Description: Utilizing the Kazura clan's chakra manipulation, a member can use a small amount of chakra to pulse a small around around a certain area of the body with ease. This pulse can slightly disrupt noises in the distance, but isn't so useful in stealth types of offense or defense. This pulse cannot really harm anything big, like a human, but it's good enough to rip a leaf or two. Good for fun.
