team a short while after that consisted of Honoo, Yume and another young man named Yon. Also during this time he came across his first actual Akatskui members, and a women named Seu Nara, whom he would try to marry and fail miserably for many reasons, but at their prime they were very loving toward one another. The relationship is one of the shining moments in his life, when he was truly happy. The movement of missing nin during this time was at its highest, with people leaving Konoha in droves, so, in an effort to gain the power needed for the task ahead, Hodaka followed a note that was left for him by his sensei for his Jounin graduation, taking a 3 day vacation from the village. He followed the instructions, which directed him to the realm of the Kami known as Raiden, God of Thunder. Raiden took him on as his student, training him for what would equate to 3 years, though only 3 days had passed in the earth realm. Hodaka was already a skilled warrior, but the training was far more than humans subject themselves to, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, fighting all sorts of things called forth from the darkest regions of the realm. His skills grew exponentially, so much so that there were limiters placed on how much power he could use while on the planet, he had to transform in order to access the power he had achieved in the heavens, and even then, it was only a mere fraction of his truest form. On final day of training, he had to face himself in battle, with a newly adorned katana made by Raiden himself from the sharpest metallics in the realm. The last act of Raiden's generosity was a gift of 1/2 of his power, and making him promise to never abandon the ones that needed him. Upon Returning from his training, he bumped into Seu who immediately noticed the difference, as she always did when ever something changed within him. He continued to train with his team, but only after a month of being back, Hodaka was promoted to ANBU. The most defining moment of this year in his life, is April 10th...the day he asked Seu to marry him.

ANBU aka The Death of Hodaka, and the Beginning of Raiden no Konoha- 3 days after asking Seu to marry him, he left on his first ANBU mission to hunt for a missing nin named Orochi, he was summoned to a meeting between himself, Seu, and Mitsuhide, in which Mitsuhide in an act of kindness, bonded Hodaka's and Seu's souls together, letting them feel each other's emotions and hear thoughts across vast distances and planes, it would later come to light, that the three of them could also use each others abilities and bloodlines. 3 days before his First assassination, Hodaka visited Seu, feeling her in distress and longing for someone to be there for her. He now thinks of it as the death of Hodaka Hyuuga, and the emergence of Raiden no Konoha, for there was a bloody mishap, and after being stabbed twice by the women he loved, the heart of Hodaka Hyuuga iced over, and his eyes along with it, thus Raiden no Konoha was born. After recovering from the ordeal, his immediate response was wrath, but was stopped thankfully by Mitsuhide, and after finally confronting a newly tattooed Seu at the Valley of The End, he left for the assassination. The next time he would set foot in Konoha, would be for his grandfather's funeral, in which he became Head of the Hyuugas, at which time Seu had returned with her new found lover Mitsuhide. He opened a dojo and has been trying to lead a stable life, and somewhat ordinary life.

He has become more myth than a man, a story told in quiet corners of a bar, and it began 3 months after his first kill as ANBU. He was on a routine mission to acquire information about the Akatskui from a military captain in the earth country. The Akatskui had gotten to him and convinced the captain to gather a platoon of men and kill the one that was seeking information about them. Once the plot was revealed to Hodaka, and the betrayal made visable, the wrath that the men witnessed that day would be a peek of Hodaka at full force. As the story was told by the one true survivor, the one that Hodaka let hide in the bushes, unharmed, not fit to die a fighting mans death: "People started dying before he had even moved, men sliced in half, entrails spilled before they could scream, he moved so fast it looked as if there were 12 of him....but, I tell you it was only one man. The skies were clear, yet thunder was so loud you would have sworn it was a typhoon, but the mens screams were far louder than the thunder. He slaughtered 30 men in what seemed like an instant, the only reason I knew it was him, is because he disappeared and when I saw him again, he was covered in blood, and everybody...I mean everybody was dying or dead, except for me. It was eerily quiet for a second, Then there was thunder, and the white eyed man vanished, leaving the place covered in a pool of blood and guts. We issued a "Flee-on-sight" order for the entire village. There was only 3 things we know about him, He has white eyes, he works for Konoha in one of their branches....and thunder follows him where ever he goes. Other people have told me they have seen him too, from other villages, and they say that by the time they heard the thunder, the men were already dead, and we still don't have a name on him, so, we call him Raiden no Konoha.": And the legend continues......

Well the idea is great Hoda, but the huge power thing is cut down nowadays.

Chakra increasing would be a temporary buff that would result in near exaughstion immediately after, and would require a post limit before exaughstion occurs.
Every form must be countered by equal consequences as there are buffs.
Taking the power of a god is a bit overboard, thats atleast what I see you doing.
Nothing is unavoidable, with enough counter force, etc, something can be stopped and/or avoided.
Also, blowing a hole in a mountain is a bit much on power, etc on there.
Also, we decided to say no to space/time jutsus, as it can go toooo farz ><
Lightning imprisonment has to have a chakra/post count to keep it up, like the nara do their shadow jutsus.

Will be conscidered S ranked, as a strong character from the old narutor.

Hmm...well...if I edit Raiden no Jutsu to the fact that I can't leave a fight and how many times it could be used per mission/fight (4-6)...would that possibly be exceptable?
