Personality: Pendo is a calm, easy-going person. He is very smart and focuses mainly on Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. He protects his village and his friends with his life and gets along well with others. He is outgoing and most of the time very lucky but also curious of the world and his surroundings. Although curiosity is a fun trait of his it can sometimes lead to mischief and get him into big trouble. He is also very generous and normally happy, if he is sad or angry it normally means no good.

Description:
Byakugan is the blood inheritance limit of the Hyuuga Clan. The Hyuuga
clan was one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan
itself is said to be the ancestors of the Uchiha clan who possess the
bloodline of the Sharingan eye. When the "Byakugan" is activated, the
clan member gains an extra-sensory perception, which gives them
penetrating sight and telescopic vision. This allows them to see the
tenketsu; the internal chakra coils system 361 pressure points. This
vision also grants the member a near 360° view of their surroundings,
the higher the skill of the clan member, the further the distance from
which they can sense incoming attacks. Unfortunately the vision does
have a weakness, a small blind spot that extends outwards from the
vertebra of the upper back.
The clan uses this ability in
conjunction with their own chakra creating the Juuken (gentle fist)
fighting style. The clan member can use their fingers or palms to emit
chakra to flow into their opponents body's at the tenketsu points. When
the hand draws close enough to strike, the clan member can stop or
increase their opponent’s chakra flow. The internal chakra coils which
spread throughout the body also wrap around the internal chakra
producing organs. So if the internal coils are attacked, it also
damages these internal organs. Because a ninja can not train their
internal body, such damage can be a critical hit for even a highly
skilled ninja. The tenketsu serve as the connectors and exit points for
the chakra pathways. So when they are stopped by the Hyuuga clan
member, the ninja greatly loses his or her ability to utilize their
chakra for jutsu.

they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan
member to use the Byakugan eye to make nearly double the normal 126
strikes, striking 254 times against their individual foe or opponents.
First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and
finally 128 times.

Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a special technique passed down through the
main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members
divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The
technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the
inner chakra coils system. Using the Jyuuken style, they can force
their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's
body through 126 strikes. First the clan member will strike 2 times,

tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent. This then limits

360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see
all angles of attack. If an attack is near, the clan member will
release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member
then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can
nullify almost any attack.

it's effectiveness against more massive incoming objects.

Description: This unnamed Genjutsu is a technique used by Kamira. Kamira will cause the area around the target to be enveloped by darkness. Once inside the black space, the target will see grotesque figures said to be tortured criminals, the previous victims of the technique. These grotesqueries will reach out and grab a hold of the target. They will then be thrown into the void to the mercy of a spectral dragon. The horrifying oni can even extend from the targets own body to attack them. All aimed at transfixing the victim with fear and shock while Kamira herself chokes and kills the target.

Skip is an adorable mongoose that sits on Ket's shoulder all of the
time. (See History to See How They Met) Skip has razor sharp teeth, and
claws and is a powerful mongoose as for speed, agility, and strength.
He is about 3 and a half feet long, and has a leaf headband around his
forehead.

History:
Ket was
born into the Main Family of the Hyuuga clan, in Konoha. His mom and
dad were so happy to be having a son and when he was born they treated
him as the most precious thing in their life. He didn't do much
until he was 4. And when he turned four he began to train and obtained
his Byakugan. His dad was so proud of him that he began to teach him
jutsus of their clan. Ket trained heavily and worked very hard. He
loved his mom and dad more than anything, and they trained him very
well in Taijutsu, and Ninjutsu. He learned Great Fireball Jutsu at a
very young age, and soon was nearly perfect in it, as well as Hyuuga
techniques. He continued to work hard, and train his butt off. He was
excited when he was enrolled in the academy, but didn't have many
friends. Most people were too afraid to approach a Hyuuga, and
therefore he didn't meet too many people in the academy. He continued
to work hard, but he couldn't grasp the transformation jutsu, so he
failed numerous times. He started the Academy at the age of 7 and it
took him a while to graduate. He graduated at the age of 10 in which he
had mastered the transformation jutsu. He was now a Genin, but had yet
to be put on a team. He went on a few missions and one day when he was
walking back from the Hokage's office, and a snake lunged out of
nowhere. He was petrified as a mongoose leaped from the woods biting
into the back of the snakes head, killing it. From then on out, he
named the mongoose Skip, and they became great friends. He went home
and told his parents about it, and they began to treat Skip like
family.
