Naga has a basic silverish-white hair when hes normal. He usually dons a black no sleeve shirt, and black pants. His skin tone is somewhat tanned. He is 5'10 which is somewhat tall for his age. Rare to any shinobi Naga has wings and his wings are gold, though he usually changes them from gold to black usually. But he can only maintain it for at least 5 seconds. When ever he gets mad his hair changes into a golden like silver, whenever he is sad or down of some sort it changes to a bluish silver, black and silver whenever he is excited or happy.

Personality: Naga is an easy person to get along with. He occasionally makes jokes about situations, even sometimes in dangerous situations. Though fun in nature, he is determined to making his strength grow. So that he can prove to all around him he is no one to be trifled with. But someone to respect, and maybe at one point fear.

Description:The Ayatsuriryoku was developed by the highest ranking members in the Kazura branch around the time of the First shinobi war in the Continent. The members discovered the Ayatsuriryoku to be able to manipulate the surrounding chakra, their own chakra, into a formation of many designs and patterns to fit the need of the Kazura, and being able to use Genjutsu and Ninjutsu along with it. Similar to the Leaf ninja's Sharingan, the Ayatsuriryoku is able to use devastating Genjutsu and Ninjutsu. The Members of the Kazura branch are to be able to use Earth and Lightning elements in a well-patterned format if able to go to the ranking of Adulthood (Like the Uchiha, they had to be able to spit fire from their mouths in a great fireball to become an Adult.). The vision of the Ayatsuriryoku user was set up into Three different stages, the First state, the Second state, and the Third state.

Life Finder - Itonami Fainda

Description: The first state was known as the 'Life Finder' (Itonami Fainda [Japanese format]), which is able to manipulate the seen chakra around the area into a weapon of choice, not made by Jutsu of any kind, and marking of veins show up on the arms of the user, the chakra network working it's way towards the manipulation process. The process of the Manipulation is draining to the user of it's chakra, reason, the Chakra expelled from the body cannot be placed back into the user because of it's use, even with the greatest of chakra control cannot do so.

Higher amounts of chakra and great amounts of training can easily increase the strength of the whip, being able to do as a member pleases.

The amount of Chakra needed to dispel the Jutsu varies with strength of the Genjutsu. Sometimes, Kai is useless because the Genjutsu is too powerful.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Neji Hyuga has been able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his pressure points to disrupt the flow of chakra inside the prison and break free. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, and the target is unable to move while within it, the target is still able to breathe.

Description: Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Izumo will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows Izumo or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.


History and RP Sample
History:Naga Kazura was born into the first branch of the Kaosu clan. His parents where not apart of the war that the Kaosu clan was involved with. Originally living in the Village Hidden under the Crescent Moon, his parents wanted to get away from the violence for the better of their child. So they moved to the Village Hidden in the Leaf where Naga now resides. As customed within their clan, it was soon apparent that Naga would soon begin his journey to become a shinobi. So Naga joined the Academy where he studied hard and long. His efforts soon paid off because his superiors saw that he was ready to become a Genin.

But everything was becoming strange as he grew. It was quite a shock to see that one day he could grow wings. But it took a while for him to start flying though. Also he was starting to discover for himself the ways of the Kaosu clan. Mainly his own branch. His great chakra control, being to change the color of his appearance at will except skin and face wise. Even being to control the color of his wings. He was unlike any Genin in the village. A boy who could sprout wings from his back and fly at will. It was unheard of. But they were not familiar with the Kazura branch of the Kaosu clan.

Here Naga would make a name for himself and protect the Village with his life and being. Even with himself discovering the powers of his clan, trying to unlock all the powers Ayatsuriryoku was path that would take decades it seemed. But he would try. And he would show the Village his rare talents and make them revere him in time. Where they would hail the name Kaosu, the Kazura branch. But he also is trying to find other members of his clan but he has not found anyone's whereabouts other than his parents. But he still searches till this day.

To his avail it seems that there is rumors of another Kazura within the Land of Fire besides himself and his family. But not one of the higher ranking members for which he sought. He needed to find a higher ranking member so that they could train him in the arts of his clan because his father could only teach him but two techniques, him being one of the lower ranked clansmen.

But soon it wasn't long before he started attracting insults because of the way he looked. Which was by far not normal if he were having troubling thoughts of the sort. And the fact that he had a pair of golden wings on his back. The other Genin sometimes called him a freak. Which he usually dismissed with their ignorance. No one knew of the Kazura clan and its abilities here it seemed. But he could not suppress a great disliking for those with ignorance. It would take sometime to getting used to but for now he would have to prove his worth alone to quell the way they thought of him.

Rp Sample:The blade flashed through the air as it threatened to cleave him into two. I'm going to die soon if I keep this up! He's barely missing me! He jumped ready to prepare another jutsu but the masked man was on him in moments. Swing his deadly axe trying to end this fight quickly. Kazura ducked as the blade swept through the air past his hair. And there he saw an opening. He swung his foot low and caught the assassin in the legs. The man fell to floor as his legs were swept from under him. Wasting no time at all, he pulled a Kunai from his pouch and jumped into the air determined to become the winner, with his Kunai held high for the kill. The man was not finished to Naga's great dismay.

The assassin rolled away as Naga impaled the ground. The man swung his axe towards Naga's face. The man was like 5 feet away but the blade of the axe grazed his face cutting along his cheek. Naga Kazura cursed as he jumped back. The flipped off the ground and smirked.

"I'm going to kill you!" Naga spat as he began a series of handsigns and shouted, "Suiton, Mizurappa (Water Release, Violent Water Wave)." Naga held his right hand up to his mouth. Suddenly a jet of water erupted from his mouth and skyrocketed towards an unsuspecting assassin. The blast hit him full in the chest where it sent him reeling backwards 6 yards. The blast should of knocked him senseless. But it seemed that he had much charisma of some sort. "Damn assassins. Where do you guys come from these days." Naga walked up to the man who was struggling to get back up. The Kazura whacked him on the side of the temple where he was knocked unconscious. "Time to take you to the police squad."

Okay, as for the Kazura parts of the clan:

-Remove the '-A' part. Your a genin, you can't have B and A rank techniques just yet.

-You can have wings, as you are a Kazura, but it is your choice, not mine. If you do choose to have wings, you must use '1' chakra to use them to fly.

-Also, as a kazura member, our coloration of our hairs, nails, wings could change color if you please, it's a simple matter of our chakra control.

Shushin Ken - Remove this. When you build up chakra in your arm or even legs it increases the strength and that kind of technique is only avaliable to medics with incrediable chakra control. As such your jutsu is too advanced for a genin and has potential to be easily g-modded.

A problem in your rp is why would an assassin come after you?

Although Shushin Ken is clearly a technique that cannot be utilised by a genin, building up or enhancing one's strength or speed with chakra is a basic concept taught in the academy - albeit the effects are FAR from those of a KKG or very skilled medical ninja and cannot really be considered a jutsu, save for Shunshin. Just thought you'd like to know.
